The first place I went to was packed and wouldnt be able to see me for hours! The second place I went to stated that their machine died about fifteen minutes before I arrived. At their suggestion, I was headed to Walmart for the inspection however, on the way I looked over and saw Auto Care USA.Man-oh-man am I glad I did! The facility is so nice, clean, and welcoming. The staff however, are the absolute BEST! The team is there to help you, keep you informed, respond quickly, and provide exceptional service. They do it all!!!! Not only did they complete my needed inspection, they also informed me of two additional issues. One was that I had a hose with a slight split in it (and they replaced it in-kind) and the other was a need for a power steering flush. These folks are the best in town! Whether its an oil change or something serious, they keep all of our vehicles in top shape! They do a lot for me and have never taken advantage of me, which is a huge deal to us ladies out here! If my truck coughs funny, Im going straight to them first so we can all have a good chuckle when nothing is wrong with her. They will not do you wrong! I cannot thank them enough for all that they do!

Professional, fair prices, friendly, and nice/clean waiting area. I have been doing business here for about 2 years for general maintenance and today for my first major repair. I did my research and got multiple quotes, I even called my hometown mechanic, and Auto Care USA beat all of them. As a young woman, it is important to feel confident about the auto shop you are using, that you are receiving quality care, respect and reasonable prices. I can easily say this will be my go to auto shop from here on out for all repairs.

Came in for some air conditioner repairs, $2,000 and it was broken again within 2 weeks. Tried to contact shop about possibly looking into it, never got a return call or email.My suggestion: try another shop.

Its really nice to go to a mechanic you can trust to do the work properly and in good time. Took my 20 year old service truck as well as my wifes BMW and they fixed them like new. Would recommend to anyone!

My daughter and her friend (2 young women) went in to get the starter looked at and they told her the diagnostic alone was $80. after they supposedly found the problem they said they had to take it out which was $500. after that they said it wasn’t the problem so they had to pay TO PUT IT BACK IN. obviously the car was misdiagnosed and they said the total amount to fix was $7000!! the clearly tried to get one over on the girls and called the police. horrible service and the DEFINITELY PRICE GOUGE YOU!!!

They seem nice but they really don’t mind OVERCHARGING you for THEIR mistakes. typical auto shop that sees a woman and sees $$$ signs. go to any other place about any car issue and watch your total go down drastically. these guys only care about money

I called for a quote on the phone regarding my alternator and Luis was very informative, honest and had fantastic customer service over the phone. The alternator issue was resolved and not only that, but they went ahead and fixed/replaced a couple light bulbs that were out on my car that other dealerships/auto shops blamed on my electrical work and could never fix for some reason. My husband and I will definitely be repeat customers and will be referring more people to this shop.

Luis is awesome!Its very hard to find good car shops where people dont take you for a ride. Autocare has been very phenomenal in treating customers (referred lot of friends here and all had same opinions). I have gone to this shop (and will continue to do so) for as small as an inspection to now whatever my car needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. Service is great so customers are happy.

Luis Rodriguez, the shop manager is always honest with what you need or don’t need done to your vehicle. I’ve followed him throughout his career to the different locations he’s worked at as a mechanic and now manager. This place gets 5 stars from me cause I know as long as Luis is working there my vehicle repairs will always be done right and at an affordable price.

I feel very fortunate to have found Auto Care USA, in Rosenberg. They are truly concerned about you and your vehicle, and getting you back safely on the road. There prices are very fair, and their work is very professional. My thoughts on finding Auto Care USA is: How lucky am I.

Of course you want a place thats going to do a great job and fix your problem, for me customer service says it all. If you want a place that will give you a 5 on both take your car to USA auto care. A bit pricey but worth it.

Great service great people been a couple times

This place is a joke. I brought my car in to get fixed. 2000.00 later my car was not fixed MY car broke down less then 20 min of driving. Suddenly it was another 600.00 to get fixed. If the mechanic did his job the first time I would not have broke down within 20 miles of driving the car from the shop. Just because they work payment plans doesnt mean they are good. Just means they make plans. This mechanic is joke.

Customer service was great. Expensive to change 4 spark plugs and one wire but they were fast.

I have been going there for about 3 or 4 years to get my state inspection done on my vehicles and they are always friendly and professional

DO NOT GO HERE !!!I went to get a drivers side and passenger side cv axle put on and they charged 500$ for a 2 hour job when I bought the parts plus a well overpriced 2 wheel alignment for 90$ bucks and a 100 dollar ball joint, ..

I was just there yesterday, Luis has been my go to person since I moved down here. After getting the run around from a local dealer I went to Auto Care USA on a recommendation from my neighbor. I found that Luis has been in the automotive business for over 20 years and I have to say I will not go anywhere else. Luis took the time to explain my issue, he gave me options, and at the end saved me money. I meet the entire crew and these guys are awesome, keep up the excellent work Auto Care USA.

Unfortunately after years of great service, my husband took his truck in and they had to pull the dash. They took his phone charger and auxiliary cord and claimed they put it here, put it there, to no avail. The mechanic just straight lied twice so we will no longer use their shop. My husband ended up another $40 out of pocket!

Needed a part swapped. Called around for quotes. This was the best one. They installed the part in the time estimated. They let me bring the part I purchased online. They have a courtesy shuttle available.I was helped by Lou, who did a fantastic job, and everyone I spoke with were real people who didnt give me bad vibes. Ive had a bad experience with a mechanic before and this place really surprised me with how I received quality, AND didnt pay an arm or leg.

I get all of my car repair/maintenance done here. I first came here when my cars AC was not working and I had taken it to another chain mechanic shop who refilled the coolant then told me they could not find anything wrong, as my AC would go in and out. When I brought it here, Jeff was able to diagnose the problem and fix it and it has been running good ever since! I believe they might have a new manager now, but they still do good work and treat loyal customers well.

Brandon is one of the best technicians and most honest Ive met in a long time.I was having work done in another shop when they left out bolts and miss charged me, brought it here they took care of me they fix the problem while I waited . Lies and incompetence! Caliber Collision sent my truck to Auto Care USA to do alignment on my truck after Caliber finished the body work from a wreck and Auto Care USA could not get it aligned to factory specs and said my truck had worn out parts. They were wrong!Then when they were forced to take truck back for alignment they lied and said it was in factory specs. Thank god for Nissan dealership who diagnosed a bent spindle caused by the wreck. But thanks to Auto Care USAs incompetence and lies I spent 600 dollars on the wrong parts they said I needed repairing my own truck.

Took my wifes car in because it was leaking oil bad. Turns out Ford here in Rosenberg did not know how to properly perform a simple oil change and could potentially have damaged my car engine. They fixed it for free, topped me off in no time and sent me on my way. Also had a fuel pump fixed on a minivan and its still running good. They do good work and I highly recommend them!
