Disappointing experience, I drove about 1 hour to get there under the rain and the attention that I received from KEMRICK was poor and disinterested, he didnt even have the intention of showing me a the SUV, he only ask me to fill out an application from my phone, come on guys I can do that from home, what kind of service do you offer?

Dave reached out via email and followed up via phone, after I had submitted a loan application on a lending site. He was efficient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Discussing which vehicles were available and their location while requesting required documentation. We were able to provide 90% of the documentation before arriving to test drive the vehicle. Therefore, after test driving the truck, the entire process was smooth sailing throughout the trade in, paperwork, and driving off the lot. She was made aware that my current vehicle was in disrepair. She was made aware that I do not live in Rosenberg, Tx. When I finally made it to the dealership the salesman was totally dismissive to me and my situation. It took practically an act of God to get my vehicle and myself taken back to my home. If I could give less than a zero I would the service was not very good. The experience was horrible. My daughter went to buy a car and after saying she was approved. She had to wait three days for them to get the inventory on the lot because there were basically no cars there. This made me very suspicious. Whomever the salesperson was gave her the runaround saying she could test drive a car on Monday. On Monday the inventory still had not made it to the car lot and they told her to come in on Thursday when Thursday came around she was told that she would need a co signer because the guy who originally approved her was fired. What a way to do business.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been too.Trying to reach someone at the dealership is impossible. They lost the second set of keys that could not be mailed.

Nice looking dealership and friendly sales staff.The poor rating comes from their informing me that they had a particular vehicle in stock but when I arrived after an hour drive to the dealership I was informed by the friendly sales people the the vehicle was on loan to the owners daughter and, for some reason they were not able explain, was $5000 over MSRP.

Not impressed at all. Ok, after reading other reviews maybe I misjudged this place. Maybe it just wasnt a good day. However, the first man I meet was kinda rude and pushy. Then he introduced me to Tyler whom I made an appointment with, but was unable to keep. From reading other reviews, it seems as if they have helped a lot of people. If that is true, then Im happy for everyone. However, it just didnt feel right for me.

I went to Rosenberg Mitsubishi on Saturday morning because I have seen their ads on TV and I thought Id have a look around. First the Sales man David Davenport was very friendly and worked right away at putting me at ease and started walking me thou the process and let me know up front what to expect. He asked me what I was looking for in a car and what I had to work with for down payment. I let him know my credit wasnt the best and all I had was my 2013 Honda as a trade in.He told me not to worry, that they could get me taken care of. He took all the information he needed and was able to get me financed. We then looked at 3 cars each at different price points and I found one I liked and they got me setup with a payment plan I could afford.We got the paper work taken care of and I drove off with a very nice 2018 Nissan Altima SV.I didnt get very far and I saw a warning message popup about the front Radar turning off because of an obstruction, so I took it back down to Mitsubishi.I was little worried, but again they impressed me. They had me come back on Monday morning to their service department. Don Chapman is the Service Manager and he took very good care of me, and set he team to work looking over the car.When they got done he let me know that there was no safety issues but that he needed to talk with his Manager and that he would call me back and let me know what would be done about it.The next day Don called, (Like he said he would) and asked me to bring the car back in that after talking with his Manger. The Owner of Rosenberg Mitsubishi said that they were going to fix the problem and gave me a loaner car while my car is being worked on.These guys at Rosenberg Mitsubishi are really great!From start to finish, they are taking care of me as a customer and they stand behind there product.I want to thank the whole Rosenberg Mitsubishi team, you guys are great!!!

These are some of the worlds biggest liars. I had them to a pre application to save myself from a blank trip seeing that I was out of transportation. They told me to bring $99 down. When I got there they wanted 3500 down or a co-signer. They will lie to get you there for nothing.

We went there for the first time to do a oil change to our Outlander even when this dealer is 30 minutes away from our home. We used to go to the other Mitsubishi dealer in the Katy area but we decided to give this one a chance since we did not enjoy the last time we went there. And I am so happy we did it.
