I normally dont leave reviews, however this place goes above and beyond. Woke up Tuesday morning with a flat tire at 8:30 am slowly made my way to Berchers Firestone Tires. Now I had an important appointment for my daughter downtown at TCH at 10am. Meet Don the owner (wonderful man and very personable) he and his shop of professionals were able to get us back on the road in under 30mins! Local family owned business and does a great job they definitely are the place to go! You wont be disappointed, I definitely wasnt!

I came in to get my tire checked out because I had purchased two tires from this location last year. Though I hadnt purchased the Roadside coverage on those tires the man I dealt with worked with me to be able to get me a tire which could pass inspection so I could renew my registration. Though this location is about a 30 minute drive from where I currently live i will likely make the drive for this quality of service and care.

So glad I went to Bercher Tire & Service - Firestone in Rosenberg. I was in between appointments and stopped in to get my tire aired up because it was low. He insisted on doing a thorough check and so glad he did because he found a large nail in my tire. I was in and out very quickly and able to make it to my next appointment on time. I have also used them for oil changes, rotating tires, alignment, etc. My entire family uses Bercher Firestone and I highly recommend them to all my friends and clients. They have the best customer service, reliable resources, and they do honest work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ive been going to Bercher for a few years now and I have always been pleased with the services received. From oil changes, to tires, to replacing the shocks on my truck, I have always walked away happy. I completely trust them with my vehicle and my checkbook. Went to get my oil changed the other day. The owner told me they would put it on the rack right away. Waited an hour and asked if it was ready. Were working on it right now, he said. Five minutes later the car is pulled up on the rack right in front of the customer window. Is that my car?, I asked. Well we only have one rack that can handle your car and it was busy when you came in. We had to wait for it to open up. But were getting on it right now. After about an hour and a half total my oil was changed. The owner explained they werent a quick lube kind of place. Fine, but dont lie to me about how long it will really take to change my oil. Ill never go back. I dont like being treated like my time is free.

I’ve been going to this place since 2002. The workers have really great service and are very honest . I’m always in a hurry so it’s convenient for me to leave my car there and they call me when the car is ready.

Honest, kind and knowledgeable...The only place we trust with my husbands diesel truck and any service that has to do with tires/maintenance. Mechanic work in general is never cheap, we have always trusted them no complaints on our end 🙏🏽😊

COMPLETE RIPOFF. Someone took my car here as a favor to me for a simple oil change and they ended up charging them $118 for an oil change, air filter replacement, tire rotation, and battery corrosion cleaning. The car is only 18 months old and 2 of the tires are brand new--there was no need for a $25 tire rotation (and really? Who charges that for a tire rotation?), a $30 air filter that took literally 5 seconds to change out and cost $9 to buy, or $30 for cleaning a battery, which I could have done with a toothbrush, some vinegar, a youtube video, and a few spare minutes. They saw someone who didnt know anything about cars and took complete advantage when all we needed was a $30 oil change.

Paid for their lifetime alignments after they rebuilt my front end with life time warranty parts. Every time I took my truck in for an alignment I was told it couldnt be aligned with out replacing a part, all of which were supposedly life time warrantied and recently replaced. When I finally complained I was told...a young kid (I was 24) shouldnt have a heavy diesel to take off-road; an insult if you ask me. My truck was a pavement pounder that took me to work and back home. If you want a good alignment and honest work go to Strouhaul.
