I bought a brand new car from FT Bend Kia with 12 miles on the odom, and on the way home, I noticed it pulled to the right. I have to fight a little against the steering wheel to keep the car going straight.Took it back the next business day, and service department said 1- they can’t duplicate the problem and 2- it’s working as designed, meaning it’s supposed to pull right.If they can’t duplicate the problem then how is it working as designed???I feel that service department didn’t do their due diligence to find the problem.
