The staff was great. Greeted me when I walked in the door. Helped me pick a new phone and very friendly, kept conversation with me and made me feel like we were friends not just another customer. They even gave me a tutorial on my new phone before I left. A+++ all around.
Abdul was very helpful in helping my husband and I on deciding the the best phone for our needs. He got my phone set up and answered any questions we had and explained the “how to’s” to help keep our phones working efficiently. I highly recommend him if your wanting good customer service.

Man…where do I even BEGIN. I’m there to exchange a phone, right? Abdul comes and helps me out. All is fine and whatever, and I tell him there’s a specific way I want to transfer phones because I HATE getting new phones and it’s the only way I’m okay with. He told me I can do it however I want.Yeah. Okay.Once it comes to transferring, he does it the way I told him I DIDN’T want to do. I SAID IT SEVERAL TIMES!!!!!!! Now all my messages are gone and I have to relog into everything. I don’t even care if I lost to apps. They weren’t important. But man…if I lost my photos the way he told me too, I would be even more mad.Don’t go to Abdul for IPhone. Save yourself the stress for later.
One would expect that a store dedicated to a particular brand and product would be able to answer (what turned out to be an EXTREMELY simple issue) an issue that is VITAL to the product the store sells, but sadly THAT IS NOT THE CASE! I stopped at this location to attempt to determine why my - less than - 3 month old phone, which is completely undamaged, had suddenly STOPPED notifying me of incoming calls! I could use every other function of my phone, AND the incoming calls registered as being received/missed; I just WAS NOT getting any form (screen light up; ring tone; vibrate - NOTHING) of notice to the incoming call. As my husband sadly suffers debilitating memory/cognitive issues, we HIGHLY DEPEND on our phones, so that he can easily call me if/when he becomes disoriented or forgets what hes supposed to be doing; thus it was vital to correct this issue!While the staff at this location were EXCEEDINGLY FRIENDLY, they were just as clueless as the layman! I went in, explained the situation, demonstrated it using my husbands phone and their first and ONLY thought was to try replacing the SIM card. When that didnt clear up the problem, I was told Id have to contact Tech Support via dialing 611. Now I ask you, WHO has TIME to sit on hold - seemingly FOREVER - only to be transferred a million times, before usually being made to hold Again before you find someone who MAY be able to help you!!??So instead, I posted my issue on FB and within a very short time, Id gotten suggestions to try. It was during my trying of one of those suggestions that (upon powering my phone back up) that MAYBE I should check my settings to see if theres something there. LOW AND BEHOLD the problem was that somehow - ID NEVER DONE IT KNOWINGLY - my ringer volume had been set to Do not disturb! (My quick access buttons - found in the pull down menu from the top of screen - DID NOT REFLECT that this option had been turned on!!!). Once that option was disengaged, Ive received notice (ALL 3 types - on screen/screen lights up; ring tone sounds AND vibration) of EVERY incoming call!I feel that SUCH A SIMPLE SOLUTION should have been a #1 Go-To for the reps in the store.

Employee seemed like he was rushing us. We were trading in phones for new ones. We got the S21 Ultra & where going to get the 52Mb version but where never given the option. Seems like an expensive mistake for someones commission.

The store manager Arthur is rude, I went in to provide documentation my aunt qualified for a discount. The employee who took the documents stated that the person who provided the information over the phone (a manager) was a liar and got up and walked away after rolling his eyes. Arthur began yelling at me, I asked him to please stop escalating his voice and he would not be suggested to me to find another carrier. This location is known to do this... I suggest Best Buy they are friendly.

I called to see if they had a phone in stock and the representative needs to work on their customer service biggg time. I was actually going to be switching to ATT when they have the phone I want in stock, but I’ll just stay with my current provider since I’m such a bother. I haven’t been going into stores since the pandemic started and I had to go into AT&T and I really appreciated how the store made me feel safe with their COVID precautions.
The employees werent at all helpful, im a longtime customer, my grandfather has been with them for 10 years with excellent credibility and they would not take the time to answer a few questions. They said no purchase no service pretty much. Horrible

I love AT&T. They have been my cell phone provider since I got my first cell phone back in the 90s, with the exception of 1 year. They have also been my internet provider for the past 5 or 6 years, at least. Every single time I have gone to this store, they have been polite and very helpful. Not once have I left this store feeling disappointed or not having an issue resolved, the very few times I have had issues. Not once! This is an excellent store with excellent staff.

The staff great, it was just corporate that lied to me so when I got here these guys hands were tied. Never trust what AT&T tells you, their customer service department lies big time. Have gotten 3 completely different lies in two days.
They never think of customers benefits. They think about sales only.Their managers are out of store many a times and these guys have learnt to trap the customers somehow by concealing the truth and portraying only the good attributes of a service. Post sales service is poor and careless.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I went to the store to ask a simple question about the sales taxes on a device. I waited for 20mins never was seen, I was signed in and the clerks knew I was there, dont know why the clerks couldnt find the time to answer my simple question and help me.

Awesome customer service
Worst ATT I have ever been to, employee didnt give me his name and was not wearing his name badge like they are supposed to. Provided two forms of ID, had passcode, pin all information needed but refused to allow me to buy a Iwatch because I wanted to pay the sales taxes in cash, which I know is allowed because I upgraded my s8 a week prior the same way. Employee was just overall unhelpful, unapproachable, and very disrespectful.
Worst AT&T store ever. Could not transfer my messages, then wiped out old phone before messages could be transferred by customer service phone support. manager was one of rudest people I ever met, and keep putting me last in line after AT&T kept screwing up. Had deal with this local store from 12:00 PM to 5:45 PM to get things straight, almost. phones still not working as I was told they would. DO NOT GO THERE !! Drive to Sugarland store is worth it. !!!

The worse service ever 4 days without internet because the modem damage after 2 years call for a new because this one doesnt work properly, fanaly on Friday send Overnight one moden for we install (Great service, customer technical) and now I will receive MondeM or Tuesday, my wife business depende of internet At and t its the worse service ever.
