Thought my day was gonna be long and drug out because the luck of finding all are phones in one store was gonna be impossible.. Boy i was wrong and my map wasnt even trying to take me to this location.. These ladies did above and beyond service quality care. Desiree came in like a storm and handled business. She work fast and punctual taking every step with care and precision. And when she wasnt available Liz stepped in and took care of the other phone company like a champ. I have never been given some much help with discounts and cheaper routes to take with any other company before. These girls got it under control and i would recommend this store to everyone..

This store is way better than the other one on 90. I had to end up coming here because they made me wait 30 minutes at the other one simply to pay a bill!! The employees at this one are very nice, helpful and efficient! I believe the young lady that helped me was named Jaime and she even helped me set up my bill pay online! WOW!!! This is my go to phone store! It is amazing inside and out. It is partly in the ghetto but don’t be fooled. I go through cell phones like i do undies. Anywho a short young lady helped me i believe her name is jamie she was outstanding ! She keeps me going back! I pass by 4 crickets just to go to the one in Rosenberg! Highly recommend!

Horrible recently we went to the store to pay a phone bill and added another line to our contract but within doing so some how we still owed a dollar to our plan. Considering we played the whole bill . So that night we didnt have phone service when we were supose to. But somehow we ended up owing a dollar in order to use our service.
