Good service at this store. They take their time understanding what you need . Purchased a new phone after A year . Was hesitant but i prefer going to the store to see what I am getting. They showed me options and transferred my information to the new device. Phone deals are amazing

Absolutely amazing costumer service. I went in there to purchase a phone and the staff over there helped me to find the best phone for me in a good price. They even transferred all my data including all my apps from my old phone to the new one. I am really happy that I didn’t have to start over with my new phone.Would definitely visit this store if I need anything in future.

Last month, after being a lifelong AT&T customer, I switched to Boost Mobile at this store. As I am a very low data user, I got the 2GB $15 plan…or so I thought I did. Long story short, due to Boost staff member incompetence, I am now stuck in the $45 plan. And Boost admits it was their mistake. I even have it in writing. But all I get from Boost is “We apologize and understand your frustration, but there is nothing we can do.” Seriously?!! A large mobile carrier is unable to change my plan to the plan I was promised? I find that hard to believe. I am curious now as to what all else they cannot do!So, I am now paying an additional $30 per month due to THEIR mistake. I can drop Boost at any time, but the phone I bought is locked to Boost for 12 months and if I switch to another carrier, I will have to buy another phone. All I can do now is see if there is any legal recourse I can take, such as Small Claims court.If you do go to this store, do not go on the weekend when the part-time employees are working. I am in my situation due to part-time employee incompetence. But if you do go, ask for Ray. If he had been working the day I switched, I would not be in this situation. He is the only person I talked to in the entire Boost company that instead of just apologizing, he actually attempted to help find a resolution. None of the ideas were very feasible, but I did appreciate his effort.I am however satisfied with the Boost phone service itself. Just MAKE CERTAIN that you are getting what you are told before you leave the store. But as in my situation, even that was not a guarantee.

I went there today and the two ladies behind the counter looked like drug addicts they could barely talk without slurring their words looked completely out of it unfit for work. If I could leave zero stars I would. Their customer service skills were very poor treating a loyal customer terribly. Go to the boost mobile 1 mile away 3302 avenue H. Came to this store needed help and these girls here were soooo rude and acted like they didn’t know what the heck they were doing!! They look like trashy girls and one of them smelled a lot like marijuana it was quite disgusting!!! never come here !!! Go to the one down the streeet it’s so much better

The girls who work here really know their stuff, I was having trouble with my phone and the woman I talked to had a fix ready to go, and cleared up the problem, she also helped me add insurance to the phone just in case anything would happen to my cell.
