The staff needs to do a better job at ensuring social distancing with their customers. Most staff seen in the store are on a register. Where are those that are helping customers? Although there is a section where used carts should be placed, no one is sanitizing carts. I understand keeping your employees safe, but what about your customers? Yes curbside is available but as a retail store you know that customers like look at the product and not relying on only online products. So you as a company should do better to oversee social distancing in checkout lines to ensure safety of your customers. You will not find that at this location. Most customers were less than arm length away. No one is following the 6ft apart lengths. Not a safe place to shop.

Worse store I have ever been in as for as customer service. I walked around the jewelry counter for about 30 minutes and no one ever came to help. The lady that was working the area looked at me several times and turned her head as if she didnt see me standing there. I was trying to purchase some earrings for my grandmother and some other stuff. Lets just say that I will not be going back there. Rude people. Cant say that they were busy because they just opened and it was only a few people in there.

I was there during the week at 11, when store opens. Only 1 cashier, the lady in front of me asked where the dressing room was that was told was the only one, I told her I wasn’t sure. The line was very very long. Seems like Pennys has gone downhill, who works there??? I never see anyone and it looks half empty as if they are going out of business. I’m very disappointed, I liked this store but might have to shop elsewhere. Do better Pennys or your store will shut down if customer service isn’t better.

I never learn my lesson with JcPenney. This store has very bad customer service. The girl who checked me out was very unfriendly. It was as if she was inconvenienced. A manager, Deborah, came to help and she was more kind.

Employees are very polite and friendly, ready to aid peoples needs.

They had a mystery coupon sale and we picked a scratch off that had the 50% off, so happy. The cashier usually tries their best to get you as much discount as possible.

I had to drive almost 20 miles to get to this store for a limited edition bra that had run out of stock at all other locations. After searching all the racks, I was assisted in locating another rack that had this bra. I did not catch her name, but she was very nice & I ended up with almost $150 worth of bras. I sure wish they would make more of this bra, though.

This place has a huge selection and very friendly staff. Their clearance is always so well organized and everything is clean. I was having a hard tome with getting the correct bra I needed and Audri came by and was such a great asset to the team! I will chose this location over other similar stores every time because of her smile and great attitude!

Nice clean store. They have nice clothes. I use the tall mens section. Today as I walked in, I was greeted and give a coupon for 40% off. I got that discount some very nice shirts. Employees were very nice and answered all questions. Check out was fairly quick, the wait was less than 3 minutes with many customers.I would recommend this store. They are always running discount coupons.

Adriana in the photo studio is the best photographer Ive had at a JCPenney store ... I called to ask her if we could still come, even though we arrived 15min late to a 615pm appointment. She was patient and said we can go ahead with the session (even though they close at 7pm). She was kind and professional with all of our 4 kids, and she posed us in unique ways. Her artistic eye was apparent throughout the session. At the end, she tried to find us the best value and price for our needs. Pictures turned out so well. She was friendly and even adjusted the image enhancements. After we finished everything up, it was 820pm! She never got impatient with us or said one negative thing. She gave us a whole lot more images than Ive ever had before. Because of her kindness and photographer skills, Im going to come back here on a regular basis.Also I had to make a correction to my email address after I left, and Patti from management staff called me promptly to correct the problem.I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this store.

JCPenney is a very wonderful store that has clothes for babies, kids, men, women and shoes for men, women, babies and kids too.

Good deals for bigger mens clothing

JCPenney is a major retail shop for unisex and all ages clothes, beauty, home goods etc. The store is strategically positioned Im most major shopping areas and malls.The employees are ever helpful where customers have questions and are happy to check for sales and discounts to encourage purchases.I like that JCPenney stocks clothes for plus size people and quite stylish.JCPenney comes highly recommended for shoppers of all sizes.

The lines are Always too long! The place for attending to get to the cashier is too congested. Next to the clothing racks. Usually only two cashiers. Cant find anyone in returns/on -line pick in the back. The salon attendants dont pay attention that you are standing there. The phone lines are dead -as if the number has been disconected. Ive tried several times. So how do you get in contact with them? Overall not good service.

My experience at this JC Penney is it is clean with a friendly staff. I am a repeat customer. Good variety of inventory of clothes, home goods and has an in-store beauty parlor and eye center. Family friendly prices. I wish they carried a greater selection of clothes for tall women.

I am only speaking about my experience at the photographer booth. . Best experience Ive had yet and we go every year. Whoever this lady was, she was fully prepared and had the energy to deal with two small toddlers.Rest of the store looked kinda messy not that that really bothers me.

JCP has good stuff and its even better on sale. $30 bow tie was only $8.39 after all discounts.

I bought my Tuxedo jacket, matching pants, tuxedo shirt, and tie, all for under 200 dollars. The style was great and best part of the purchase, the price. Theres always coupons to use and I dont mind....because I look sharp in that Tux ensemble!!!!

I had to find a black polo shirt for a new job. Trying to find one was pretty much a scavenger hunt with school just starting. I found one and it was on clearance! Win Win!

I went to the Optical Center at about 6:40pm. The young lady still tried to process my insurance and was very nice and polite even though I was right a closing time. I WILL BE GOING BACK WHEN SHE IS ON DUTY! THANKS

I wanted to get some glasses. But the lady that works there was not friendly at all. I will purchase my glasses, but not at that location. Its amazing how lack of customer service can ruin a sale.

I like this JCP. I have never bought clothing from here or used their Sephora . I usually by home goods like sheets and home decor. I buy online for in store pick up. It is usually easy to get into and park unless there is a train and there has not been an extremely long wait when doing in store pick up even during peak hours. As opposed to the Sugar Land location everything is a hassle from parking to pick up to customer service

Ordered items online 4 matching jackets for my girls and only got 3 I was still charged for the four and got a letter stating that the 4th would come it never came they called the 1800 number they said that they didnt have any more in stock got a full refund! This is not my first issue ordering through JCPenney will not shop online with them anymore!

Nice store. Decent amount of merchandise and very friendly employees willing to help.I was asked about 5 times how I was and/or if I needed any help. Tend not to like it but I guess it makes your experience a whole lot better.

First visit here. The store was clean, bright, and inviting. The Sephora store is right in the middle and greets you as you come in. Right behind it is JCPenneys jewelry store where I dealt with Carolyn, who was very helpful. I got a good deal and am very happy. Parking is not a problem at all being that this is inside the Brazos Town Center Mall. And it is right next to other shops like Home Goods, and restaurants, as well. Pleasant visit.

Stopped by Friday july14.17 around 12:30-1pm to make a purchase but first I attempted to look for help and could not find any helpful associates. Ask an older white gentlemen for help who seem to be in a hurry and couldnt even take me or give me proper direction to find the product I was looking for. I ended up finding it my self.But the cashier was very nice.

Not many choices in t-shirts. Needed big/tall t shirts, none available.

The store was clean and the staff were helpful, however, the bathroom smelled like a sewer.

The JCPenney around here tends to gouge their prices, I.E. throwing a BOGO sale but marking everything up so youre technically buying everything at regular retail prices. I mean, they dont have a bad selection of clothing for all walks of life. But Id say like 90% of the employees here just dont care. The only ones who act like they might care are the front end people, which I understand. But good luck getting anyone else to help you or bother going out of their way for you. Not all employees are like this though. Its good to pick up maybe one or two pairs of jeans or a work shirt here and there when your others are wearing down.

They have a lot of great deal, and its a very large JCPenney! I havent been to JCPenney since I was a child, I came here with my mom, and we were amazed.

I used to Love shopping at JCPENNYS .Not so much anymore .. The merchandise Displays do not look appealing nothing looks organized or sized right, the sales racks are a Horrible sight everything looks piled up...AND YOU CAN NEVER FIND AN ASSOCIATE ANYWHERETHE JCPENNY COMPANY USED TO TAKE PRIDE IN THERE STORE APPEARANCE. WHAT HAPPENED..

This is jcpenny, it is just like you would expect. We always find some good deals. We were on a road trip and just needed to pickup some clothes. Wifey has their card or some sort of membership, so she always ends up with more items than she expected for less money than i expected. This place is easy to access from the road, plenty of parking.

Made an appointment to get my hair done, the Stylist was not friendly at all. I was getting color done, she got it all over my face which black is very noticeable. She said cause I had grey she had to put it all around the edges and thick. It took 3 weeks for it to come off my face.

They need to give the Ratchet woman that works there proper training in being a cashier. The manager is no help and Im sure it didnt do any good complaining to her about rude service. Im sure a lot of people get treated poorly at that location. Never seen a cashier so ratchet at any other location before this one.
