I have had multiple items from heavy coats to T-Shirts worked on with different colors and reflective materials. All of the items have been 100% perfect. All of the ladies that greet you are polite and professional. This business is by far the best Screen Printing and Embroidery that I have ever used. Spend your money here. You wont regret it at all.

The people there are really great if you ever go there ask for Thelma Vanlandingham she is very professional and she has a tendency to brighten up your day no matter what your mood is.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. From beginning to the end, the process was very smooth. I had a lot of questions at first and they took their time to email back promptly and answer all of them. The quality and craftsmanship put into my shirts will be the reason I will continue to give them more business.

I ordered embroidered hats from Main Event. Jennifer was very professional, and helped me along the process of ordering. The graphic designer, Michelle, knows what she is doing, and Tammy was great with the embroidery The hats came with a great quality and craftsmanship. I am very happy with my products, and will be back to order more soon.

Im not one to write a negative review but Ive been jerked around for the last time by these guys. I have been a loyal customer for years in spite of the fact that you have to continually pester them to get anything done - but this time takes the cake. I was lied to by Michelle and put off for weeks trying to get a simple sign made. There is literally no customer service - wont do any good to complain because no one here cares!!! Take your business somewhere else because these folks clearly dont need or want it. What a stressful waste of time dealing with them. Two thumbs DOWN!

Horrible!! Do not use them. They are not the same as they were several years ago. I picked up a large order that looked like my child stitched it. Thread was looped and lines were not straight. Manager would not look at it and refused to fix it. I lost a lot of money and now am stuck with 15 shirts no one at the office can wear.

Warning - Do not pay a deposit until after you approve your digitizing!!This is a make believe embroidery shop. All digitizing looks like it was done by a 5 year old. You will battle with them for 6 days to try and get it right and then, they say your too dificult to please, and BTW no refund on your deposit. No customer service what so ever, you have to deal with a different person everytime you call, and you must call them because they wont call to update you on anything regarding your order.I was forced to go to another shop, who was able to digitize my logo in 5 minutes Perfectly! They even made a comment that it was a very easy logo to digitize and BTW didnt charge me a deposit.Consider yourself forewarned about dealing with these people, not a good business!

After using main event to run close to 200 shirts in the past. I was quoted a new price of 60 per shirt to print only, close to a 1000% mark up from my last order. What a joke
