The ladies are nice, the guy is real smart. Very informative, super helpful. They helped fix my little issue. Good experience. First time I ever went to eye doctor though. Good place. Looks clean, equipment looks good. I felt taken care of for eye needs here.

Poor customer service, young lady at the front desk has a very smart mouth. This was my first time here since Master Eye Associates have closed, and it will definitely be my last. If I could give this place no stars, I would have. Not worthy of the 1 star that I gave.

The staff at this TSO are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Making and changing an appointment is easy. Wait time is usually minimal. Eye exams are thorough and professionally done.

Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Villegas was the one my 5 year old saw, and she was very patient with her. Would definitely recommend!

The staff doesnt wear masks! I asked the front desk attendant to please put on a mask, for I have a family member who is immune compromised, and she said she did not have one. The office manager was wearing a bandana as face cover, I kid you not.I didnt even get a chance to see the optometrist - it didnt occur to me that healthcare professionals wouldnt wear a mask indoors!

This was my first visit and the people were awesome and very helpful..this is the place to go if you want friendly and expert help.

He treated us with the highest level of dignity and respect, while explaining everything to us in terms that were easy to understand. He was very clear in his explanations and gave examples. He is truly doing what he loves because it shows in his actions.Last, but certainly cannot be described as the least...the front office staff were unbelievably friendly and kind...from the young ladies behind the desk when you check in (I did not collect their names) to the ladies working the floor showing the frames.This office has clearly established a standard that is far above standard. We will be returning annually for our exams. I just got done getting an eye exam and picking out my lenses. The whole process went by great! Not a long wait at all so my mom and I both got our eye exams done pretty quickly. The staff was extremely polite and helpful!

This is the spot for all of your optical needs in Rosenberg. I choose this TSO over the multiple walmart vision centers and any other optometrist office in the area. The tests they do result in very effective lenses and the frame selection is pretty good to. The selection itself is not huge but it is very much curated to keep up current fashion trends so there are a lot less fluff frames for you to be overwhelmed with. I was pleasantly surprised to see gucci and versace frames being display, all in all there is something for everyone and the staff is very polite in helping you with any issues you may have and the procedure of getting your eyes examined is quick and painless. If you are in need of glasses I would highly recommend this TSO location specifically. 5 tintes gucci rounds out of 5.

I went in there today after 2pm today to go look at glasses because I did a new patient form so I can make an appointment. Wanted to see what time of frames they had. The two receptionist was there was unprofessional no type of acknowledgement nor did they ask what type of help I needed they remain seated and when I asked about some frames The young lady than acknowledgement but I was walking towards the door at the time. To me the first impression is the best. And I will be canceling my appointment for next month due to poor customer service.

We have used TSO for several years and have always been very pleased with their services. The staff is friendly and helpful from start to finish. Linda Ingram is the best at helping choose frames and fully explaining all your options for your insurance coverage. We will definitely continue to visit them for all our eye needs.

I walked in With no appointment and was greeted immediately by the optician Tommie who helped me choose some glasses. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on her products. I truly appreciated her honesty in helping me with the frame selection. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase the glasses as I didn’t have my current prescription on hand with me but will definitely return to purchase the frames she helped me choose. I have had bad experiences in the past at other opticals with inexperienced and rude customer service. I am pleased to have found my new Optical!!

I have been going to this TSO for years. I have always received friendly and courteous service from my exams to picking out lenses. The staff is helpful and kind.

Everyone in this location has always been very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Ive always received great service and I like the selection. They also have taken two insurance plans Ive been on. The prices can be a bit higher, but they also have more quality products then say a Wal-Mart or discount eye place. You get what you pay for with glasses for sure, so its worth it. I would recommend this location as an individual and a mom.

We used them for years with my girls and always been happy. Today they even helped out over the phone to find my insurance info and then helped me check eligibility with my girls to then make new appts for them and myself. When my oldest had a scratched cornea after a surgery (eyes help open during surgery wasnt a good thing...it was on her back so she was face down) they got her in the next day. We love them!

Used this location before and been overly thrilled until I encountered the incredible intelligence of the counter staff. Who was not only rude but couldn’t read spelling of names, birthdates etc on previously filled out information. What is the point of booking online if your staff doesn’t utilize the information provided? Lacking customer service, and to top off when explaining why I cancelled appointments they could care less!

Having to relocate is stressful enough but having to find new doctors is even more stressful, so finding this place ....Dr. Roland G. Montemayor and his staff was just a completely stress-relieving day for me. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness and knowledge that started at the front desk all the way to the doctor and the technician:-) I could not be more pleased with an eye doctor. I would have to say this is even better than the one I left behind and thats saying a lot. The doctor is so caring and informative with a wonderful bedside manner. They really listen to you and what you want, and the technician that helped me find my glasses just walked over and pick them up based off of my face shape!.!. She was spot-on :-) I could not be more pleased and I highly, very highly recommend this office and I will continue to go here. If you Im looking for a new eye doctor or an eye doctor for the first time you must consider this place.

Its growing unfortunately, but I hope with all the growth the small town humble feeling Ive been getting when I go into this TSO, stays the same. The last glasses i got from TSO only used the a couple of times, never felt right, i told the lady and she just said i need to get used to them,.

I love this TSO location! Ive been going to them since I was a kid. I started to go off and on once I reached college age. Now, I drive out there from Katy just because of the experience! I went to a TSO in Katy and had a horrible experience. TSO Rosenberg is worth the drive for the friendly staff and attentive service. I always feel comfortable here and will continue to make the drive for the service!

The customer service there is Horrible! Doctor was very snooty for absolutely no reason at all. What was really sad was how the so called eyeglass technicians talked about not one but two customers after they left the establishment. They talked about them like they were dog crap. Im pretty sure this happens all the time in retail but who is dumb enough to do it with other customers less then 5ft away. Even sadder the two technicians are up in age but I guess sometimes elders are jack behinds as well. So sad so sad so sad.

Horrible.....went in on Dec 1.....eye exam went well. Was told by 2 different people that my benefit was for 2 pair of glasses. Thinking (my mistake) they knew what they were talking about I picked out a regular pair as well as sunglasses.....told the glasses would be in between 5-7 working days. I was called the next day and told oops we made a mistake your second pair of glasses are only discounted 40% per your benefit plan. Very apologetic and was told they would speak to the mgr and ask about additional discount since it was their fault. On the 8th working day I called to check on glasses. Still not there....asked about the balance on my acct and was told they already gave me 40% off the second pair and nothing additional would be taken off due to their error....REALLY they gave me 40% off the second pair....I believe I pay for that benefit through my insurance. Lady then told me that they didnt have to accept my insurance.....SERIOUSLY????? Very bad business practices.....oh and on top of that today is the 16th of December and I still have NO GLASSES......VERY DISSATISFIED

Dr. Theresa Cerreras and the Staff at TSO Rosenberg have been wonderful to me. I received the best results of an eye exam for me in years. Dr. Cerreras realized I had some type of focusing problem and tweeked it out so well, that the glasses are absolutely the best ever. The staff have been so professional and nice, the Texas kind of friendly. And John fit the glasses so well for me when they came in. Two weeks later I had an accident with the glasses (an unfortunate demise; no fault of the eye-ware) and again, TSO Rosenberg came through for me with helping me with the warranty on the glasses. I highly recommend TSO Rosenberg to anyone shopping for a great optometrist and new glasses or contact lenses.

BEWARE OF SCARE TACTICS TO GET YOU TO BUY HIGH-COST POLYCARB LENSES!I was an ABO-certified Optician (most opticians are not) about 20 years ago and a graduate of a 3-month Pearl Vision Management Training program...so I know a little about the optical industry. I just got off the phone with an optician at TSO, Richmond, TX who recommended polycarbonate lenses (more expensive than regular CR39 lenses) for my driving and TV-watching eye glasses. REALLY?! Polycarb lenses are for sports glasses and carpenters and other people who need safety glasses because they are very impact resistant. They may also be recommended if you have a very strong prescription (which I do not) because they are thinner than CR39 (plastic) lenses. But they are a lot more expensive and have less visual clarity. When I told the optician that I didnt expect anything to fly at my face while watching TV or driving, she said I would have to sign a waiver if I didnt want polycarbs. REALLY?! This is a cheap scare tactic to scare unknowing people to buy the more expensive lenses that they really dont need. SO UNETHICAL! I would never have done that as an optician. I will never shop at this store again.
