I went to Vision Trends last Monday, 1pm eye exam appointment. This is my second time visiting VTEC and both times exceeded expectations. The first time I saw Dr. Middleton in early 2020 & saw Dr. Schaub last week. From check-in, thorough retinal scanning, eye exam, picking out flattering frames, & payment took a little less than 1 hour. They dont waste your valuable time, explain EVERY step, give you guidance if needed, and are very professional and friendly. I dont hesitate to recommend Vision Trends for all eyecare needs!

Love Vision Trends. We have 4 children and it is always easy to get appointments at the same time for all of them. Dr. Ohan always does a great job of explaining and making my children feel comfortable.The optical staff is simply wonderful, they are helpful, knowledgeable, and make you feel like family.The selection of frames is wonderful, and there are several different price points to choose from. The staff is always insightful on which frames not only look the best, but are going to last for active kids.

My family moved to Fort Bend County in 1988. Weve been using Vision Trends since then. They have friendly, informative and professional staff as well as excellent quality products. They have a wide range of choices in frames and excellent workmanship. I will always use them. My husband gets his checkups and glasses with them also.

My family goes here. We all see Dr. Ohan. He is a friendly, very knowledgeable and honest doctor. He takes the time to explain everything, answers all of your questions. My husband and I both saw Doctors at this location. We found it to be clean, and very professional. Both Doctors were on top of their game when it came to eye care ; both in care of the eye and prescribing of correction for our eyes. This is top notch eye care for anyone looking for a good eye care professional. You will find the staff is very friendly and excellent at answering any questions you may have.

I had been going to Vision Trends since I was little and never had a problem, I made the mistake of going somewhere else when I had my three kids. All four of us had to go back at least three more times and still this other office could not get it right. I can understand maybe not getting it right with one person, but a total four? Who has the time to keep going back over and over, especially for four people?I came back to Vision Trends and they got it right the first visit and maybe people might think Im making this up, but it is the honest truth.

The staff is very kind and friendly and most of all, respectful. I have developed a trust in Dr. Omar and feel that my best interest is his main concern. He listens to what I have to say.

There was nothing professional, comprehensive or pleasant about my appointment with Dr. Tran who kept me waiting 35 min. I wish I would have trusted my instincts when I was under impressed with the stagnant lobby and left. However, I didnt and subjected myself to a hurried, and harried exam in a less than clean room, with less than clean equipment (dust and eyelashes on the surfaces of equipment is inexcusable). Oh, dont get me wrong, Dr. Tran apologized for keeping me waiting 35 min., then proceeded to rush my exam. Im guessing to get out by closing time at 6:30. She proceeded to dialate my eyes, then wanted to conduct my eye glass script exam to kill two birds with one stone. UNREAL! My exact words. I asked for a moment, which she gave me, then I stumbled through my eye exam with blurred vision as it appeared the images were all in 3D! Needless to say, I was not happy and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never experienced such an unprofessional eye exam nor had a Dr. give part of the exam after the drops were put in my eyes. Literally 30 seconds after she put drops in my eyes and told me they may sting, she was then telling me I was taking my vision exam; ?wow! I could barely open my eyes! And when I could, everything was blurry and distorted. And, she did not wait a full 15 min. (Youre at least supposed to wait that long) before she began the other part of my exam. UNREAL!

I appreciate the friendliness of the office staff as well as the excellent care of my doctor, Dr. Ohan.

I usually go to TSO in rosenberg but my daughters insurance referred me here. Upon entering, the office was stuffy. No candle, air freshener,nothing, and this may just be that Im use to well kept, clean, nice smelling offices. The staff is friendly and helpful but the Dr. I wasnt impressed with. I dont remember her name but my daughter is 5 and she was asking her questions thorughout the eye exam as if she was 30. She was fast too, as if she was just trying to get through the exam. She wasnt kid friendly at all. Also, I do not understand how they allow peoples children to just run around as if its a playground. There is a proper and profesional way to ask childern to stop banging on the glass doors. Overall this just wasnt a pleasant experience.
