Vaccine deployment is a joke here.Unorganized, they dont keep to appointment times, families with a bunch of kids just running around the place, people cut in the line even though youve been waiting.Staff deploying the shot very courteous and professional I should add.
Never answers the phone when you call.

I just moved to area and I found the pharmacy receptionist to be helpful and very polite. I called other pharmacies in area and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then got disconnected. I am a senior citizen and the receptionist answered my questions very patiently and did not seem like I was wasting her time. Thank you.
Pharmacists and staff are very helpful and friendly! They go out of their way to get the best prices for you in prescription medicine.
CVS Pharmacy does not have the electronic capabilities to receive narcotic prescriptions from your medical provider. For it being a nationwide drug store you would think this to be unlikely. Better yet upon speaking with this pharmacist he did not tell me he could not receive this script. He tried to lay it off on the doctor I will be finding me a new pharmacist other than CVS.
Pharmacy said they would ask that a meds prescribed by the ER be rushed. Max 30 min to 1 hr. At two hours I when to collect the meds without the notification as the prescribing Doctor wanted it taken every hour for three hours and we had already received a dose at the hospital.......it still wasn’t ready. It was two pills y’all. 2 not 2 prescriptions a total of two pills. Worst experience ever!
Pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!! Go somewhere that has staff who value your business. I’m at work and get four calls back to back, no message, so of course I think maybe it’s an emergency. I answer and ask “Who died??” Her response- “Wow.” Yes, wow, you’ve called me several times and not left a message so someone must be on their death bed. She said my child has a prescription that needed to be picked up. We get automated phone calls so I’m not sure why she needed to call me FOUR times, obviously I can’t answer which is why VOICEMAIL was invented. This lady must have been SUPER slow because she couldn’t answer my question and hung up in my face. I will not do business at this location ever again. Management- properly train your staff!
The store itself is good but the pharmacy is a little unprofessional. They are screaming at each other, talking about another coworker who isnt here and that shes married to a rich man so why is she working. Every time they get off the phone they complain about who was on the call. And apparently another coworker face makes everyone have a bad mood. So if you have to go to the pharmacy here just prepare yourself.

The pharmacy stuff is very rude, the other I called the pharmacy right after I got off from work. It took me an hour and 17 minutes to get to CVS all this time I was on hold. When I got there I asked why they put people on hold for that long and instead to apologize, that lady was very rude and said they were busy. Really??
They are supposed to open at 7am....still not open. Stopped coming here due to multiple problems, but I needed something last minute before heading to work. They cant even open on time! Oh! And as Im sitting in my car, I guess its the manager, I saw walk in after 7am, tape a plane white paper stating new store hours from 8am to 10pm. This is ridiculous!
I waited 3 days for a prescription after they told me it would be ready in a few hours worst service ever

I have tried and tried to get things done through this pharmacy because our insurance forces us to use it. They tell me different stories every time I inquire about meds, refuse to contact the doctor for refills but tell me it is the MD that is non responsive. TODAY IS THE DAY I GIVE UP ON THEM AFTER OVER 5 YEARS OF TRYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
