I am so very angry !!!! March 3, 2021Bottom line $1065.27and four months later Air conditioner still not working. This is after buying a New Compressor.Yesterday was the last straw, July 16, 2021. Took my car at 9am . When the Owner made the appointment for me to bring my car back in ( 4th time ) she said she was ordering a New Compressor. By 2pm ( 5 hour later) I called to check the status of the repair, she told me she was sending someone to pick me up. She said my car did not need a new one. That is was something else wrong becsuse the top radiator hose was hot. When I asked what was wrong, she said I needed to get it checked out to see what is wrong. WHAT THE HELL ; IT HAD BEEN AT HER SHOP FOR FIVE HOURS!!!! Never again. But I will not allow her to pocket my money and the problem was never resolved. The only thing that was done over the last four months was a zip tie and some electrial tape and clearly a New Compressor that does not work consistently. If the compressor was not the problem then why did they put a new one in?Took my car today 7-20-21 to a AAA certified Techican.. After checking to see why my airconditioner was not working ; he said your compressor is Not Working .😡
