I’m constantly making purchases at this establishment and today I was disrespected by Walter. Walter decide that after I bought two items (2x vest and hat) that I needed to ask for a bag. Instead of just asking me he said, “I don’t know if you want a bag if you just look at me”. It is my experience in customer service that you offer unless the customer says otherwise. Completely and unnecessarily rude.

This place was a beacon in the night almost glorious I was in awe I enjoyed the experience I didnt get to see everything on every aisle I made it through about a third of the store I was on sensory overload I wanted one of everything it was clean the people were pleasant things were easy to find after nightmare at home Depot I was uneasy. To my surprise a smile came to my face, I found a new favorite store, I came in for utility tire they had a selection of 20. the staff was nice gave me a $10 gift certificate. These guys deserve a pizza party thank you, Ill be back soon

Terrible experience at this location at the manager level. Store employees have been helpful but manager has caused us issues each time and offers no solutions. We purchased a trailer and no paper work was available and she was terrible to deal with (lacking customer service ability, organization, and professional ism). Several drives to get this corrected. Serious issues with management here and wont be back

I showed up a few minutes before closing time and the manager whose brunette with glasses was very rude and demeaning towards me. You have lost a customer for sure I will never step foot in that store ever again. Thanks

Call this store to see if I can get propane, they told me yes. I arrive, then they tell me they cant because its raining. I look outside, especially when I just walked in, The rain had stopped and cleared up. Asked for a manager, then the tell me, they cant fill the tanks because its in the red.The 1st time I used this placed, they claim they were out and there was a gentlemen that told me, most of them dont know how to use it, so they will say they out, he filled the tanks for me.Every time, I go there, its always a bad experience, especially when I need propane.

I bought a tiller online and had it shipped for free to the store. The customer service was good and helped me load my item in my truck quickly. I picked up another small item there. Theie prices are good especially if you find them on sale some times

This location offers NO customer service.After walking around the store several times for help I found 4 employees having a gathering in the clothing department. When I asked the group for assistance l was told, “I’ll be right there”. Then I continued to wait until they decided the end their little gathering. I’ll travel to Katy before I offer this location anymore business. It’s been a good run.

Great store with lots of selection for your farm needs but they also have a great dog food selection at great prices.

Great store. I frequent 3 different Tractor Supply stores (this one, Waller, and Magnolia). This store has by far the friendliest and most helpful staff.

There is a certain employee that is just the best. Cant remember his name but has been a huge help in raising my chickens. Im definitely a beginner homesteader so getting the right advice the first time is essential. All the employees have always been very friendly.

This store is awesome. Ive been here a bunch. Its nice just to walk around and look at stuff. Pity they close at 8pm.

Making you wait 30 min too fill up propane tank and most of them were in the back just talking too each other at least 5 of them and not one could go out there and fill it up

The manager named Menley, who rung me up for my products was friendly at first. Then when I noticed that my product was the wrong price, she stats someone probably put it in the wrong spot and went to look and came back to say it was put in the wrong spot, but how does she know where I found it? So I told her I wanted a refund and shes says ok and walks away, comes back minutes later and says you need to wait in line for your refund which had 7+ people already waiting even though she just rang me out. So I wait in a different line for 20 minutes to get a refund, while she stood there watching the cashier, when she couldve just gave me my refund. I asked her for the manager and shes says I am the manager and you have to get in line for the refund. She literally just rang me up but I have to get in a different line to get a refund. Worse experience ever and the cashier named Sheila that ended up giving me the refund was very nice and apologetic.

Love going in here for their clearance area! They have the cutest home decor ever if youre into the farmhouse theme. Great assortment of pet supplies. Love going here for my chicken treats! Some employees are young but so incredibly knowledgeable and respectful!! They completely honor their return policy as well!

It was my favorite place to shop, in here weekly buying animal feed ect.. until today do to, two extremely rude so called managers. Will not post names of the mangers, one blonde and one brunette, need to learn customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.. COMPLETE RUDENESS..

Product availability is good but customer service is bad. Only 1 cashier in a busy store. I waited in line for a while even though I had one item only. The store associates arent trained to be friendly in helping customers. Ive asked employees for help but they seem to be just unhappy underpaid and not care about customer service.

I generally enjoy going to this store. Their products in general make me happy. But that’s not what my five star review is. Today, one of the workers accidentally made a mistake and informed me that some products that I had ordered online were only placed on hold and I still needed to pay for them. That seemed a little bit weird to me, but I had my semi-sick daughter with me and didn’t take time to look it up on my phone. Upon arriving home having paid for the items at the store, I discovered that I had already been charged online. I called the store and with out any hassle whatsoever, they apologized, collected my information, and immediately refunded me for the double charged items. It’s that kind of immediate customer service that makes this a great store.

Tractor Supply is an awesome place to go if your homeowner and looking for specific items for your house Whether it be for lawn mowers or pressure washers or other items that you might not find elsewhere. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful in every single way. If youre a Rancher they carry a ton of stuff for running a farm as well. There Pet Supply section is absolutely awesome. I saw brands in there that I have not seen any conventional pet stores in town. You owe it to yourself to give this place a chance to impress you as well as it has impressed me.

My husband and I were turned away from purchasing a trailer by an employee named Wanda yesterday because “they weren’t ready to be sold! This was around 6pm. The first excuse Wanda gave was that it was going to take 40-45 minutes to type in all the paper and work and that she was a slow typer. After we told Wanda we would stick around, she then had a manager come and tell us that they would not be able to sell us the trailer to come back the next day. Today we walked in and low and behold there was Wanda the “slow typer” who said to my husband “oh I remember you, “ in a disgusted tone. As if she didn’t want to help us again. Wanda needs to take a class in customer service because this is not acceptable when helping other people. Especially if we are paying $1500.00 for a trailer.

I love going here to look at all the new things & toys. They have everything a Rancher or Farmer could need or want. Plus they have great sales too. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Lots to choose from, good place to buy all sorts of animal food, including dogs. Horse feed, bird feed, dog food and treats, birdhouses, wind chimes (always fun to play with - no matter what age you are )....and so much outdoor decor. I had fun.

I simply LOVE this place! Old location was more convenient, but current store is much larger and well stocked. Best thing about this store are the employees. They are eager to help and always have a smile.

Best place to get needs for our pets. I would love to give it 5 star, just all the locations are so spread out and a good ways from our home but we will still make the trip about twice a month.

If you need to go to the customer service desk, stop by a register on the way in and ask them to call someone to help you. Otherwise you could stand there a long time waiting. Otherwise, good prices, friendly folks, good products.

I love Tractor Supply. Our family has chickens, a bunny and a dog so we get our feed and farm supplies there. They usually have everything we need at decent prices. However. Black Friday deals were very disappointing.

Went looking for womens work boots here, which the online site said they had but upon arrival there was nothing to be found. Asked for help from the helpful staff, who informed us they could be ordered online and shipped to the store. There was nothing work boot wise for women available in the store.

Looking for a truck box, I finally find one at TSC. I go into the Rosenberg, TX location and find the one I wanted. I take it down from the shelf and put it on the four wheeler. Then it hits me, I should check to make sure it has the anchoring hardware and keys before I roll it to the front. So I try to open it but its locked. I walk around the entire store to find a representative to help. No one can be found. So I walk with my 3 yr old to the front counter where a clerk is walking in from the outside and ask her if someone can help me in the truck boxes. Shortly somone arrives and says, Oh yeah, we were trying to open this one the other day.... Long story short, no keys to open the truck box means they were probably misplaced or stolen and that means to me, they are not interested in selling that one any time soon.

Prices on trailers do not add up. Looked at a 5×8 trailer with a price tag of 699.00 in parking. Went inside and asked what kind of discounts might apply to a trailer? The employee said a 5×8 is listed at 899.00 and they could take 100.00 off the price. Doesnt make sense!
