I want to say THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!! My washer broke & i was in dire need for a washer so I went to Lowes since they are closer to me. I waited an hour & no one helped me. So I drove 12 min to Home Depot & I had a very helpful associate. I didnt tell him what I had just gone through, he went out of his way to answer all of my questions, he even looked online for answers to my questions. I paid for the washer & will have it delivered to my house. I do have to wait a week because the calendar was full, but im still very happy for the awesome customer service given to me by the associate, David Airhihenbuwa. 😁

Ive been to home Depot countless times and Ill continue to go there no matter what, but for whatever reason this home Depot is stocking black molded treated pickets. I informed a couple of guys that work there they didnt seem to care so Ill show you the photos. Management never should have allowed these to be stocked. Aside from that the cuts are just horrible. Whatever mill theyre getting these pickets from they need to fire them and get them from somewhere else.

Needed to buy a new drill. They are locked in a case. Finally got someone over to the case after 15 minutes of waiting. He couldn’t open the combination lock, he got mad and said he doesn’t even work in that section and left, he never came back and no one else showed up. So after waiting 20 more minutes, I left my buggy of stuff right in front of the drills and went to Lowe’s and bought everything. Had a good experience there. So if your thinking of going to this Home Depot I would suggest passing it up and going to Lowe’s instead.

Very clean store and helpful Staff.Unfortunately, due to the Pandemic, the item I was looking for was out of stock.Plus, the staff member who was assisting me, went above and beyond to locate the item anyway.I recommend shopping here if youre in the area.

Wait half an hour for someone to help me and no one came, you need good customer service, for the next time I will look for another store where they have good customer service ..

Who does not like to shop at Home Depot? but this store is an exception. Items are not restocked back on time and some staff are just reluctant to help or not trained well. Accountability lies with the top management and this store needs new leadership.

Husband and I were in the tools section, my husband is one of those that reads everything on the back of things. I was clearly annoyed. Husband walked to 3 sections looking for one thing comparing prices and facts. When 2 of the employees saw us and asked if we needed anything we replied with no. So then we moved to another section and they followed us. They stood behind us and started talking about people stealing. I understand people steal but you standing right next to us is insane. It made us super uncomfortable. Do what you have to do but standing behind customers the entire time is not the way to go about it. This old man really walked all the way to the register to make sure we payed. Then you wonder why you have so many stealing from you lol you waisted about 15 min standing there watching us. Train your employees to mindfully watch over customers. Not all are there to steal!! Disappointed to say the least. Not going to this homedepot ever again.

The lady with the clipboard was supervising the employees and the boys were eager to load up the bags of soil in my truck and other customers, also.I only got some of the names of the boys..But, they all ROCKED.. Not an associate in sight to offer assistance. Waited after asking for help three different times. The only store associates visible where the ones at the checkout area that didnt have any knowledge of hardware or anything else related to the store. Wont return to this location.

Home Depot usually always has what Im looking for. I like their mobile app because I can look to see which store close to me has what Im looking for, & it will tell me what isle it is on as well

Spencer in the lumber department at Home Depot in Rosenberg is very friendly and professional. He helped my son and I at selecting the right lumber for outside and he cut the lumber for us. I am giving Spencer the five stars for his outstanding customer service!!!

I was able to find help in multiple departments and find what I needed.

Its great for small items, but I spent over 10k in a seven day period on lumber and supplies. Every time I went to pick up a will call it was not ready, 3 occasions. Hourly hands sat and waited over 2 hours, once we just took 5 hourly hands and pulled the order ourselves. At the end of the day it would have been cheaper to buy from McCoys or a local instead of paying the lower price tag and enduring nothing less than terrible service. Part of the order came from another store on their behalf, but the driver refused to deliver because we asked he wear a hard hat and gloves.After many wasted hours on the phone, we did receive the delivery a day later than promised the second time. All in all, if you have a schedule to meet, and cant spareHourly help to go and do their job for themDont even waste your time with this store location, it will only lead to frustration and regret over a good price and zero care about the customer.

I was able to find most everything I wanted, even with things in short supply. And the maps were right on which helped to make the trip.a lot faster.

One thing that I use to love about Home Depot over Lowes is that there was always people on the floor asking you if you need anything. Sadly, those days are gone. I was using a friends vehicle, but the wood was a little too big for it to fit in. I went back inside of the store through the lumber section and explained this to the cashier and told her I needed to take it to the back and have it cut. The old attitude at Home Depot would have told me that she would call to make sure someone was there. The new attitude simply said ok. After walking all the way down to that area and waiting a few minutes, I then proceeded to going to the end of every aisle looking for someone who worked that department and didnt see anyone. So I had to go all the way back up to the front of the store to ask the cashier to call someone to assist me. Lowes is very bad about their employees passing by and never asking if you need anything and not being able to find someone to assist you with your needs. Customer service has a lot to do with why I choose to spend my money at Home Depot.

They had what I needed as usual. Went to check out, they didnt have any cashier and directed me to self check out. I hate self checkout as I dont like American jobs being replaced by automation, Id rather wait for a person so they keep a job.Since this was all they had, I scanned my item and hit the help button to apply my veteran discount. No one came for several minutes so I left my items and went to Lowes and bought the same items and was able to have a cashier.

Usually has what I need, easy to find product locations

My husband and I bring a lot of business to the store for businesses that we run and for our own. I was content with the customer service until recently. Customer service desk failed to help us out sent us back and forth. We werent getting anywhere and the customer service desk supervisor was rude hung up on me and when I called to speak to a store manager I was on hold for Jeanine who never answered the phone. I had to drive to the store and stayed on the phone to see if a manager would answer my call. After 45 minutes someone picked up the phone only to hang it up. I never spoke to anyone, I was frustrated when I made it to the store. I asked to speak with a manager who by the way handled the situation professionally. If it were not for Elaine I would not consider taking my business back to the store. I want to give credit to Elaine for taking the time to resolve my situation and for being extremely professional and helpful. Its going to take some convincing to get my husband to go back to the store. I am willing to give this store a second chance because of Elaine. Until we revisit, I can make up my mind if I want to keep my review as is or give it a better review.

Friendly service especially in the paint store

Great place to shop for any type of hardware or lumber. I had to rebuild my house after hurricane Harvey, and they had everything I needed. Lumber, insulation, wiring and fixtures, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Tried returning an online purchase. The lady at the return desk was uncooperative and rude. Was told I couldn’t return the item because they don’t stock it in the store. I purchased it through the HD app. Went to my vehicle and called the 800 number for customer service. Was told by them that I would be able to return it, but it would have to have a manager approval. Went back in and relayed this info to the same employee who told me to stand to the side and wait on a manager. She finally called a manager 35 minutes later and had a conversation with the ‘manager’. Was told again that I could not return the item because they don’t stock it in the store.Well, went to the Sugar Land location and had ZERO problems with the return. Didn’t have to have a manager get involved. The gentleman wanted to do his job and take care of customers.I will never go back to the Rosenberg location again and will discourage everyone I know from going there as well.

My wife ordered a tool box to surprise me for my birthday from this store, only for the tool box to come in damaged. Not only damaged but the 800lb tool box was delivered outside of my home with out any notice. Mind you they told her it would be delivered inside the garage or at any location we would like. A neighbor had to come tell my wife that it was delivered and it was outside. We tried calling them to let them know about the damages and delivery but nobody wanted to help.We had to call the manufacturer to help us get a new one and pick up the damaged one. So this store sends someone to come pick up the damaged tool box and later calls us to tell us that the new one that was supposed to be delivered has been damaged. So now we have to wait again until they figure out when they will send us the new one. Poor customer service, poor management, poor delivery I mean overall makes Home Depot look bad. The worst store in the history of stores.

Great experience - went to look for a small tool to cut tile. I had no idea where to look, so I asked a couple of guys for help. One of the guys I didnt get his name went the extra mile to look up the item and told me exactly where it was. I was able to find it with no problem.

Very good experience. They finally trained some helpful and knowledgeable employees. Lupe was friendly and even walked with me to find the plumbing part.

Shopping for a rare hard freeze in Houston area. Needed a heater for my well house as I live in a rural area and have my own well. Despite preparing several days before the event, they were already out of heaters. Employee Craig went out of his way to help me. He checked the customer service area and found one; must have been a return that was never opened. All the employees I interacted with were friendly.

This store keeps their items stocked. At least they try to. Went their to get insulation in the morning. In the evening they have pallets out of the same one I got.

Horrible lumber service team, never can find any carts because they only have like 5 that work. Why do they hire people that dont want to help you, besides the cashiers are the only ones working? I hate Home Depot! I would never go there if I didnt need to go. If another hardware store opens up next door I would go!

Always have to find employees to help you. You see them walking around but they don’t bother to ask you for assistance. They look and walk like robots. No body says hello anymore.

I saw an interesting display in a large box that was nearby an associate. The wording was very large and I didnt see the small label price. Upon asking the associate the cost, he sharply told me $10 more than it was priced after pointing to the item and telling me I should look at the box where it is printed. Then when he saw he was wrong he rudely walked away.This is another store that need a secret shopper experience. I could have purchased the item, it was better than what I was looking for; but I dont pay for bad service.

If you want your orders lost, weeks late, no one communicating when anything is coming, and rude customer service; they are the place to be. They tell you by 5PM if the order arriving that day is delayed and act as if you should be happy that they are sending you your order at all. They make excuses after excuses to why they lose your order and cant get your items to you. They have trouble finding my place, they say they called but they didnt, and my favorite is the driver doesnt speak English. I should learn Spanish at this rate. They really dont want your business.

The lack of communication from your delivery people to the store and customer is unnaceptable. I bought a refrigerator for Mothers day (May the 9th) and was supposed to be delivered on May the 2nd. the date has been changed to the 12TH with no communication from the store employess or delivery employees. I had already made plans for the 2nd around the delivery of this item. I would have never found out that the date had been changed without consulting with me if I had not called

They cant rent truck no plates. The question is where are the rest of your trucks because here they only have 1 apparently. But hey there is plenty of parking.

I love shopping at home dipot in Rosenberg Tx because they have a lot of employees they are very helpful and knowledgeable specially these 4 guys i want to name Mr Sam he happily ordered a shower door for me an this other young men named Darius and Isaac very nice young men so willing to help fine the tile we were looking for and it was another young men that helped me find a water faucet, the cashier. Over all every body was very nice and helpful. Thank you Home Depot for a very awesome shopping experience. God bless you!!

Went to pickup an online order. Drove 20 minutes just for that. They told they cancelled the order without any prior notice. No single apology. An email/text would have saved me an hour and frustration. Never going back to this store.

Very bad customer service. They get paid to sit around on top of counters and point at the isles to tell you where things are. Robots could do a better job.

Very crowded, they do require mask in here and no six feet put in place. If you are concerned about your health they do have order online and pickup also pickup parking.

Love coming here every time I have a project to do. I always find what Im looking for, and when I dont know where it is, someone helps me find it in a timely manner.

I used to buy a lot from them but not any more. I know they dont care about one customer leaving but they lost my business after not making good on their promise to fix or replace my appliance. The Only One time I needed them they were not there. Their competition LOWES has replaced 2 difffrent appliances for me already that were under warranty. So, yeah thanks for nothing I guess Home Depot.

I was told I could not return a drill and when I questioned the supervisor/manager, she tells me “there’s nothing I can do!” What? Unbeknownst to me, the drill is known to have battery charging problems so I just wanted an opportunity to get a different brand. No Deal! I was given a number to call if I wanted an explanation so I called only to have that person tell me the same thing. They said I could write a letter to Home Depot and wait 14 days for a response...Wow! Summary: Home Depot denies return, asks me to call company for an explanation only to find out that they would refer me back to Home Depot for that same explanation!?! Only I had to request it in writing!Yes it sounds a little confusing because it is, I’m going to open a case with the BBB as this was not what I would expect out of Home Depot.

Giving them 4 stars on their convenience and they usually have what is needed. Home Depot has a large staff....but can be frustrating to find help....

This simple act of kindness was much appreciated....Thank You Jerry! This employee took the time to assist me with finding the right screws for my new license plate and then attached it to my car after it was purchase. Again a simple act of kindness goes a long way and is not easily forgotten and makes each trip to Home Depot a pleasant experience. Thank you also Home Depot for having a valuable employee.🌹

Great experience - was able to return some items that were not in need - the staff was very polite and friendly and always eager to help. We still have not explored all of the isles - but so far the experience is only positive!

They did have what I needed, but the self-checkout is a joke. The gun would not scan. It would not scan for the person behind me either. Another couple at the next register was having issues as well. Please pull out these worthless self checkouts and pay the same people standing there to fix issues with self checkout to simply check people out. The lines will move faster that way.

I went to this store and walked towards the aisle with the washing detergent and saw a huge rat run through the aisle. I can’t blame them too much because I understand the store is a warehouse style, but it’s still enough not to go back to this location.

I would rate it 0, if I could.Try to buy a washing machine,Home depot in Richmond, TX. they had it on display, but not available, the guy that was waiting on me, left me saying he was gonna make it back to me in a couple of minutes to get it ordered it.Those couple of minutes turned into 40 minutes, several employees called through their system that someone come to assist me at the appliance department, none showed up, I then ended up going to customer service on the front to order the washer, as a surprise, the displace price was totally wrong for over 200 dollars less and the washer was out of stuck.A real mess.I ended up buying the washer at a liquidation store, went in bought it and took it home same day.Not, even a single scratch on it.
