Excellent customer service!

The customer service is GREAT!!!We have a coupon from the home builder to get a gallon of paint. There is an issue about the coupon. While we were waiting for the home builder to reply the call, the manager and the staff already did whatever they can to help us out and solved the issue.The staff is patient, nice and polite. We definitely will go to this location next time if we need paint again!

Custoner experience is great. Its dead in there so both of the employees were working together to help me out. Great young ladys who deserve a raise!

Showed up an hour after they were supposed to be open on Sunday and the doors were locked up tight. 11AM on Sunday 9/20/20.

Theres a lot of stores that carry paint, and other things, but professionals go to a paint store. Theres a difference. A paint store will carry a variety of colors premade. So when you need just one more gallon of paint to finish a job all you have to do is go in and pick up another gallon, and know that it will match.

I always have a good experiance in the Rosenberg store. I get in and out with time to spare. Thanks guys!

There were 3 men and two of them were almost asleep in the office. I ordered my painting two hours before and on arrival it turned out that they did not have it ready, wait for 7 minutes and they never found my order. I left the store,,
