Marble Slab your prices are too high to have bad customer service. On 07/06 at 2pm, the lady who was working here at the Rosenberg location was rude. She charged my daughter for a waffle cup with sprinkles when my daughter just asked for a regular waffle cup. My daughter comes outside and asks me to go inside to get the correct waffle cup because she is too scared to tell the lady it is not what she ordered. I send her back inside because why pay more for something you didnt ask for and dont want? The lady refused to change the order. The ice cream is now melting as my daughter comes to the car for a second time crying because she doesnt want to go back inside. I send her back to get the correct waffle cup and the lady gives her the correct waffle cup but doesnt swap the ice cream from the other one. So, we end up paying more for something we didnt order and had to scoop the ice cream in the correct waffle cup which was melting and not worth $9 at that point.

Worse banana split I have ever had. I use to love eating banana splits but not after I ate the one from this place. It was definitely not worth the 8 bucks that I paid for it.

Love love love how it always smells like fresh baked cookies when I walk in here. Employees are always so great and do a wonderful job at preparing the ice creams when they have add-ins in them. Store is always super clean as well. Love this location!

I ordered a cookies and cream cake and it was delicious. The ordering and delivering process was simple and the workers worked with me to make sure the cake was just as I wanted it. I will be ordering from them again in the future

My favorite ice cream to indulge in here is a birthday cake ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and cookie dough. Dont forget to put your favorite scoops into a waffle bowl! I prefer the vanilla dipped with sprinkles the best! It all ties together perfectly.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service at this location. First of all it makes no sense to not taste test due to covid because 1 were not handing you back the sample spoon we’re throwing it away and 2 it’s the same at reaching over to hand us our ice cream it’s ridiculous. So I got red orange NASTIEST FLAVOR BTW they’re only sorbet. So gross it taste like medicine so I asked if they can give me another flavor and because of management they weren’t able to do that. I think this policy is ridiculous and someone should talk to the owners about DENYING customers because where I work customers are always right. And we strive to make them happy by any means you would think at an ice cream place it would be the same. Completely disgusted with the service.

Always a great place

I run an elderly client here every two weeks. Each time we come in, they recognize her and start on her order while theyre still saying hello. The smell of the cookies and the cones are wonderful. The store is always impeccably clean, even when its busy. If you want ice cream or cookies, you cant go wrong with this location.

The milkshakes were colorful and looked really good but tasted like regular milk.All the tables were way too close to each other.Only one restroom for a crowd of people.Kinda slow but hey theyre doing it right.

Yummy ice cream, and fresh toppings. The service people are very kind, and even gave my daughter free M&Ms just to make her smile. They have lots of options to choose from and only a wait when a customer has trouble choosing their treat.

I havent really been to Marble Slab in forever but finally went and it was awesome had the chocolaty fudge delight so good, people wanna complain about little things but overall good service and positive people which made the experience worth every penny. Be grateful people not picky..

I have lived in Rosenberg for a while now and always had a thing for Marble Slab Creameries, mostly because of all the sugary goodness you can add-in. While they are a bit pricey, the ice cream has a overall great flavor. The service isnt too great here at this location though and portions of add ins are very stingy like. My cookies and cream shake was not thick at all, very watery and I could tell the lady did not really want to make it and or be at work by the way she was preparing the orders. They also failed to honor the birthday reward coupon my wife got after signing up at this same location. We were however able to use our $5 off coupon that was emailed, so at least there was that. I plan to go back and give it another try, I am not one to totally give up on a place because someone was having a bad day, but just know that Customers Drive Business. The product can be as great as can be, but its nothing without the right people backing it. They are also hiring, so this place can definitely turn its customer service around with the right people hired.

Every time the family and I go something is always messed up we dont have this or they way over charge and we have to argue to get the refund. Went tonight 1/6/2016 and oh we dont have any brownies for a fudge brownie delight. So the guy said we have to charge you for one of those brownies that are in the case. It would of been $3 more and the customer service sucks.

No gloves on the workers.... is that not a must when working with food? Do not accept coupons or the Marble slab stamp card..... really want repeat business? Language barrier at times. You don’t get enough ice cream for the high price you pay. The ice cream taste different (not in a good way) than the Marble Slab in our city. I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve been there (3 months apart) I had the same unpleasant experience. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This is the WORST marble slab, I mean the Ice cream is fabulous. But if I’m going to spend $30+ For 3 ice cream I’d ATLEAST expect to be greeted with a smile, or atleast good customer service. This is the fourth time I’ve been to this location and not ONCE have we been greeted, or even have good customer service. Also, there was a line all the way to the door and there were only Two people working, well more like one person because one of the ladies was on her phone the whole time. So ontop of not getting good customer service, we had to wait almost 30 mins in line, mind you there were only 3 people in front of us. If you are in a rush, PLEASEE don’t go to this location.

Not happy with the customer service. We were being helped by a young lady and a young man took over. He was trying to answer our questions and the shift loaded interrupted. It was as if we had to start all over again. Needless to say, we didnt order at ice cream.

Never again will I order a cake from this place. I put my order in for a large cake well the cancelled the order because even though its on the web site they do not make the size of cake. So I ordered 2 medium cakes for employee birthdays. They lady calls the day after I order which is friday and tells me that she doest have mallo creme and that she doesnt know what a garnish is? Well I end up telling her not to worry about the sauce and explained to her what the garnish was. Well we send someone to pick up the cake and when I get them and take a look at the finished product the cake was all wrong. The cake was supposed to have vanilla icing with chocolate border and all the letters were supposed to be in yellow, well the whole cake was chocolate icing the letters on one cake were pink and the other cake was in blue and looked like a 5yr old had written it. And there was no brownie garnish on either of the cakes. I tried to call the shop several times and left messages. When someone finally answered the lady who answered told me they were busy and would call me back. We paid $80 for these cakes and ordered it a specific way but we didnt get them the way we ordered. I will never order another cake from this place I should of just went to Kroger for better service!!
