Helpful staff! I came in looking for replacement low beam headlight bulbs. The staff showed me all of the available options and gave an honest recommendation. When installing the bulbs I thought they had given me the wrong ones so I went back to ask for an exchange. Turns out I was wrong and the staff very graciously and in a very friendly way explained my mistake. I was slightly embarrassed but the staff was so helpful and understanding.

My heat wasn’t working in my Caravan went in talked to Seth. He came out and looked at my van got the coolant for it helped me fill it and explained the reasons the vehicle was so cold and not heating! He then came out again after about 10 mins and checked it. Definitely made me not feel dumb for not knowing what was wrong. It was the best service I’ve ever had at an automotive store! Keep up the GREAT service Seth and the team at Advance! You all have it right with customer care! Now my van is nice and toasty! Dylan was also extremely helpful! Thanks everyone!!!

Bought a car battery online for pick up at this location. Went in after 7 or so and the place was empty.Employees helped find my battery and reluctantly installed it in the car. It was late and raining so thank you to the helpful employee.Overall a good experience.

This is now my go to shop. I drive a BMW E46 and they regularly have stuff in stock. They are knowledgable and have great prices. Im a car guy and back this location 100%.

I had engine lights on my car so asked what looked like the manger to help me out and he give me this little machine to use I informed him if he could help me out because I didn’t know how to use it. He looked at me like I was dumb. Tried to explain to me how to use it But i clearly let me know if he would just help me out but that was asking for to much. I decided to just go somewhere else. Worst place to ever go, I guess you have to be certain color to get some help that’s how I felt. Never will go here

Went there this morning for a battery for a scooter the lady on the phone said that they carry them. I said I need an sf50 and I got there and there was no battery. So I went to scooterville.

I love Advanced Auto Parts. They always help me out with changing my windshield wipers (Im really bad with cars and I need it!)

If you walk in and know what you need you will get them. They have a pretty good stock of parts on hand.
