These guys tested my battery and walked me through the purchase of a new one.I had to split the payment between two cards and also dont really know much about replacing it. They helped me and got me on the road.Jessie (sp?) Was especially awesome, helping me in the over 100 degree heat and smoke from the wildfires to get things back to 100 percent.

Started off roughly with a grumpy old timer who was taking my used battery in for my deposit refund.Me: “My passenger front and rear windows aren’t rolling down. You think it could be a fuse because they both just stopped at the same time?”Him: “I’m not a technician I wouldn’t have any idea!”Me: “whoa! Settle down there darling, why don’t you just take the battery in and I’ll handle the rest. Didn’t mean to hurt your brain there.”What a colorful guy he was!A really nice young man assisted me with the rest of my shopping. I looked up the fuses for the windows, he came out to the car to assist me with opening the fuse box. Making sure that I had everything that I needed.Going above and beyond! Turned out there was two fuse boxes and I would have purchased the wrong fuses because only some of the window fuses were in the box that I had found.Didn’t auto parts store people have way more knowledge about vehicles as in they were mechanics before being in the auto parts industry or something like that. Because, when I worked in the auto parts industry as a driver they did. Interesting.......I had another experience with a young woman there. She too was amazing! Friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful. Just steer clear of the older ones.

The store manager failed to get in enough parts. They ran out of the basic choice I wanted which was obviously most popular. In my desperation to get it done tonight I was overcharged for the premium ones I didnt want. Brian was unable/unwilling to price match. I resent this transaction.

No greeting as I walked in...just gleaming stares from the 2 guys up front. Although I knew what I was looking for, I was never asked if I needed any help, etc...as I was paying at counter, thats only time anything was said to me. Telling me the price. There wasnt a soul in the store so they couldnt say they didnt see me. Oh well, maybe customer service is NOT their strong suit.

Always helpful and have the parts at least available for order. Only problem I had was I ordered a part and waited a week for it. The part was supposed to only take 2 days to ship and it took maybe 3-4 days. They didnt call me when they got the part and they didnt apologize when I came and got it. Besides that its a typical AutoZone where they sometimes give you the wrong parts and have stuff that you can find at Walmart for cheaper.

I dont like or often leave negative reviews but after experiencing Tim, I felt I should. I was looking for new bulbs for the interior of my car and how I was looking for a specific model and instead of just saying oh we dont carry them he talked down to me and told me his database is more knowledgeable than anything online. His tone was absolutely rude but at least he did it with a smile.The only reason I still have three stars is he day prior I had a very kind and helpful employee. He was big into disk golf and knowledgeable on what I was looking for.

AutoZones customer service is really going downhill theyre not personal anymore and they dont know about vechels or parts. I actually went out of my way to go to a different location to see if the customer service would be better and it was the same disappointment. Im going to stop going to AutoZone.

Had some trouble installing new wipers on our Honda Civic. Walked into the store and Alicia offered to help us. She walked out and quickly figured out the problem. Alicia installed the wipers in less than three minutes and offered to check our oil. She was courteous, professional and efficient. Highly recommend this Autozone.

I have been here numerous times to the Foothills location and always received good service, but last night was VERY IMPRESSED when Jose spent a good deal of time on my car. My husband works out of town so I had no one else to help me when my battery light went on.I drove there and Jose tried to test it, but it was too low for a reading to show up. He then changed it out for a new one (which was under warranty) so we could get a good reading and I would also be able to get home on a fresh battery.Because the new one wasnt fully charged he had to pull it out again to charge it and then reinstall it in order to do the test.Finally the test showed my alternator was bad.I was just so impressed that Jose went out of his way (in my opinion) for a customer, when he could have easily just told me no readings were showing up and I would need to see a mechanic. It was actually a lot of work in the dark and cold weather and very much appreciated....especially when I didnt even end up purchasing a single thing.Thank you Jose and Auto Zone for great service.

They were very helpful. They let me borrow one of their tools so I could get the code from the Check Engine Light. They gave me the the details of what that code meant. I was then able to arrange to take my car to the mechanic for the upcoming service.

I ordered a water pump. Paid for it, and when I left, the cashier told me I had 20 dollars on my rewards account. He showed me on the receipt he printed for me. He said that the next time I come in, hell push a key and knock off 20 bucks on my next purchase. The store called today and told me the pump arrived. I arrived to pick up the part and the guy brings me a ripped box. I opened it to discover installation pieces missing as well. I asked them to please get another pump coming. In order for them to do this, they reimbursed my card, and asked me to purchase another pump. I asked for them to include my 20 dollar rewards. I showed him on my receipt and he stated he could not include it without the actual rewards card. I told him to cancel the order and I called OReillys. They had the pump, and it was 30 dollars cheaper!! I gave Autozone 2 stars since they kinda did me a favor by forcing me to go to OReillys!!

Hands down the worst auto store with the worst customer service. I went in to buy a part at 11 a.m. they said that they would have it delivered by 5 called four times during the day told the same thing that it would be there this evening 6:30 at night I finally called them back and they say it takes two more days to get the part. This is a recurring problem at this store. Either they are liars or completely incompetent.

Now tell me what rating they deserve. I enter the store, not a customer in the store. None. The black employee wearing black back belt is on the phone. Finishes. Ignores me, syares at his computer, looks at the ceiling, and generally looks bored. The phone rings again. The black employee picks it up. Now he has a live customer in front of his nose, ME, this was a second, independent from the first call, call.From this point on, having a live customer, the right thing to do, was put the phone caller politely on hold, and service me. Instead the black guy shouts for the back store. This moment another white guy customer enters the store, and stands behind my back with his wife/girlfriend/sister whatever she was as per their chat. Here a tall white guy in his late 50ties comes out from the back of the store and says what can I do for you. The guy behind my back who entered the store after me has the nerve to walk up to the register first, bypassing me, and the tall white guy, autozone employee accepts it with no problems showing ass**** customer service to me and proceeds to serve this from behind my back guy.So now notice this is worse than racism, this is a mess of impossible to even name it, with something that doesnt even make any sense at workplace where it all holds on customer service, a black acted ass**** a white acted ass****. This place is a mess not an autozone store, I am disgusted to visit it again, all the less leave my money here. In addition there is OReilly anyways. This kind of sh** went on increase since Trump was elected, but you know what ass**** employees? You are plain misreading the President, and next coming for you will be no job, its just the law of the life

I would liked to have based this review on giving this establishment some of my business, but sadly, horrible customer service/attitude prevented me from getting even that far.So I was cleaning out my garage, and decided to finally bring in all the used oil and 3 old batteries I had accumulated up over the past few years. I called the store ahead to make sure that they had capacity in their tanks for me to bring in my oil. The young employee verified that they did. So I load it all up in car, drove over, and then rolled it all in on my rolling wagon. The old oil was distributed among a few *partially filled* large containers, and several also *partially filled* quart-sized containers. An older employee (manager?) stops me before I can even make it past the registers, Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! and proceeds to tell me he doesnt have the capacity to take the oil OR the batteries! (How do you not have capacity to take 3 batteries?) I try to explain that most of the oil containers arent even full (and even if they were, they wouldnt even add up to 5 gallons), but he is not having any of it -- I can barely get a word in edgewise. He then starts to attribute it to the law (huh?). Finally, frustrated, I announce that this will be the last time I visit this store. He then smugly proclaims that he reserve[s] the final right to refuse service. Yeah, true. And I reserve the final right to discontinue patronizing this atrocious example of customer service!Epilogue: I get back in the car and call up the OReilly down the street. I ask them if they have capacity in their tank for about 4 gallons. They say sure! I drive the 3 minutes to the store, roll the wagon in again, and they happily process the oil. I also inquire about recycling the batteries, to which they inform me that they will give me $10 in store credit for each battery. What a pleasant surprise -- I just wanted to get these batteries out of my garage! So they give me $30 in store credit, which I promptly redeem toward an $80 purchase of new motor oil -- which will certainly NOT be recycled at Autozone in the future!
