Ford was able to get me in quick and I’m happy with the service but the price was extreme. I had a pretty good idea what my issue was and the parts should have been around $100-$200. With the normal dealership markups I was expecting $400-$500 but it ended up over $900 for a purge valve and an O2 sensor- neither are difficult repairs.
I am utterly disappointed.I had dropped off my vehicle handing them the keys with trust and hope that they would take care of my vehicle. I had already waited months trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck in the first place. Turns out, that the mirco-chip was damaged. I waited even longer to have that part for my truck. The day came, I dropped my truck off knowing that, the dealer is taking my truck under their care to fix my truck. They installed the new part however, they informed me that my truck was hit by another vehicle while it was in park at the dealer. I called Jim Murphy, he told me that it is not Fords fault that my truck was hit during their care. Making a comparison that it would be my fault if I parked my truck at target, but I did not give my truck to target to take care of it.If I gave my truck in perfect condition, I expect it to be given back in better shape than it was.I am not taking responsibility for this being my fault that my truck was damaged and I was not present. I believe that Ford needs to have more Integrity and claim responsibility for this incident.
I live in Iowa and saw the vehicle I had been looking for on Minnesotas Midway Fords website. Trevor, Amber and the whole Midway Ford Team were very helpful in me buying the car of my dreams. Ordered a new F150 in March. Took delivery today and I have to say it was the smoothest interaction with a dealership I have had. Trevor kept me updated on the status the entire time. Had the truck ready to go when I got there. Took about 45 minutes from the point I walked in to me driving off the lot. Finance went smooth and overall a great experience. Would highly recommend Trevor as he kept my best interest in mind and got me a killer deal. He did not try to push me into a truck that wasnt perfect for me.

Had a better than great experience with the salesman about a month or so ago, traded in a very nice Escape for a newer one. Car has been great. 1 star based solely on the service department. We’ve been calling this place for over a week at all different hours just to schedule an oil change and nobody answers the phones. I just spent almost 15 minutes listening to the phone ring, not even put on hold, how do you operate a business without answering the phone?

The service was good. I was told the work would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It took 80 min. Only suggestion would be for someone to have gone over everything that was done to my truck. Instead, the person gave me the total and said everything looked good.What does that mean? How about advising we checked and topped off fluids, rotated your tires, brakes were fine, etc. Instead, “everything looked good” doesn’t tell me anything.Thank you

Best experience I have had among all of the quicklanes Ive been to. They are helpful and super nice. They would give me a great time estimate for me to come back and pickup my car (instead of telling me its gonna be an hour and end up being 4 hours like the places I went to for just an oil change). The staff is always friendly and nice. They keep in contact and get the work done professionally. I was disappointed that my car warranty didn’t cover the issue. I only have 49,000 on the car. Such goes the 5 year or 60,000 miles coverage. Not Midways fault but it was an expensive repair and a factory defect from Ford that the owner had to cover.

We are a Ford family. We have owned many Ford’s. We printed a coupon from the website for The Works Oil Change for $49.95 and presented it at the time of check in. The coupon expires 9/30/21. We were told that Quicklane does not take the coupon advertised on their website because the cost of oil and filters has gone up. We ended up paying $81.45! We are disappointed in Ford for cheating us and not allowing us to use the coupon.

THEY DO NOT PRE INSPECT VEHICLES WHEN THEY SELL THEM. After our vehicles stopped working after immediately buying it for $10,000 truck, we discovered that due to a simple fluid line that could have been fixed if they did their pre inspection, our transmission is out. Shocking with an in-house shop they do not look over theyre vehicles. He told me they simply Do a drive test and check if the blinkers work.They told me they do not inspect cars before they sell them. So if theres a small part thats needed to prevent a major issues it will not be caught in time to prevent major damage and you could drive it off the lot causing thousands of dollars in damage or not made aware of a MAJOR ISSUE that tanks the value of the vehicle.Not only do we have to cancel work for all of our customers but we are out about $10,000 now with damages.And to think this all could have been prevented by a standard inspection that literally every other dealership does standard and comes expected.

However this time I waited two hours and an a half to get my oil change and I told them to top off my fluids but that didn’t happen after almost 3 hours. Idk what they were doing all that time

The name of the repair section of this company is actually called Quick Lane. Blew a rear tire on the highway this morning. Got a spare on it and called around to find someone nearby (tried maybe 7 other businesses closer to me) who could do replace my tire for me by the end of the day. This place was the only one who could tell me they could definitely get my car in and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Made my way to them and 2+ hours later they had ordered the replacement tire, received it and fitted it to my car. That is a win all-around as far as Im concerned. Courteous, helpful staff. I worked with Nick. Definitely recommend them for your car repair needs.

Will never return to midway ford,made appointment to drop off my 19 f150 for a couple warranty repairs on a Monday, before I left I went by my truck before I left to find they did not lock the door,so I went and ask the service writer wich I was told at a later time is the service manager,when I asked why they didnt lock my truck he said they dont lock them because they have a very low crime rate there,I told him to make sure to lock my truck he said yes would,so now its Friday have not heard from anyone so I called to find out they never looked at my truck all week, was told they were really busy so much for making appointment,so I went and picked up my truck and wanted to talk to general manager,she was gone at the time salesman gave me her card I called left her a voice message to call me,that was 6 days ago still waiting for the call.
I just had the worst customer service I have ever had at this dealership. I dropped of my f150 for an oil change and was told it would not be more the 2 hrs. I can back after 2 hrs and it had not be done and was told it would be 1.5 hrs more. They had my phone number to call me and did not. I was was upset and the service manager said there was nothing he could do about it I said I would not be back and he said he did not care I am going to upgrade my F 150 soon. Not at Midway

I was able to get my car serviced with a minimal wait time. The service personnel were very courteous. It is a shame Midway Ford doesn’t have more available parking. Every time I get my car serviced the parking spaces are few and far between. Today the only available space was hard to park in and I had a difficult time exiting my vehicle.
John Violette and Greg Graves were OUTSTANDING! From the moment I walked in- they were genuine, helpful, and very patient with me. John walked me through each step and explained everything to me. He gained my trust! John never pressured me to buy the car. He let me go at my own pace. Greg was extremely helpful and very genuine towards me. We just bought our sixth personal vehicle from Midway Ford. We keep going back because they are local to us and are trustworthy. We recommend them.
Midway Ford asked for my review after having service done on my F150….My service experience was not good. I had an appointment for Monday morning, dropped it off and that afternoon received a call that they didn’t know why my truck was there. The next day, they diagnosed the issue. As I had requested a price before dropping it off for what I suspected was the issue they said it could be $650 to $2400 for the rear end to be rebuilt. When they called, I was quoted a price of $3200! I explained that I talked with someone before and the expectation was somewhere in this price range they said let me call you back. They said they could do it for $2400, the upper end of the spectrum for what I was quoted without replacing the LImited Slip Differential in the rear end. Pickup was fine, no complaints. Days later my battery died (must not have been part of the inspection) and I returned with my battery that was purchased there in 2016, 100 month prorated battery. The gentleman in parts told me to wait and then told me to go have service test it. It was 5:50 pm, I stood in the lane yelling for someone off and on for 15 minutes and left without a battery. Not there during posted business hours and they went fishing for an extra $900 on the rear end service. Really an unimpressive run. Probably will not be back. Oh and the kicker, a week after service and having had them “fix” my leaky tire for $22 it isn’t fixed. Lost 10 psi over the week. Mechanic did great though, no more noise from the rear differential.

People are nice and service is great. It’s just very hard to get in for an oil change with anything less than a 2 hour wait. Reservations would help with that, but it’s not an option.
I’ve taken my 2018 Ford Edge to Midway Ford for a hill start message that they haven’t fixed. I think I’ve had it in about 6 times for this issue. I want this fixed before my warranty runs out!!! Scheduled an appointment for pick up and drop off on a Wednesday. They contacted me right on time and kept me updated throughout the day. Car was picked up around 7:45am and returned to me early afternoon. Had front brakes done, tie rod ends replaced, oil changed and tires rotated. Cost came in a little below estimate. Very easy process, good work and fair pricing.

Went to get synthetic oil change and had a coupon, they refused it although it expires September 2021, they claimed that offer end in July and we found the offer online same day we received the service they charged us more, they use to provide better customer service and discounts very disappointing !
