For many years I have had my vehicles serviced by large dealerships, that all changed today. After frustration with a lack of basic customer service from the large dealerships I decided to look elsewhere for my vehicle service needs .I had heard about BMR NAPA AutoCare from friends so I decided to give it a try . Staff was amazing, friendly and professional .The work area was organized and meticulously clean. I was extremely pleased with BMR NAPA AutoCare and plan to return for additional service as needed.

I went here for a job interview. The clerk at the service department greeted me. I asked for Bill McAnally and stated I have an interview with him. She was professional as she took my name and stated she will let him know I am here. I looked around as I waited. As soon as you walk in all you see is memorabilia and trophies, just as a race car place should look. The interview went very well, he truly expressed how he likes to take care of his customers and how important they are to him. I even got to see the garage it was very clean with its white floors and organized. I would bring my 2001 BMW 330ci there to get service. I would highly recommend.

The service from Chris was knowledgable, friendly and fast. The mechanics did at great job on replacing the 1994 Honda Struts. Kim Brown was very helpful in finding us a trucking company to help us move our vehicles to Louisiana.Thank you, to Bill McAnnally for arranging these services for my family.

I was searching for a new place to get my oil changed because the place I always go to is far and the wait is always hours. I found a special offer for this location so I gave it a try. I was pleased that they made me a same-day appointment despite the fact that I called later in the morning. The showroom is SO clean and has great accommodations. All of the employees were nice and didnt treat me any differently for having a coupon or for being a woman (this is so common for me elsewhere). I was so shocked that my oil change only took about 30 minutes, and that included a complimentary list of minor inspections on the car as well as tire rotation! I will happily recommend this location to others as well as continue my patronage here.

My experience was horrible very unfriendly even the owner pointed out the fact that he pays for pavement and that he was the boss before I even walked into the doors and even made me feel as if I was lost walking into the wrong store looking for answers on a product that I purchased but not purchase from this store exactly but this business of NAPA Auto parts then finally helped by a worker behind the desk that just stared at me for a while before he asked me if I need help then he opened his mouth with no customer service not even trying to be helpful just pointed me in the direction to another Napa auto store. Taking my classic car building to a different business for now on

Weve been customers with them for years and they have always been upfront and honest with us with every vehicle weve taken to them. They will let you know if there my be a minor issue, but it can wait and they wont push you into the decision on the spot. They stand by their work, I recommend them to anyone.

Charged me $108+ and ridiculous labor time for a $27 oil pressure sensor available from the local dealer, and were not interested at all in attempting to keep a new customer for life. I will take my vehicles elsewhere for better service. I recommend you shop elsewhere for better customer service and not get ripped off to repair your car!

I had a service request that few shops would touch. Service transmission and install high capacity trans oil pan that I provided. I requested they try to find a transmission dipstick mount to anchor the dipstick on the engine. They did all of the requests and modified a bracket to work. Everything works great! These guys think on their feet. Racing mods are done in stride. The service writers understand what you are talking about. Most shops wont touch aftermarket parts. Price was right.

My car was well-cared for. I did not appreciate, however, that no one was wearing a face mask. I care for my elderly parents and take many precautions to avoid exposure to COVID-19. I generally avoid any business in which employees are not masked. I almost walked out, but my car was so over-due for service, that I felt I did not have an option.

I was fortunate enough to find BMR through AAA when my car broke down after years of using less than adequate repair shops which often didnt fix the problem. BMR is a business that is well managed, has all the know-how you need, and fixes things right the first time. I have been there numerous times and I recommend BMR to anyone.

What a shop. Not only is the customer area very nice, the actual shop in kept up incredibly. Really helpful and friendly team who makes the car repair problems much easier to endure.

Ive got 3 cars and one truck and I take every one of them to BMR for all my work, including my 2014 Dodge Charger RT 5.7L Hemi. My Hemi Charger is my baby and I am totally confident with them doing any work on it. A great group of people from the front desk to the work bays and everybody in between.
