Bought a Groupon that was for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They were fast, friendly, and honest. I would definitely go back for any service need.

Every time I’ve called to ask a question or ask for a price quote everyone I’ve spoken with has been so friendly and professional. I recently brought my car in to get the rear stabilizer bar links replaced and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their drop off/pick up service is fantastic and super helpful for me, who works outside of their normal business hours. I will definitely be returning for future service for my vehicle!

I came here to change my car breaks. After he finished working with my car, the ABS light and traction control light on my dash turned on. Also, my car parking assistant sensor stopped working. Thankfully I was on his lot. So I went back to him and told him about the problem. He took the car for 2 hours and then told me he cant do anything about it, and if I want to fix the ABS and the other light, I have to pay more as if its another problem. Also, he claimed that these lights are not a big deal and I shouldn’t worry about them. I went immediately to another mechanic shop, and they told me that I need figure out the problem asap because it might be dangerous when I accelerate on the highway. NOTE: These lights werent ON before I came here. Not ethical nor honest at all. Avoid if you are not looking for a headache.

Javier is an amazing mechanic! I told him what was going on with my car and he agreed that it was a seized A/C compressor. He clarified that he wouldnt know until looking at the vehicle. Javier still took the time to give me an estimate before even looking at it. He kept in contact with me the whole time we were figuring out how to get my vehicle to his shop. He called me as soon as he diagnosed it and again gave me the same estimate as before because he confirmed it was the A/C compressor. He asked how soon would I need it and I told him as soon as possible. It was done that same day. I picked it up and it was exactly the price he told me over the phone. Rarely, a mechanic will give you an estimate before viewing the car. He was extremely kind and friendly. My car is only going here for any mechanical repairs. The best part is Javier followed up with me after a few days to make sure my vehicle was running. He truly went above and beyond. I am so grateful that I came in. I will gladly support his business. Another great part is his prices are very fair and reasonable.

Javier is your neighborhood mechanic who is honest, reliable, and available. Ive taken my cars here for several years now and had both normal maintenance done as well as major work including brakes and a water pump replacement. Fair prices for great work, and he wont push you to get things done if they dont need to be, but hell tell you what they are and help you make a decision.

I went into the shop for a tire rotation and oil change. When my service was completed, I asked the owner if there was anything wrong With my vehicle. His response was “everything looks great. Oil looked good, tires and brakes look good.” Upon leaving the shop, my TPMS dashboard light came on. The next day, one of my tires had lost a significant amount of air. I went back into Rose Car Care to explain to the owner the issues I was having. He said to me that I had to get a new TPMS sensor valve for the tire that was losing air. When I asked him why he didn’t mention that to me when I had asked if anything was wrong his response was “ya”. I said to him that he should have notified me when I asked if there was anything wrong and again he just responded “ya”. I didn’t receive an apology, instead, he offered to fix it for me, but needed to order the part, which was going to cost $70 plus an additional $25 for labor installation. I was able to find the TPMS sensor for $33. So not only did they break my TPMS sensor while rotating my tires, they tried to up sell me me to fix it. Horrible business ethics. I would NOT recommend this auto shop.

And their prices are among the best in our area. Let Javier and his staff take care of you-They go the extra mile to help out. I tried 3 other places in the area before finding this shop. I wont go anywhere else! They have done auto electric system troubleshooting, cooling system, and transmission repairs, among other repairs. Great people and great and timely work!

Recommended replacing an engine gasket for $170, which wasnt necessary and didnt help anything. Now the gasket is leaking. Another time, I asked to replace a part on the drivers side, and he replaced the one on the passenger side. I took it to another place, and they said that the drivers side is the one that needed to be replaced. Another unnecessary $130 repair. Yes, they are slightly cheaper than a lot of places, but you get what you pay for.

This is the only shop i go to. His price on labor (80-90hr) is the best i know for quality. Most repairs i get my car bsck same time. Dont be deceived by all the cars in his lot. He likes side projects.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. I cannot stress this enough. He overcharged me to fix my heat and all he did was change my thermostat and coolant flush for $440 and the heat only works when we press the gas. Also, guess what happened the next day? My car stalled on my way to work due to overheating. My engine was fuming. I took it back and he spent one more day fixing it and told me to get hold of him if it happens again and after 5 days the same thing happened and when I called him, no response. I wasted my $440 dollars here and now when I took my car to another place, they said it will cost me $600 more dollars to fix what he broke in my car. This place is a disgrace to Roseville!
