Excellent customer service. I walked in for my online appt. Was greeted by a nice woman who said “we will be right with you.” A few seconds later Brian greeted me . I explained my cars symptoms and I quickly filled out paperwork. A little while later Brian called with a update. His expertise and advice steered me towards the best options. Note: been going to BM since 2001 and I return because of their great work and team of experts.

Good break service, but can be a little more efficient in keeping up the time and contacting customers with work required and explaining what is done on the vehicle. If they improve the customer service, I definitely will give 5 stars. I will go back and recommend this place over the Brake Masters off of Harding Blvd.
The work is was done, and the price is reasonable. My complaint is the timeline. They are full service auto repair, and walk in. I assumed that meant first come first serve, but that is not the case. I took my vehicle to them at 10am, had not heard from them by 3:30pm, called, and found they had not yet evaluated my vehicle. They close at 5:30. So I made my way back to their service center and waited in their lobby with my children until the work was done. They had me out the door at 6pm.
This is my go to place for everything. I have been going there for years at this point. Wanted to share my most recent experience. A day before our big camping trip the clutch went out. Nico (manager) couldnt find the correct assembly kit and advised that it may be a couple more days. I explained to him that we were going camping and needed the car fixed soon and to try to get it done if possible the next day. Nico took it upon himself to look for the part. He found it and personally fixed the clutch in time! Vacation saved!
Absolutely the best service ever. They are all fantastic. After working in a service department for years, I know how the game goes. Amelia is fantastic to work with, real, informative, honest and knowledgeable. I absolutely love going there and have recommended them so many times over you would think I was getting paid off of it. Lol. Worked at dealerships my whole life, and I can honestly say, I can trust these guys....and girls.;-)
They were really great they always help me every time and she put filled my tires up also check my oil my water and filled the windshield wiper stuff with it and didnt charge me anything so that was really cool and Ill be coming in there soon to get a oil change cuz its past due so theyre really great down there so help you Im handicap so if anybodys handicapped that really helps

Great place! Went to get my brakes replaced and fix my alignment and the people there were very helpful and got the job done right! I was expecting to pay a ton of money but was actually under what I thought the cost would be! Definitely found a good Mechanic and will come back again!

Five star review just based on Amelia! Making the online appointment for brake service was easy, and I walked in and Amelia was kind and concise. Between my transaction and the others I witnessed, Amelia gives you all the information without pressuring you one way or the other. When I recieved the call about my brakes, she answered my questions quickly and in pedestrian terms for me, and also notified me that my fluids were in safe condition. She was upfront about the repair and the price, and didnt do any sales pitches over my head. My brake repair was done in 90 minutes after I gave the go-ahead. Would definitely come again.
Had an appointment gave them my keys walked around with my newborn for 2 hours came back to find out they hadnt even looked at my car... when all I needed was them to plug in a reader to let me know whats wrong with my car, which I was being charged $140 I mean it says free diagnostic online and on the wall but for me it was going to be $140 why? Idk because no one could communicate to me anything that was happening
These people named mainly Amelia as well as the mechanics all stayed really late with excellent customer service. Yes it was a wait but it was also a Holiday and in my opinion they handled it with the utmost professionalism. Thank you very much

I stopped by on X-Mas eve to change oil, the tech who was working on it was clearly under training and direct supervision from someone else, after a while, they called the front desk to show her a broken peice, then the other front desk approached me with that part in his hand and said where did you changed your oillast time? Because they overtight itand it gets break while we try to open it, we can change it for you for $50 !!! I said let rephrase what you just said, you break a part and now want to charge me for a replacement?! He said yes!!!!I wont be in any argument mood to discuss such dialogue with my car on jack with no oil and no filter seal on it!!!!It was a disaster experience by all means, diffinetly the worst ever!!!! Finally they parked my car on walk-way crossing

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this Brake Masters location in multiple instances. They have very personable and friendly staff who take the time to explain things to you well. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and thorough. The prices are very good compared to other places around. Highly recommend.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, decent pricing, and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday with one days notice. I really appreciated their help and plan to return when I have other items for my cars that need attention. Oh! They are also not just brakes. I didn’t know that when I got there but they do full service; so I was able to get my oil changed while I was there, one stop shop!

Ive never been to Brake Masters before cuz I get my oil changed at Goodyear but I couldnt get it done there but the girls are front desk with glasses I forgot her name is very sweet and kind she knows more about cars than the guys in the back too she needs to be working on the car so they get done right Ive had people I know go in there and their car didnt need what they said they needed like one person said their car was shaking they needed tires cuz some tread was coming but he had just purchased new tires a month ago and his alignment was off and it wasnt but the girl in the front with glasses and short when she sweet she needs to be the mechanic back there

I had just traveled in Roseville from Washington state and notice a problem with the underside of my car. I was not familiar with the area nor technicians. I needed help. I happened upon Brake Masters station for assistance. Amilia T., the assistant manager and staff were true professionals, and prompt to assist me in my plight. They were able to readily inspect my vehicle and make the adjustments and sent me on my way.Thank you, thank you, thank you for congenitally and technical service. I highly recommend you to others.
We had a 12:30 appointment and they had even looked at the car at 2:45. We left.
I had made an appointment for a 7:30 am appointment for Saturday the 29th (Today). I got checked in and sat and waited for rear brakes replacement and rotors. As other 7:30 appointment folks were getting finished (about 9am) I turned and realized my car was still sitting where I had parked it. I asked the service advisor/writer how long it would take, given that I had scheduled a 7:30 appointment. They asked around, realized someone had messed up and apologized saying “we had other cars from last night that we were finishing..” Shortly after I hear another employee admonishing the service writer who checked me in for NOT checking that I had an appointment and assuming I was a walk in. They told me that normally breaks take 2-3 hours... (which is WHY I scheduled an appointment at 7:30, so that I would leave no later than 10:30 to take a relative to dialysis.) They took my car back and finished it in 1.5 hours so I could leave at 10:30, and again restated that they rushed it so I was on time because it normally takes longer, but that is the BARE MINIMUM of what should have been done given their screw up. They wasted 1.5 hours of my time, rushed my breaks (which is fine if they weren’t doing half rate work), and when I went to leave, a tech came out and told me my hood was still open...Don’t come here. If you value your time, don’t come here. I’ve already told everyone I know about what a bad taste this place left in my mouth.

First time here, needed maintenance and brakes were squeaking and shaking. Had already tried to get the shaking fixed TWICE at Honda in the Automall, but it was like they did nothing. Brake Masters fixed the shaking and the squeaking and changed all my fluids super fast and for much less than I had expected. Everything was also explained very clearly and they were extremely professional! Very impressed.

Brake Masters in Roseville replaced my front brakes months ago (20,000 miles), and I appreciated their professional and no nonsense service. I went in today to get my rear brakes checked because they were making noise when backing up, or braking going downhill.Was told my brakes did not need replacement, they cleaned and lubricated both front and rear brakes, adjusted the rear brakes, and rotated my tires. As I was a repeat customer, and they appreciated me being patient, they did it all FOR FREE. So, if any company wants a lesson in superior customer service, they should emulate Brake Masters. Maintaining a repeat customer basis is what any company should strive towards, and Brake Masters at Roseville has that figured out. Awesome!
Amelia Turner at the Roseville shop is amazing. I have never had such great customer service any where. She is passionate about her job and truly cares about her clients. It was a pleasure dealing with her even though nobody really likes having to deal with auto repairs/maintenance. I will not take my vehicle to anyone else unless Brake Masters can not do the service. Amelia is a rare, valuable employee and should be put in management before I try to steal her to come work for my company.
And they did it again.... could have been a small $$$ amount however them showing that nickel and dimeing their customers is not what they do but ensure customers leave happy !!! Called at 8 AM to ask if I can drop in for a rear indicator bulb repair/ replacement as without it coming down the mountains with so many drivers was getting rough... I rolled in and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes and when I ask about charge - they just said - “Have a good day” - they didn’t even charge me for the material cost... that’s why in last 7 years I haven’t gone anywhere else but brake masters at fairway drive!!
I cant say enough positive things about this brake masters. My husband and I go there always for our oil changes, and this time they did some extensive but needed work on our truck. They explained everything and were so helpful. We will continue to go there. Emilia in the front is the best!

I love this place. Super reasonable rates and they always do a great job you can make an appointment or just drop in. They do just about everything. Their workers are really friendly and if you ask them to rotate your tires when doing an oil change theyll do it for you. On top of that you dont have to remind them to top off all your fluids. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Better than the dealership and cheaper. And if you want them to use OEM Parts just let him know or else theyll use their suppliers parts.
Took my vehicle to Brake Masters for rear brake pads based on a mailer promotion ($140). Following their inspection, they called & informed me that I needed to replace rear pads + rotors + calipers & front rotors as well ($1,300+). Took my vehicle for a second opinion and the mechanic confirmed I only needed rear pads + rotors resurfaced ($350). On top of trying to rip me off, Brake Masters broke my front center-cap & didnt inform me, just left it sitting on my front seat. Needless to say, Ill never recommend Brake Masters and highly advise anyone considering their services to attain a second opinion.
Amelia at this location is really the heartbeat of the company. She provide so much customer service its hard not to like her. Theyre very competitive with pricing and they do Fair work.
So i was extremely disappointed at the location near my house. I had to bring it in 3 times for a repair that cost almost 1500$ and they failed pretty bad sending me on my way telling me it’s fixed each time. Then I called a higher up management that over sees the stores and they sent me to the Roseville location and they did a fantastic job, they saved me as a customer and I’ll be taking it back there for my future needs. Brake Masters had a Free AC inspection offer and I had taken my odyssey for a checkup. After initial diagnosis, they claimed that the AC is low on Freon. They also suspected a slow leak for which they decided to add a dye to detect the leak. The estimate quoted for their work was about $150.However, when the work was completed they had added about 0.85 pound of Freon at the cost of about 30/pound. They anyway charged me for the full 2 pounds of Freon (which is the total capacity of my van) and the brought the total bill amount close to what they quoted originally. According to the worksheet they had, the bill would have been about $116, but finally costed me $154.When I questioned about these differences, the lady said that she hadnt split up the cost of the Freon is about 45 a pound (its only $30/pound) according to the final bill I have) and the dye is about $10 (which still doesnt add up to the $60 they charged me for Freon).Although the difference is not much, it speaks for their honesty and integrity.Be aware of this place, especially when you go in for one of their inspections. Its a good way of making you come in.... Not much different from the way some of the dealers work....

Complete Loss of Trust! LIARS! Ive been going to Brake Masters for years for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I could do this service myself, but its a very reasonable rate and they perform inspections so that I can go and fix what is found.Recently, I took my truck in and they reported that my rear brakes were at a critical point and needed IMMEDIATE replacement where the passenger side was 4 mm and the driver’s side was 1 mm. They stated that due to the uneven wear I should have them done within ASAP. I believed them as I had previously so I ordered brakes and then put my truck on my jack and stands to find that not only are they practically OEM specification for thickness, but no variance of wear on either side (see example picture).I dont mind maintenance, but I do mind wasting money buying new pads and then taking time out of my weekend for nothing...DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BRAKE MASTERS.Also, I have always enjoyed their buy three, get one free oil change, rotation and inspection. They are additionally bellyaching because I had done all the paid ones on my truck, and then sent my wife with the free change for her car. Really...? Did you sell three, yes. Was one free, yes. Give me a BRAKE.Finally, the point of scheduling an appointment is to be seen at or near the time of appointment and not wait over an hour for my vehicles to be serviced. The last two times weve gone for oil changes, it took 2 hours for my wifes car and 3 1/2 hours for my truck. Both had appointments scheduled weeks in advance, both were instances of very poor customer service. Specifically regarding my 3/4 ton truck, yes, they do only have one lift in the shop that they can perform the change on, but that is the reason for the appointment, so that they can coordinate accordingly...

Worst experience ever, first visit did oil change and brake issue fixed took 3 hours despite having an appointment but thought let’s give it another try with like change only, Today they said you have 2 hours wait time when I asked what is the point of appointment make it 12 then than 10 if it is not available they just said will it puts u next in line for available technician so does walk in, no value for customer time and no value to make the effort and set an appointment, if you have a lot of free time good to go never be happy you made appointment because they don’t value customer time

The worst service Ive ever had. Needed an oil change, a stud replaced, and the cabin filter replaced. Took them 7 hours and they still arent finished. Over priced me and had to point out that the estimate was $100 lower. I have to come back in tomorrow now too. Never coming here again after tomorrow

A little pricey
Had a 5:30pm appointment. They say they close at 6pm, the guys started working on the car at 5:55pm. The rude manager/service desk attendant told me the car would be done when they close, when I asked if they closed at 6pm like the sign says. He said they would close when they close. Talking to him and getting answers was like pulling teeth. Abosolutly horrible experience. Would not recommend service here at all.
