I wrecked my Camry in November 2020 I hit a deer on the freeway. After my son got into it accident. I was very frazzled. After looking for a month for a new car, I ended up at just better cars. I cant remember his name. The lady that actually did the paperwork was a little rough around the edges. But all in all I had a great experience and love my car. This was my first time selling a car and working with Just Better Cars with Shawn was amazing and SIMPLE! I was completely nervous to sell my car because I loved my car. It was the car I brought my 3 year old daughter home in from the hospital after she was born. However, we are in the process of moving to Texas and buying a home in Texas so selling my car was the most logical step. So I went online to Kelley Blue Book to get an estimate on what my car was worth and in the same day I got a text from Shawn from Just Better Cars stating he was interested in my car. I was completely hesistant and thought this is a scam. BUT definitely not a scam! Shawn is a down-to-earth easy going family man. After back and forth texting with Shawn, I called my bank and they confirmed that Shawn can reach out to them for the details of paying off the remaining balance of the car loan. After talking to my bank, Shawn reached out to me and said he has all the information he needs from my bank. So that same day I took my car over to Just Better Cars located in Roseville, they inspected and drove the car, we signed some paperwork, they sent a check off to my bank and then wrote me a check for the remaining balance. I was there for about 20min if even that. It was such a smooth fast transaction. Am I sad to not have the car I took my daughter home in after she was born....YES! But am I happy that now I am one step closer to buying us a home....YES! They’ve had me driving illegally because they messed up! I bought a car in June at JustBetterCars in Roseville. I got a call this week (2 months later) saying they had forgotten to get a smog check and because of that, they had registered the car as non-operational. They knew I was taking the car out of state (I live in Louisiana), and wouldn’t be able to go get a smog check, so this was their solution (without telling me). I have yet to receive a complete registration or title in my name, well over 2 months after the sale. Their story changes every day, and at this point I’m worried that I will have to ship the car across the country just to get the smog check they missed! They very clearly do not communicate well with each other within the business and I would not recommend trusting this place with your money (or your safety).UPDATE: Got a very aggressive call from the owner Tony, who talked in circles for 3 minutes straight but couldn’t answer the only question I had - am I driving legally? (I’m not, thanks to them registering my car as non-op without telling me) It was such an unpleasant experience talking to Tony that I’ve decided to just not drive my car until I can properly register it myself (I’ve been waiting well over 2 months for the title) and turn this over to the Sergeant at the local DMV investigations office. Again- do not trust justbettercars to get the dmv paperwork right OR to care at all about you after they receive your money.

My boyfriend bought a lifted truck with low miles from them. With in 24hrs the transmission started slipping. They sent him to aamco saying thats who they always use. The aamco guy said the lift was messing up the transmission and the truck needed a new transmission and regear. The dealership didnt like that. He spent all day in there to get the love it or trade it extended so that they could keep the truck for a week to check it with their mechanic. The mechanic said he would redo the computer and suggest we buy an extended warranty(this was the 4th time they tried to push the extended warranty) we called the warranty company and they told us do not buy the warranty as they will not fix anything power train related do to the lift. He traded the truck today for a different truck and they were rude and short they tried to over charge for multiple things and would tell him wait 10 min and it would take them 45 min to come back DO NOT BUY HERE it may look like a good deal but they were already trying to RESELL the truck he was trading back before the trade was complete

I purchased a truck a couple months back they only charge a little for reg fees then send me a bill for $780 for reg fees and didn’t want to look at my truck for a clunking noise it was making then sent me to collections and didn’t want to work with me at all

Go in with new perfect credit. If you have a trade-in with negative equity, and you do not have $5,000 - there is no use in going in.All of the cars are used. Negative equity cannot be put on a used car purchase, UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MEANS TO PAY OFF THE NEGATIVE EQUITY RIGHT THEN AND THERE.Nice people, but they laughed at me.
