I made appointment earliest I could in the morning at 8:00 a.m. didnt end up leaving there until 6:00 p.m. . Everything was extremely slow and didnt seem like they cared too much about the appointment because there were people behind me that were in and out of there way quicker.

Bought the pre owned car .. $5K miles and speaker is gone in 1 year. Paid $425 for the speaker change.. highly disappointed with Nissan car
