We have bought cars from multiple places and have had salesman rush you and hound you. They won’t leave you alone in tell you say yes. April 2021 When we showed up to buy my wife a car and looked around the salesman stayed by the front door. We were able to look and talk about what we liked. Then they came over to us very nice polite and great customer service. We had the best experience with Niello. Now yesterday had to came to Niello to get the oil change. Pulled up they came right out and greeted us. Got us in they told us it would be about a hour and a half. With in a hour our car was done. Then I got a text from them opened it up and showed me a video of what they did. What a great experience we had and we advise everyone to go see them. Thank you Niello

As always Niello Acura service center took care of me. Chandra was excellent and was in constant communication with me regarding the progress of my service ticket. I always appreciate how everyone at Niello treats their customers like family. I never feel like I’m an inconvenience or I am a bother. I have purchased many cars from here and will continue to do so. I have also purchased cars from several other lots at the Roseville Auto mall and never receive the same type of customer service I receive from Acura. This is one of the many reasons I will continue to return to Acura. In addition to the cars themselves being such high quality.
Customer attention was good but I had a problem with recommended service. Text they sent said my front a rear brakes are at 2mm and need to replace pads and resurface rotors. I said no and looking at report I got from service show the pads measured 4mm thickness. While this is something to watch it, it does not require the urgency portrayed. Also a quote of $600 to replace drivers visor seems high.

Niello did a great job scheduling and keeping appointment times. My car went in for a full detail and cupholder replacement. Both were finished within the same day. What took longer than anticipated was the clear coat coating they apply when paying extra for the protection. Eric from Niello was communicating throughout the process since my pickup time was pushed a few days. I loved the overall look of my vehicle once everything was done. I enjoyed the constant contact to ensure I was aware of what was happening with my vehicle
Although I was terribly late for my oil change appointment, Robert Gutshall immediately got my Acura RDX in service. Robert was super courteous and professional. In less than an hour I received a text of recommended maintenance with pictures from my car inspection. Pretty slick! Robert quickly met me in the waiting room (love the coffee machine and bottled waters) and went over the details. One of my wheel stem valves needed a cap. Not a big deal, but they replaced it free of charge. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
Niello Acura in Roseville is the only place I have my RDX serviced. They always do an awesome job each time I visit. And everyone there is always so nice and friendly. They also have a nice waiting room that’s always clean and with refreshments! Today my Service Advisor was Jeff. He’s always a professional, great in explaining everything, and he’s got great energy!
Mike at Acura was wonderful! I came in for B1 (oil change) service and to look over my car. He also took the time to show he how to adjust the light settings on my navigation system. He went over everything, He made sure I left there having no problems or questions. In and out in no time! Best service in town!

Today, I had the oil changed in my Acura MDX. My service representative, Jeff assisted me as soon as I drove up. He promptly reviewed the services for this appointment. The services on my car were performed quickly and my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. I truly appreciated the vacuuming since I have to active soccer players!

I was able to receive an appointment the next day after requesting one, my car would have been fixed that same day of taking it in but the part didn’t match my car color. Let me start off by saying 5 stars is an understatement. I am beyond grateful and blessed from the service that me and my family received. TONY was absolutely amazing! He was so real and welcoming and gave me the best advice. Tony worked with us for HOURS trying his best to get us the best deal possible. Luke came in and worked some kind of voodoo magic and sealed the deal. I dont know how he did it but he made it happen and I am truly blessed with the deal we received. I desperately needed a new car. After 3 years of me trying to get out of my beat up car it finally happened! Tony, Luke, and a few others, stayed 2-3 hours after closing to help accommodate me. I highly recommend any and everyone to go see Tony whenever you are looking to buy a car. You will not be disappointed. I see a lot of reviews saying how others are the best but Tony is #1!

Since we bought our Acura it has been one of the least expensive cars to own. Service performed at Niello is always customer centered and they always seem to go an extra step. A little added value is always given wether it is a nice car wash or an offer to work around our schedule. This is our second Acura purchased at the Niello and we will continue to be loyal customers of this family run organization.
The team has significantly improved customer service. I felt welcome and I felt like people were giving me attention when I needed it. While waiting outside for checking in my car, a gentleman came over and talked to me pleasantly and he told me that someone will check me in right away. While I was waiting before and after checking in, more than one person stopped by and said, ‘good morning’. That felt very welcoming. The service agent who spoke to me was kind, again very welcoming and professional, paid attention to everything I enquired about and gave me good advice when I had questions. This is a great place to get my car maintenance and repairs done. It was a pleasant experience. Good job everyone at Niello Acura!
I brought my 2021 Acura TLX Aspec in for my first oil change after buying it January. Everyone was very friendly, professional and attentive. Someone approached me as soon as I parked and directed me where to go. Then a few workers began doing a quick alignment check with some new device. I feltvlike I was watching a pit crew at a Nascar race. Robert my advisor made sure to look at any concerns I might have. I was given a complimentary loaner so I didnt need to wait and go on with my day. I was able to see the status step by step of what was being done to my car. Even a video was shown of what my vehicle was like underneath. My vehicle maintenance was done the same day but I couldnt make it time to pick up till the morning and I was told thats perfectly fine. When I picked it up the next morning, my vehicle was washed and cleaned inside. I was able to leave within 10 minutes even though they were busy. The best dealership experience I have had after at least 10 different manufacturers. I never plan on going anywhere else.
Friendly people and very dedicated to their customers. I work nights shift and went to get regular maintenance done, but found out that some other things needed to be taken care of, which would take 2-3 hours or more. So they provided me with loaner car and I was able to go home and get some sleep.
The entire staff at Niello Acura Roseville are amazing! Every single person I have interacted with has been nothing less than kind and professional. From the over the phone interaction to the in person interaction, all of my experiences have been exceptional. Eric in the service department is phenomenal. He’s always providing outstanding service. So I brought rental back with a full tank I filled it with my card before I came so I don’t no y i would be charged 25 dollars I filled it before I brought it back then says it was dirty well u guys clean it I had gone the bodega bay so there was sand in it but was I supposed to clean it before bringing it back cuz I didn’t think I had to I only had a few hours once they told me to bring it back and I was driving it cuz I had to go get daughter from school I’m Elk Grove and I didn’t want to be charged for another day so now u guys tryin to charge me 250 dollars when I got car back and airbag light still on the dash board I used to love to come to Roseville but now I will never go back to it …… this is ridiculious
Once again, Niello Acura service department has proven to be stellar. Had a brake issue, and they discovered it was only a rock and some dirt. They shared with me the details, and even gave my car a bath! Thanks Niello service department. You’re the best!

We love Niello acura. I was able to get in on the same day that my battery died and also get all of the maintenance that was required on my MDX done at the same time. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 star review is that I had a pick up time of 3, but somehow my car wasnt scheduled for the carwash until 4. Extremely disappointing. I was very much looking forward to picking up a shiny car, and unfortunately I couldnt wait the hour that I was offered since I had to be somewhere by 4. I hope this was just a one time mistake.
Our car’s battery was having trouble holding a full charge. We replaced the battery twice in the first four years and the battery was having trouble again, hesitating on auto start stop. Battery test showed fine, so Niello Acura scheduled a diagnostic service appointment. They kept it four days and through persistence found a draw from the key fob when close to the car, turning on the mud lights. They suggested we either store the keys farther away from the car when parked or turn off the setting to turn on the mud lights when close.Great service and delivered a clean car as well as offering me a loaner car while working on the car.

I made an appointment 2 days before and asked to have two spots cleared in the interior and an oil change . I was helped 20 minutes later after my appt at 10:04. After 2 hours I happened to come out of customer lounge to find my car in the parking lot. I asked why is my car sitting while I was waiting for it? The service staff could not find paperwork until I walked out and found it on my dash board. They did not clean interior as I had asked and had to drive back in when the service alarm for the oil change was not reset. Very poor service. It makes you wonder what they did do for 2 hours.
Mike Emory (as well as the rest of the crew at Acura) are always friendly, professional and helpful in providing the services necessary to get my car back on the road safely. Every repair that was made on my car was explained in detail and in laymans terms. Thanks again for a experience.

Acura Niello has exceptional folks working at the Roseville location. I’ve been coming here for at least 7 years for service and the specialists are great! Chandra is my favorite, though others are wonderful too. Always genuine, efficient, and make for a pleasant experience.My only gripe is the price increase for an oil change has gone up. And sure, my Acura’s service is limited due to a salvage title and walk-ins have changed to appointments, but I have grown to enjoy coming here. The lobby is always stocked with water, the environment is clean and welcoming, and they’ve always been accommodating.And everyone should know, Acura’s are top notch vehicles!

My experience with Niello Acura was great. Internet sales associate Angela Ivey was responsive and helpful in the whole process. Brian from finance was informative with no pressure about warranty. My family was impressed with the efficiency and ease of the process. We knew what we wanted and started the process prior to getting to the dealership to cut out the processing time. I was on a trip from Los Angeles to Eugene Oregon. While I was on my return trip back (about half way through a 12 hour drive) I hit a object on the the road which quickly deflated the drivers rear tire.I was able to get to the shoulder safely I inspected the damage it appeared to be a piece of pipe so I went went to the trunk and pulled out my pump that hat the fix-a-flat and laughed I was sure happy I purchased the spare tire kit.after a quick tire change I had my wife find the closest Acura dealer and give them a call at confirm they had a tire and they did the we’re about 30 miles out of the way so we headed that direction upon arrival we were met with a very courteous and professional gentleman who install seat covers and floor mats he also offers us bottled water he informs me a service writer will be with us shortly.Gary Smedstad was the service writer who helped us he was probably the most patient person I had dealt with in a long time I sure after the tire delay I was taking I was a bit short and probably rude. Gary never missed a beat he stayed professional and handled all the paper work including dealing with the tire warranty company. The dealership got us back on the road in about 45min total. For that I can’t thank them enough they did their best to make our situation better. Thank you again to Gary and the Niello Acura team
When I made the appointment I was told it would be 1 day. When I dropped it off I was told 2 to 3 days. Yes, I was given a loaner car but you are limited on how much you can drive. If I was informed it would have been 3 days I would have planned accordingly. Turned out to be 4 days. I was told I would be kept up to date on the car, I wasnt. I had to contact them to get info on my car. I use military discount and there is a cap on discount, never was informed of that and the price was higher than expected. I have used Acura service department for almost 6 year. Everything gone wrong with my car I went there. I have been loyal to them but their service has gone down over the years. Im in need of a new car and I will not be going to Acura even though I have owned an Acura for the last 15 years. Their customer service just isnt the same.

I have been taking my car to this dealership since I purchased in 2010. Neillo has decided not to wash cars after getting your car serviced. This may seem like a small deal to others, but the only reason I bring my car all the way to Neillo is to have it serviced knowing it is going to be nice and clean when I pick it up.This could be the last time I take my car to Neillo. I can pay half as much and get my car cleaned elsewhere.
