My sons car needed towing and the AAA driver suggested that I had it towed there since they have free diagnostic testing and a 10% AAA discount. Since it was right down the street, I agreed. I received a call the next business day saying that the car had an electrical issue and if I wanted them to see exactly what it was, it would cost $320 (which would be used toward the total cost). I was thinking it was something minor so I agreed, which was a HUGE MISTAKE!!! I received another call a few hours later saying that the car needed a throttle body replaced, alternator, battery, electrical work, lower control arms, brakes, and rotors. He quoted me a price of $2,150 to fix it. Once I stated that the car wasnt worth that, he quoted me $1700 (which was still too much). I immediately had AAA go get the car (which they would not release until I paid the $320). The next day I took the car to the shop by my house and they said nothing is wrong with the throttle body, alternator, or the battery. This place is a complete SCAM I would never recommend and if I could give zero stars I would.

Listen this place is my go to car repair shop. If I have anything I need done, Im calling them first to inquire about price. More often than not their prices are very competitive with surrounding shops and even shops that arent close.This location offers towing services and the speed of the towing service depends on a number of factors but they normally get to you pretty quickly. I needed a rear end replacement and not only did they give me the best price, they also located the part for me and it was a high quality part in very good condition. Brakes, tune-ups, lower control arms, trans inspections, you name it and they come through.They give great estimates and are always personable and helpful. They make sure you dont get cheated and if they say theyre going to do it, they stick to it. Anyone you talk to is going to give you an amazing experience and I speak so highly of them because they got me out of a jam a few times with timely repairs and finding off parts.

Called day-of to get new tires and a rotation. I was given a couple of options that could be ordered that day that met my price range and quality standards. They had everything done in a couple hours and were super nice and professional when my mom thought they “weren’t new” (she was looking at my hub caps.) thanks so much!

**ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION** In May I took my 2009 Jeep Liberty in because it literally died while running at Wendys. They said it was the ignition switch and they kept calling me with more things wrong.... computer board was fried, have to replace it, found this wrong, need to replace this, catalytic converter needed to be replaced, said bolts broke off during repair work (*not covered, my cost .... ) it was just more and more until it ended up costing me $3700 !!! I was not happy and I understand older vehicles need work but then they pushed my credit thru which I thought I was approved for more credit, NOT ! Turns out it was pushed thru and I am paying OVER THE LIMIT fees on top on interest and paying $250 a month minimum. I would have been better off making a car payment !!Now recently, I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee with a good warranty and took it there for the rear passenger window motor not working ... He said he would look it over and check everything since I had a warranty and bought it used .... I was told I needed Struts and it was not covered under the warranty, also I had a leak in my transmission, pinion seals were bad and needed brakes .... I asked for the recommendations to be put in writing, it was not put on my paperwork, only the struts.I took it to Auto Clinic on Gratiot/S of 9 mile for a second opinion. **EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THE AUTO CLINIC** They replaced the Struts, stabilizer bar and some other minor repairs on some loose front link pins ... and IT WAS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY !! They did not find a transmission leak, no bad pinion seals and said my brake pads were like NEW !! Fool me once, shame on me but I wont be fooled twice ! Very disappointed and totally skeptical now about all the other work they did on my other Jeep. I wish I had read all the reviews and got a 2nd opinion before trusting them to do the work on my other Jeep !!I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !!!!! AAA needs to remove them from their approved list !!!

I went for a tire rotation and some new firestone tires. The servicebwas great but then they said I needed some repairs. Luckily I used to repair cars and all the repairs they suggested were scam repairs. Great service but I will never return.

They are a typical scam shop. They lure you in with low prices (an oil change in my case) and then tell you your car is unsafe to drive unless they fix it. I apparently drove my car there with a detached wheel bearing among several other repair needed that totalled almost $3000. A plastic doll would know there isnt a single bit of noise or play coming from my front suspension.

They are AAA approved so I took my car there to get looked at on Thursday. Was too expensive to fix and Mark told me he would have AAA send my car back to me since I was a AAA memeber and I went thru AAA. Called several times every day till I gave up and called AAA myself to get my car back. Today is Monday and I just now have my car back. No thanks to them. Never again. And they are AAA approved?!?

I ended up having my car towed to Roseville Auto Center. I will say that they diagnosed the problem quickly. My problem was that they quoted me $850 for a starter replacement and some sort of ground wire replacement. That was after they gave me 20% off as a AAA member.I had the car towed to a different shop and the repair was $300 ( what I had expected to pay) . No ground wire was found to be broken and the car has been starting just fine for a week now. I would have given zero stars if that was option.

The summary of my experience: a scam. It doesnt matter if they do one thing well if they end up trying to scam you in the end

This is my second time dealing with this place and I am satisfied. I spoke with George he is a nice guy. I appreciate their recommendations and concern. They do not pressure you and are glad to answer any questions.

To me, Firestone was the easy choice due to how close they were. But I came to find that proximity was not the only thing they had going for them.I had recently gone to Belle Tire for new tires but there were a few other odd things that I wanted to get checked on my jeep so I left it at Firestone. As it turned out, there were a few other things that they felt needed to be done so they contacted me and I walked over.As I came in, I saw my jeep lifted up and the manager (I think) Even recognized me and dropped what he was doing in order to help me out. It was obvious that I was green so without a second thought he invited me to the workshop to show and explain to me exactly what needed to be done.Now it doesnt take a plumber to know that a pipe is leaking. Likewise, the awful pitting corrosion and excessive rust was so glaring that Im shocked that Belle Tire didnt say anything. Firestone on the other hand, was quick to point things out, even things they didnt work on.The main drawback of Firestone, however, is that they appear to be understaffed. Even is a g-d at multi-tasking but still, I feel that there should have been another employee at the desk. He is very skilled and charming but I think his having to do a million things at once is holding him back.Also, I recommend trying to haggle with them a little bit if you spend a lot of money, I was able to save a 100 dollars by using the classic I know a guy who can fix that trick.Overall, I give them 4 stars: though not the ultimate go-to auto shop, they had great customer service and transparency.P.S. I looked in the back and actually saw someone using a torque wrench, which is a corner that a lot of mechanics these days like to cut.

Didn’t know why my air conditioning wasn’t working in my car yesterday during the very hot heat wave. Robert came to help me and got my air conditioner working again.

This would be my 6th time coming here for all my vehicles. Best auto shop in Macomb! Brought in my Tahoe today for a differential fluid change, rear brakes, and passenger hub assembly replacement. These guys never fail to make customers happy, and deserve more stars then just 3.0! Thank you Paul, Mark, and mechanic!

Stood at the counter for 25 minutes with multiple staff members walking by before I was offered help. Place looks like a junkyard in the parkinglot with cars that havent moved in months . Staff was rude and told me they couldnt get my car in for an alignment until the following day, I asked if I could leave and pay today and pick it up tomorrow, i was glared at and told not a chance. Surprised these idiots are in business.

Tell you that your vehicle will be ready at a specific time get there and its not ready they claim that my daughter parts werent there and they would arrive in another 20 minutes. I would not recommend the place to anyone. I could go on and on about it but I choose not to.

Took my 2004 Lincoln Ls there to have a new water pump put in. They quoted me a price of $409 out the door. They put in the water pump, but said I also needed a thermostat. I asked, how much would that be in total? He said, $1100 and some odd dollars. I told them that that was entirely too much money to install a thermostat, because I googled the cost for the make and model of my car. I told him I would be towing my car to another repair shop to get the thermostat put in. I saved $300 by taking my car to another repair shop, that does not price gouge their customers. I recommend you get quotes from other repair shops before going to Roseville Auto Center.

They tried to scam my son for repairs he did not need.

I brought new tires from them 7 months ago and one of my tires had a slow leak due to me riding on a nail. I took my car in and they were very busy and said they wouldnt be able to get to me. I told them I needed it fix asap because of how far my job was. Well they made time to fix my tire quickly to make me get to work and a happy customer. Management needs to keep doing good calls like that 😁. Thanks guys!

I bought a used car from a private owner and 4 days I realized I needed a transmission.Roseville Auto Center did a great job on my 2009 Dodge Journey. Runs great!!!

Don’t GO here!! They took 3/4 days to do ball joints, suspension, 2 new tires and an alignment . I had to take it back because they didn’t do the alignment . Had to take it back AGAIN because my truck began to smoke. Only to find out I have a busted brake line. They checked my truck twice and belle tire did as well and they NEVER mentioned a broken brake line, I never had an issue with my brakes until they had my truck. So clearly they broke my brake line. DO NOT GO HERE, I’m VERY disappointed !!!

Never coming back here. Left my car there for 5 days for them to fix my over heating problem. Spent 1,250 on the parts and labor my car was fine for 2 days they said the toped off the antifreeze before I picked it up but when I checked 2 days later I lost a lot of antifreeze I took it back to them they toped it off again. After that I kept smelling burning antifreeze & my car started to over heat agin took it up there again now it’s my radiator. After all the reviews I seen I never should of went there. Save your self the head ache.

Absolutely terrible! Its a scam at best. Will not recommend to anyone if they value their car. Not a customer but a tow truck driver and in my experience i have had to pick up plenty of cars from here for poor work. Plenty of auto shop to auto shop towing coming from here. Save yourself a tow charge and pick another shop.

Worse place I have ever taken a vehicle to lied about the quality of the parts I requested moog parts for the lifetime warranty and they used inferior parts and still didnt fix the shaking of the front end I took it back 3 times so I went to belle tire and they found out that the tie rods that were put on by Roseville Auto were not moog and already gone bad please dont have them work on your vehicles

My truck wouldnt start so I had it towed to this place and they had it for 3 days to tell me they repaired a wire and after 13 times in a row to make sure it would start the starter acted like it was having issues but it starts they charged me $320 for taping a friggin wire, the guy Mark was rude as hell do NOT take your vehicles here they even had a kid in the shop while working on vehicles, worse place ever they need to be shut down

I had to continuously call after being told that I would be called back hour after hour and then I was asked if I needed my vehicle back the same day I said yes and it was an hour or two before closing. Once it was 5:55 I called and was told my car was not done being worked on which forced me to pick it up the following morning spend money for a Lyft when all of this could of been taken care of very earlier in the evening I was told $225 then the price was $285 and when I mentioned the $225 everything all of a sudden was right but I still ended having a receipt that tell me my original estimate was $243 very confusing. I was rightfully so upset and it just seemed like Mike didn’t care about anything

100% Honest Review! I was truly skeptical about taking my truck to a repair shop...I recently started doing my own repairs after getting price gouged so many times..but I needed shop work done. I was blown away by the speed of their work and most definitely surprised at the price. I respect them for being honest about what truly needed to be done..no up-selling or making up stuff. Ive found a new repair shop home!!

This place is a scam. What they put in your car is not what is listed on your bill. Complained to BBB and just filed claim in SMALL CLAIMS COURT. They lie! I was charged triple for a Value no name battery selling for $79 and on my bill it states they put in a Delco Silver battery priced at $150 some. Same with an alternator. I asked for new and they put in remanufactured and charged me $350 which was triple the price of the remanufactured one that was put in. Called them on it and they stated they were following MI Guidelines lol. Price gouging people and Fraud? MI GUIDELINES?? I also reported them to the State of MI. Please dont take your car there. I charged $717 for fraudulent parts. I will not stop till i get a resolution. I am 77 and on a fixed income.

Always honest, quick, and very reasonable prices. Ive had several vehicle issues corrected here, and have been very pleased with their work. Even had several older ladies come in for second opinions, after being told they needed a major, expensive repair. This place to a look, and told them that there was nothing wrong with the car, and that they were good to go, no charge.

This place is not State Certified nor is any of the mechanics that work there they will try to rip you off on anything anytime dress all around bad people! And they are in cahoots with the tow company. If you have AAA they will try to get you to bring your car here to make money off you and scalp your business from elsewhere! And dnt go to BBB you have to be apart of them save your self some time and go right to the state! And they are not a real Goodyear thats way you cant use a Goodyear card thats way they dnt offer a company card. Look in to it.

I had a fairly good experience, my car ( recently out of warranty) was towed there for convenience after breaking down on a Sunday evening. Monday morning they diagnosed ( no charge) I consulted my dealer and a few other specialty shops, ( who concurred with the diagnosis) before agreeing to leave it there and have the work done. They originally quoted 4 hours. I had constant open communication with Michael, who informed me that the job would take much longer. It ended up taking Several more hours than expected. Michael and another mechanic stayed after hours and called to inform me of progress. I was not charged any more than originally quoted, which was competitive with other shops that I called- but less than the dealer. This is a very busy shop and they provided a wide range of services.

Got my car done before the weekend just like they said they would. Promised me it would be done Saturday and it was. MY NEW SHOP!

My son came in for truck repairs and was anticipating using his Goodyear credit card only to find out that they don’t take there own credit card. Huh. He was not prepared to pay cash so they said he could not get his truck.

Good Year located on 11mile scammed me out of my money never completed my repairs. Sold there building to Roseville Auto Center, and they fixed all my repairs for free. There are still good people in this world. With a caring heart. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs car repairs.

Dont take your car here. my car was vandalized and attempted to be stolen in their lot, no forced entry which means my car was left unlocked. and their insurance refuses to pay for it because it wasnt their fault.... except my car probably wouldnt have attempted to be stolen if you had LOCKED it..

First off, prices were great and beat every number that I was quoted by other shops. I saved enough to allocate my money towards other bills. I was impressed by the customer service, as well as the time it took to fix my car and get it back to me. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. Going to this shop was a step in the right direction for me, and I’ll be back before the snow for there great deals on tires!

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. I needed a full set of tires and they gave me a great price and did a full safety check as well. I also had them handle my oil change and I couldnt be happier. The waiting area is nice with a big TV to watch Netflix on. Everyone there is super nice and friendly as well. I will definitely be bringing my car back for other repairs and maintenance work.

My water pump went out Saturday afternoon. Jay was able to squeeze me in so I wouldnt be without a car and could keep our family plans.Staff was friendly and they were helping people who walked in even when they were supposed to be closing.No problems with the fix and felt they were very thorough making sure all of the cooling system was in good shape.I would highly recommend going here. I will be returning for any future repairs.

Went to get a radiator flush they said it would be an hour and a half to two hours waited four hours for them to finally pull it in and say they will need to put a new radiator in because theres too much gunk in it to be flushed. This place is a RIP off trying to find more ways to get extra money out of people!

My experience at this Goodyear Auto center was outstanding, had me in & out, the staff had excellent award winning customer service. This shop gets everything down on a timely manner . They even got me financed $40 down payment, and I got a $1200 credit loan .

I called when my car broke down and they were there and towed my car for free. They repaired my car the same day. When my car broke down again they towed my car and worked on it for 2 days at no cost to me. Best service I have ever gotten from any repair shop. As a single woman living from paycheck to paycheck they made sure my car was ok. I will only take my car here. Mechanics and management was awesome!!!

Terrible work. Will upsell on everything and wont even do it properly. I took my vehicle here for new pads. They sold me two new tires as well (which I did need) come to find out they didnt clean the backs of the wheels or hubs. This can lead to a wheel off while driving. They also didnt balance the new tires because the old weights were still on them.Go somewhere else.

The whole experience was great, I received a coupon in the mail and came in for the $9.99 oil change the next day. Ending up getting a set of tires while there too!

Customer service, considerations, wait time. My tire was very low when I came in so I wanted to get it replaced. However I was informed that I would get a tire that would fit my car but it is the wrong size. That is not “fitting” my car. So my now car is shaking horribly. I have kids and a family that ride in this car daily and it’s unsafe. When I called to get it rectified, I got disrespected and got no resolution other than to buy a new tire because they don’t sell used tires in my size.

Went there to get brakes done because they were close to my house. All employees were very polite. Was told I needed almost entire assemby replaced. Cost around $1200. Since Ive never had work done there before I brought it to a place that I have experience with and they gave me the same diagnosis. Unfortunately I ended up paying $75 more because I wanted the second opinion but I will be comfortable going there in future.

Zero star actually. Got a flat tire on 696 and Gratiot. It was the closest shop in the area. Got 2 new tires and then they told in need to get new lower control arm. I told them not to do it. I went to my dealership and they told me there nothing wrong with them. SCAM !!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Horrible experience all the way around!!! Over $2500 in tires and rims were ordered from Mike here and he completely messed it up. He did not order the Right tires nor did he order the right rims or the right color of rims. When I showed up to get the tires and rims put on my truck he did not even show them to me before putting them on the truck. I proceeded to leave the shop and found that my brand new truck was shaking terribly due to the fact that Mike did not balance the brand new tires Kia just put on my vehicle this is a horrible shop and all they do is try to get over on people I watched it happen while sitting there and waiting for work to be done

I am a mother of 3 ..I have been paying thousands of dollars to mobile mechanics because that was my only option I thought..then I saw a ad on Facebook about financing and I actually had to read it a couple of times ...they are a blessing...they got me financed for repairs...i thought there was no other options.they are heros..a saint to everyone who has struggles and thinks theres no other way..I will forever brag about them..and their honest they tell you how it is they dont over charge their honest..and everyone Ive talked to is positive.they will go above and beyond to help you in any way they can they kept the shop open for me 2 hes after they were closed..just to help me someone they dont even know..they are genuinely heartfelt caring angels..

Communication is key for me and they were experts. Yes, it did take a while for my repair, but that expected, hate a rush job. Will recommend!

Fast service

Brought my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation and was told it would be a 30 to 40 min wait. Told them id be back and returned in a half hour. They wrote me up and i waited almost a hour and my truck was untouched. I asked for my keys back and left. No apology, no excuse, no try to make it right . Will never go there again.....

Its been years since i visited this business type since i havent had a car since i left for china at 26. Wanted to know a few things which i got answered in a friendly courteous professional manor.

This is the worlds worst place to have any kind of work done.I see they had friends and family give 5 star ratings what a joke.

I have a 90 day warranty that Mike will not honor because he wants cash, while my car is under warranty. Had to take my car back 4 times in about a month after they supposedly fixed my car! Ive had my 2000 ford ( bread truck ) for about 4 yrs now and nobody has been able to work on it correctly or have been taking short cuts to temporarily fix it. Kamal listened to everything I explained what I thought was wrong and took care of it no questions asked. Its the best this truck has ran since I got it. They definelty have my business in the future. Thanks a million guys
