Not to sure how they can walk away from a job smiling.. had a trim piece that fell off and when they replaced it they didnt pay attention to detail and it was way out of place. Drove home and fixed it better myself! Couple other things they worked on werent cleaned up after. Guess their just to busy for quality work. then they forget to collect the 100$ deductible and decide to hassle me a month later about it.

$55 for Oil change, tire rotation, and once over on a 2019 F-350. You cant beat that! Plus they are Ford certified. If you have a Ford its the only way to go. Its definitely worth dropping off your vehicle and going to run errands or back to work. Kind and courteous staff.

Great service! Chris at the front desk was very attentive, helpful and made sure to bring me back to visually explain what was wrong with my car. Chris made sure to keep me and other customers informed on wait times. I had gone to the White bear Ford location where they quickly dismissed my car concern and did not even bring my car in to check out what could be wrong. Glad I came here for my oil change. Thank you Midway Ford, I plan on coming to this location again.

I want to focus this review on the service department. They have done a very good job with my car over the page 6 years (bought new here). I am a ford guy through and through.They are pretty clear about whats going on, and how long wait times are. Which is sometimes out of there control (if more people come in, the wait is longer). You cant complain if there is a long wait, just come in a different time.They have gone above and beyond a few times for me, and people remember that stuff.Thanks :)Vance

Ive used Midway in the past for service but stopped coming about 5 years ago because of the persistent fear-based up sell and surprises that always came with basic, routine maintenance that drove the price of the service up exponentially above quoted costs, like the time I came in for a $35 oil change and was pressured into spending $500 to replace all my fluids because they were dirty. I didnt, but left feeling like I was being swindled. I gave them a chance this spring with tires I needed to replace. Honestly, they were my choice of last resort. They had a rebate on the tires and the price fit my budget.All went well and I paid what I was quoted. At the end of the service, the service manager said hed submit the rebate forms on my behalf saving me the hassle. I felt things may have changed at Midway. But when I never received my rebate, I called and learned the service manager never submitted my forms and Ford was not going to honor it because it was past the expiration date. Midway let me know theyd apply the credit against the next service to my car which was rear brake pad replacement they told me Id eventually need when they put the tires on my car. Knowing I had a credit coming on a quoted cost of $380 to replace my rear pads, I came back, dropped my car off and was told it would be 2 hours. Six hours later and one fear-based calls about work I should get done, followed by another about new calipers Im going to need because of reasons that made no sense to me, I picked my car up,, paid the $730 (2.6X above quote) and left - feeling again like I got swindled - and vowing to never come back. And I wont. Shame on me for thinking things have changed.

Just don’t understand the business model. You cannot make an appointment for an oil change yet when you go in 6 hours prior to closing they never have any openings. It’s not the fault of the technicians, mechanics, or individuals behind the desk. Just think the model should be adjusted to accommodate the reality of their business. Feel the consumer gets let down all too often.

If you feel like being taken advantage of because you are female then this is the place. I had a bulge on the side of my tire and I brought it in to get it looked at. The employee that helped me looked at it and claimed that my rim was bent and needed to be replaced without even feeling it. I was confused so I had him give me a quote on a new rim and new tires since I have to replace all 4 with an AWD car. They wanted $765 for 1 rim!! $1,500 for everything. I told him I would think about it and left. I brought it home and my boyfriend said lets get a second opinion since my rim did not look bent. We brought it to a wheel repair shop and they looked at us like we were nuts. Asked if the car shook and if there was an visible damage. We said no and they told us they wheel does not need to be repaired or replaced and that it is fine. We then called Ford back and found IT WAS THE QUICKLANE MANAGER who tried to sell me a $765 rim THAT I DIDNT NEED. Ford never asked any questions and tried to sell me on it before even inspecting it. Lucky me they had everything in stock so if I said yes they could do everything right then and there. How nice to con someone who looks like they are gullible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY WILL TRY TO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

I called the Roseville Midway Ford Quicklane twice and also stopped in twice but they are always too busy to help me. They say I can leave the car there; but it will always be a 3 to 4 hour wait, any time of day, any day of the week. Even though I purchased my vehicle at Midway Ford, they will not give me an appointment, and they will not squeeze me in for a simple 10 minute warranty covered repair. So I had to drive 8 miles east to AutoNation, the next closest Ford dealership. AutoNation took me in immediately, made my simple 10 minute repair on the spot. charged me nothing, and thanked me for coming. Wow, what a difference. I know where to do all my automotive business in the future.

Went in for a car wash and some repairs, the car had a layer of dust covering it that I had to go home and wash off.The detailing was pretty well done but for 170.00 I expected more and they missed some stuff besides the exterior.The service was mildly friendly but not that attentive to what I asked for versus what I paid. Looks like they have plenty of corporate business/contracts so it doesnt matter how they treat the regular guy. Doubt Ill go back.

After eating lunch I came out to a vehicle with no brakes. I am from Wisconsin and was nowhere near my usual mechanic. Midway Ford was the closest place and I went there. Steve told me he would have a technician bring my car over to avoid towing costs and he would call me to let me know what was wrong. He called within an hour to let me know that it needed brake lines and they would install them and have the work done that day. My car was fixed in less than 2 hours and they washed it too! I was very impressed with the service.
