Went in without an appointment for a tire repair a few minutes before closing. Staff were very helpful, they did not turn us away and repaired the tire in minutes. It was the best customer service experience weve ever had.

I had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, very friendly, easy to navigate their website to make an appointment and quick service. Turns out my tire didnt have a slow leak but they still checked everything, filled up all the tires to the correct PSI and rotated them all for free! Would definitely recommend.

The waiting area was clean and spacious enough for proper social distancing. The people at the counter were courteous, efficient, and accurate. The service was performed timely and at a cost lower than I had expected. I will go here again and would recommend others to do a well.

Prices are a bit high and the wait is a bit long. But the service is great and they sell high quality products.

AWESOME customer service!!!I came in without an appointment to ask them to check the air in my tires and fill them up on my truck and horse trailer. Well the very nice young man was airing up my tires, I noticed the spare tire on my horse trailer had terrible holes in it and would be unusable. I went into the office with my last two receipts of the tires I purchased for my trailer at Les Schwab. The young lady at the counter looked up my account and warrantied my tire and replace it for free! Thank You Les Schwab, you are the best!

After careful scrutiny I had these guys install my 4 inch Tuff Country lift and my 18 inch Fuel Beast Wheels. They did an amazing job and beyond my expectations, trimmed anything that was going to be a problem. Think Im done with Les Schwabs.Came in for 2 tires and a tire pressure sensor replacement. They called me and claimed that at the time of doing the work an additional sensor went out.After speaking with the manager and explaining to him that it worked when I brought it to you. He was very defensive and somewhat rude.After that I figured there is no point to continue. Didnt feel it was worth the trouble arguing with the manager of a $60 part. He begrudgingly provided a $20 credit off the service stating this is just maintenance and I shouldnt be getting this discount.He had a very thats your problem it stopped working attitude.Left there feeling not very assured of their quality of work or if they even cared.

These guys are awesome! If you love your car I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and they always treat my car like it was their own. If there is ever an issue with tires they replace them with the warranty no questions asked.

Good luck getting after purchase care for your tires. Shop is focused on sales and after sales care. It is 2 to 5 hours wait to rotate and balance tires. The store hours make it even worse as the place closes at 5pm! This will be the last time I shop at Les Schwab for anything.

Came in for an alignment at 8:30 was told they had appointments until 12 o’clock wouldn’t be able to do my alignment I have two small children and alignment can be done very fast if they knew what they were doing I do not have another vehicle so I cannot drop off they pretty much laughed at me and called me a liar when I told them that a lady on Saturday had told me to come in on Monday at 8:30 and they would have me out by 930. Its a les Schwab, they are all fairly similar. Main reason for my 4 star is that this location is small but very busy. Can take 2 hours to check a nail in the tire. Other then the long wait times great.

The staff at Les Schwab was extremely helpful and courteous. We got a flat tire and they drove out, replaced the tire with the donut, brought it back to the shop and fixed it. FOR FREE!! Who does that!? Well, we really appreciate them and highly recommend you take advantage of their helpful and go above and beyond service they provide.

Their prices are 2/3 higher than America’s tire store for the same product and the same service. When it came to rotating my tires they were going to charge me $25 per tire plus any added fees when America’s tire store was free. Do yourself a favor shop around before you go to the store.

They seem honest and offer good service. I went in to get a flat repaired but ended up needing a new tire. I ended replacing all four ($657 for the 60k mile rated tires). The wait was a little longer than Id have liked since they had to go to their warehouse to pick the tires up. They advised me on my uneven break wear on my back brake...their quote was higher than the dealer because they replace the rotors (unnecessarily).

I have used this particular Les Schwab for multiple services on multiple vehicles. I also recommend it to a lot of my friends in the area and they speak very highly of the great service and friendly staff. Have found them to be very honest when it comes to vehicle service and recommendations. Everything I have had done here is fairly priced and done very quickly and with great quality.

Garbage! So I wasted my Saturday afternoon. Had scheduled for my truck to be leveled. Dropped the truck off at 12pm and literally got a call 2 hours later saying they got too busy and cannot work on the truck until tomorrow. Wish they would have told me two hours prior. That is time I wont get back. Avoid this location!

I mean, I really only sat in the parking lot waiting for a friend to come out. But she said they had popcorn.I passed the time singing disney tunes.Not the worst parking lot Ive waited in.Gotta be honest though, the location is kind of in a weird place and theres a lot of traffic from other shopping centers near by that made it a pain to get into.

Great tire service. I get all of my tires from here. It is nice knowing they will take care of any problems while I own the tires. Had a screw in one of them a few months ago and they repaired it free if charge.

Ive had two consecutive poor experiences here in the last two months, so I think it is more than just me being unlucky. About a year ago I brought my car in to get 4 all new tires. Other than busy and slow all went fine. I also purchased the tire warranty.Unfortunately one of the tires had a chunk of the sidewall come out, not sure how, but doesnt really matter. Another one of the tires was consistently losing air. I visited the store in early January 2019. They dropped the ball on both tires. The first tire with the chunk out obviously needed a new tire, and they were going to take care of that. Unfortunately they did not have any tires in the size that my car required. They suggested they order the tire, and I return the following day. This was unacceptable. I asked if they could check the Folsom store for stock. They said they could not, their computers did not have access to that info. I had to specifically ask them to call the store. Eventually after a long wait (3 hours) they were able to get the tire to the store.I was notified that my car was complete. I asked about the other tire and they said they found no leak. I knew there had to be a leak, because I had to fill it up consistently once every 3 days. They assured me there was no leak. I went to my car and the tire wasnt even inflated. I had to walk back inside, and get someone to add air. I also tried to explain that not being full of air would likely have resulted in not finding a leak. They assured me it wouldnt, and I could return, if the problem persisted.Of course the tire continued to leak, but I dont have time to head out and spend half of my day at the tire store. Fast forward to 2/20/19. I come in to the store and share the issue with the attendant. He goes to check my mileage and comes back to tell me that the tire that is leaking is not covered because it is not the tire I have purchased. I argue with him for about 5 minutes, trying to explain that there is no reason for me to have changed the tires. He says that the tires are supposed to be Verenti but are radar instead. He asks me to follow him outside to show me because I must not understand. He shows me the tires. They are Radar Verenti tires, it says so in nice big bold letters. They are the correct tires, so we go inside to finish the paperwork. 2 hours later they find me to tell me the car is ready. I had to ask what they did, nobody ever approached me to say, Hey we found the link, we are going to seal it. I asked what was fix and they told me they fixed the leak. I had to then follow up with the question how was it fixed? and they said they used bead sealant.For a company that advertises so much about customer service, they sure are horrendous at this location.

Fixed my flat for free... what more can I say? They were my heroes that day. They can order any brand of tire for you, although they may cost a bit extra. I will give them the sale of my future tires!

They accurately diagnosed the problem with why my suv was pulling to the right and swapped the left tire with the spare.They were able to get me in at 540 and I was the last customer.Didnt charge me either so I cant really complain they forgot to rotate the rest of the tires or check the inner brake pads. I told them Ill be back again and I meant it. End of the day I need new tires so I guess they figured work smart not hard.

I found out by my cars sensor that I had something wrong it it should it was a flat. So the next morning which luckily my day off went first to America’s tires and the guy told me that it’s not repairable and that I’d need a whole new tire. So I put a deposit down which I got back but then decided let’s go to les Schwab and see what they say. And boom just like that they patched up my tire and no charge what’s so ever and I was very well taken cared of by them! Thank you les Schwab! I will be back for sure as a future customer!

Terrible experience with this location I bought chains to go up to Tahoe didnt need them and when I returned they said the store policy is they would not take the return till April 1st. When I bought the chains no one mentioned that I could not return them until April 1st they said yeah no problem bring them back if you dont use them. Not good customer service I recommend trying two different Les Schwab or they actually try and help people.

The girl i spoke with was adorable, friendly, and seemed to be genuinely trying to help my situation (i had a blowout on one tire). They even ended up giving me a discount because my tires had been on sale just a month before i came in. The guys working on my car were knowledgeable and friendly. One worker showed me how to get the jack out of my car (it was attached to my battery, i know thats weird) without batting an eye. All in all, theyll definitely have me as a lifetime customer. :)

My step-son has worked for Les Schwab in Washington for all of those 20 years. so we are definitely locked in. The attentive customer service, the tires, the excellent work and the willing attention to detail of every employee in both states has always been outstanding. Today was no exception. BK not only solved an ongoing slow leak problem, he made informed suggestions that were very helpful. As expected, he thoroughly knows tires in general, but he was also 100% familiar with the particular tire problems that are common to older BMWs like mine and clearly explained how to prevent them in the future. BK is an impressive guy. No wonder people keep coming back to Les Schwab.

The Les Schwab location in Roseville has friendly staff. I purchased my tires here the last three times. My only issue is the long wait time. My visit today was for a flat repair. All I need is a flat tire fixed. My wait time was three hours!If I had been able to drive to another location, I would have. I’ve been to the Les Schwab location off Elverta and Walerga twice and maybe waited a half hour each time. I’m not sure what the issue is in Roseville. I’m planning to just visit the Elverta location from here on out.

Great Tire Shop and Great Customer Service to say the least

Service is good and done in a timely manner pay close attention to the initial quotes given they usually provide a quote for the service you didnt come in for. They quote you on something like tire replacement and leave off the actual quote for what you came in for like brakes in my instance.
