Had paid for an an alignment tire balance tire rotations noticed that the tire rotation did not happen as one of my wheels has rock rash from off-roading and it’s still in the rear and it is making me question if the tire balancing even happened

I highly recommend Redline Tire Co! I have been going to Redline since 2009 back when they opened. I cannot say enough about how awesome every experience has been! What I like about Redline is they treat me like family. No doubt my needs & my experience are a higher priority to them than making the sale. Plus, I never have to worry about them trying to sell me on a job that I don’t need. They always take the time to listen to me and then in turn give me an honest inspection and review of my car and indicate upcoming service needs but never sell me on something I don’t need at that time. I have had them work on a variety of items and I mean a variety! Tires (A few sets), wheels, brakes, suspension, alignment (Custom alignment on a low & flush Honda), oil changes, lubricants, battery, Suspension (Control arms, ball joints, tie rods), etc… like I said a variety! Every time, great service & great prices too… easy on the pocket book. Serious appreciation for the Team at Redline!

Amazing people! My wife and I discovered a nail in our Mazda 5 tire, called and asked availability for a tire patch, and they said come on over. Once I arrived, they took the car in instantly, patched the tire in 5 minutes, and handed the keys back with no charge! Fantastic! All they asked in return was to consider them when getting new tires or car service in the future. With that kind of prompt, courteous, and wonderful service, I will certainly do that. I have used Redline Tire for over 3 years. They are honest people who put the customer first. Redline replaced two tires, did an alignment and replaced struts on our Toyota. The handling is fantastic and the ride is perfectly smooth. We price shopped before the job was done and saved about $200 by using Redline. I highly recommend them.

Jared and his crew are superb. Theyve done several difficult jobs for me (tractor tires, etc. along with heavy duty trucks) and were MORE than fair with cost. And they were VERY quick too. I highly recommend them when you need tires.

I trust these guys. They have been working with our family for 2 years and have been easy going and are always helpful. I have never felt like they looked at me with a price-tag attached, but Jared has always seemed to be looking for ways to help and make sure we had a good experience. This is a local, small-town, mom-and-pop store with excellent service, great prices, and the personal touch that is hard to find anymore.Ive bought several sets of tires from Redline Tires each time theyve been able to get the tires on-site, installed, and car out the door in the same amount of time as other local tires stores (often faster) and for less money.The staff is excellent, friendly, and personable willing to help solve your needs, and not just focused on the sale. Its clear they are striving for long-term customers, not just a one-time sale.Once a customer, I promise youll be back.Great business. I highly recommend.

I went to a different tire store first. The other guys tried to sell me 4 tires simply because one of my tires was flat. That would have cost about $800. Redline was truthful and sold me one tire for less than $200. These guys are GREAT! Honest and helpful. I cant wait to get my truck serviced there so I can experience more great service.

I have used Redline Tire for years. They truly offer great prices and they wont sell you anything you dont need. I hesitate to gush to much as I dont want them to get so busy I cant get my cars and truck in for work. But they are stand up guys. I have had them do brakes, alignments and tires and have never been surprised or disappointed.

We brought our car in to get the brakes checked out one late afternoon and were informed we needed new rotors. Our car was ready first thing the next morning and they gave us a great deal! My cars tire pressure light came on the next day after I put air in my tires after the first time it went on. So I took it to Firestone to see if there was a leak or nail. I found out there was in fact in a nail in the tire and was told it could not be repaired and that a new tire mounted and balanced would cost $153. I had them put the spare on and called few tire shops before calling Redline. My tire is a rare size (195/45/16) so it was hard to find. Jared answered when I called Redline and quoted the tire, but he also offered me the option to text him a picture of the nail in the tire to see if it really wasnt fixable and that Firestone was just trying to get me to purchase a new tire. He saw the picture and said they could try to put a plug in the tire so I headed right over. Jared and the guys were all friendly and able to plug my tire. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. Definitely happy with the customer service and will be doing a business again when I need new tires. Thanks, Jared & Redline!

This place was INCREDIBLE. They removed 4 stripped safety lug nuts from my vehicle that other shops wouldnt even touch. They were professional and the price was amazing. I will be coming back here for all my tire needs in the future!

I went there today after i got out of school to go get my car aligned and the Gentle man that helped me was friendly and explained the whole process as to why he was not able to do a proper alignment because of a bent rear end type of tie-Rod if you will (not sure of its technical name). Any how i enjoyed the service and he even let me use the Wifi while i waited to work on my homework i would recommend this place to anyone. For 2 reasons one because these people are knowledgeable about the work they do and two because they sat down and explained step by step what they did to the vehicle instead of trying to get me to just sign some papers and be on my way. I really appreciated the fact he took the time to explain what was going on with the vehicle and what was done to it. Thanks a million guys! Hope the business keeps growing and may God Bless you!

I was told about Redline tire Co. about a year ago from a co-worker. I needed tires and I was asking around for recommendations. I am so glad I went to Redline Tires. Not only do they have tires they also repair cars. They are very honest, knowledgeable, helpful and priced right.I have live in Rocklin for 12 years and our family wished we knew about them much sooner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly service, good prices, and they know what they are talking about. I needed new tires for my GMC 3500 HD. I had many questions and they answered each of them. They know tires. Got a nail in one and they fixed it right away. I have recommended Redline Tire Co to many of my friends and to the best of my knowledge, they have all had the same experience. They are also family owned and operated and I like that because that means they are spending their profits locally in the community instead of sending them all to some big corporation.

I was traveling from Colorado to California and upon arrival to Roseville for the night, got a flat in the parking lot. The next day I took my car to Redline. Everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful. There are places you go where you just feel like a number, Redline treated me like a person with a problem they could fix. I came in to get my wheels rebalanced and full alignment on my Acura mdx. I have to say service was world class! They made me feel at home and all the employees were very helpful. I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I picked it up it had a big gouge on the rear bumper. I pointed it out to Jared and he said it was impossible for it to have happened there, even though my car sat there for 5 hours, was in 2 different bays and lifts, and was also in his parking lot for a couple of hours!. He then very reluctantly said hed take it to a friend for a professional favor to fix it for no charge. He kept it another whole day then told me it was going to cost me $450.00 to have his friend fix it! On top of that he put the cheapest paper filter in it. When I had another shop check the work done at Redline, they said the filter he put in would have disintegrated and damaged my whole fuel system!! Stay away from this place or take a chance with the condition and care of your vehicle.if you dont!

Ive been going to Redline Tire since they opened their doors. Jared and his family run the most honest, friendly, and reliable shop in the Sacramento area that Ive been to. When I first purchased tires, it didnt feel like they were forcing a certain brand they are trying to sell, they didnt upsell anything that wasnt asked for, and they didnt try to tell me my car was going to fall apart if I didnt replace my brake pads, rotors, shocks and struts that very second...you know, all of the irritating things every other tire shop does in Rocklin/Roseville.In my opinion, they are everything a customer friendly business should be. The last time I was in Redline, I was offered an ice cold beverage, they provided the service I needed, and I was on my way so I could get on with my day. Last summer, I was headed out of town and didnt have the time to get my car in, so Jared came to pick up my car and dropped it back off for me! That my friends, is service at its best. They have been consistently lower in price than other shops for the same tires which makes going back every time a no-brainer. Redline has yet to let me down! Keep up the good work!
