Doug Saxton was God sent!I live in Denver, CO and I’ve been searching all over the country for a Ram TRX for several months and the I finally came across the perfect TRX listing online from Jeff Belzer Ram in Minnesota. I gave them a call and Doug answered and told me that the truck was already sold. I continued searching my local dealerships here is Denver and I unhappily decided to purchase a Used TRX that was selling at $16k over msrp. Right as I put my deposit down for the used Truck in Denver, Doug sent me a text saying the new one that was sold just came back available and he wanted to let me know first! I immediately canceled the Used TRX purchase and then I caught the next flight to Minnesota and bought my Brand New TRX at msrp! I then drove it 1000 miles back to Colorado. Best road trip ever!! Thank you Doug for keeping communication with me and getting me into my dream truck!

We were in the market for upgrading our vehicle and were lucky enough to get set up with Donovan in Financing and he did everything to help us out.Donovan and Doug (salesman) got us the vehicle we were looking at with minimal issues. Well no issues for us but a few that Donovan handled so we didnt have to.This was truly one car buying experience that was nearly painless. Some things are out of control but they made the deal work with what our finances needed to be.

I purchased my first vehicle there in 2016, wonderful service & great price…times were different. I recently reached out as I only have a few payments left and was considering a new truck. I wanted to downsize from a ram 1500 to a gladiator ( Mojave). Per the customer service rep, I should not come in unless the vehicle I am certain I want is in stock??? That is asinine, maybe you don’t have a Mojave or rubicon, but maybe you can do your job and show me the other models. Jeff Belzers, get rid of that employee & mentality. I understand that 1 disgruntled customer does not matter, but many potential customers will react in a similar manner to this response and that business approach is simply stupid.

This is the dealership location I bought my first car and it was nice to have such a good experience years later. My wife was in a lot of pain for a couple weeks and I was helping to care for her when my car battery started dying everyday, which made it hard to drive her to her doctor appointments. Greg and the rest of the service team at Jeff Belzer Roseville was extremely helpful in getting my old Charger that kept dying in for diagnostics and we eventually found out what the problem was. I ultimately decided to trade in for a Challenger but the salesman, Doug and finance guy, Steven we’re great! They worked with me to determine my best options to put together an amazing solution that got me into a new, working car. Thanks guys!

I called asking about availability of a Jeep Overland. Informed I would be driving about 90 miles to look at theirs and a few other dealerships. Their website and Cargurus listed heated seats and steering wheel. Got their and it does NOT have either feature. My fault that I didnt inform them that that was one of the primary features I wanted. Sales person said that I shouldnt trust Cargurus. I also informed them that it was on their website as well. Their response, well lets not waste each others time. Is that a key feature you want, if it is, lets not proceed. Gave 2 stars because my fault for not ensuring that feature was on their. Figured two websites would confirm it, but I guess not. Would have been a 1 star if I would have asked and then they said yes.

Fantastic experience all around! I stopped in, without an appointment, with an idea of what I was looking for and Sarah helped me make it happen. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I originally planned on looking at a 2020 Grand Cherokee and ended up with a brand new one that happened to be lower in price and had a better warranty thanks to her. The finance team was great as well! I was preapproved with a great rate and they found me an even lower one. They even stayed after hours to help make sure I could leave that night. I couldnt be happier! Thank you!!

The loss of the Express Lube is very disappointing. Scheduling my prepaid oil change is a week out and no loaners so plan ahead.The showfloor staff looks new and less than eager to help you plan your next vehicle purchase unless you are committing to buy right now.The parts and service department is the only good thing I have left to praise.The new ownership is not looking promising.

The service is a joke now, used to be able to walk in for a simple oil change even during the last year with Covid. But now an appointment is required, fine makes sense but the online scheduler does not work and call to make an appointment to be told its two weeks out for an appointment, again all for a simple oil change. When trying to schedule an appointment I was put on hold and essentially forgot about currently sitting at 2 hours, finished up some work, got a nice walk in and cook dinner, still on hold. I would gladly go elsewhere but the last time I was in I purchased a very pricey oil change package to cover my next few oil changes.I had always been very happy with the service Ive received since I purchased my vehicle here almost 5 years ago but I wouldnt waste your time and go elsewhere, I certainly will be next time.

I arrived early morning and the show room was empty, no help. Drove around and found the mechanics area, talked to 3 people and they all acted like they didnt see me. Poor service to start, but they honored my jeep warranty and I was not charged a penny. So the out come was satisfactory.

This Jeep Grand Cherokee was brought to my attention by Sales Associate Adam Engdahl. Adam is polite professional and a great person to work with. He was as excited about showing me this Jeep as I was to drive it. Adam walked me through the whole process from the show and tell about the Jeep, the test drive and the sale. The finance specialist Steve Fremling was so helpful regarding finding the extended warranty that was tailor made for my budget and driving habits. Adam and Steve are both strong assets for Jeff Belzer. I would definitely buy a car here again and highly recommend others to shop here as well.

Called in today to have a new key fob ordered for my vehicle. I was on the phone for 20+ minutes and was transferred 4 times. All of this resulted in being hung up on for no apparent reason with no appointment set up. Customer service was not great, and overall process of setting up appointment was way more than I bargained for (even though I left the call without one). Truly unbelievable how much these guys were not on the same page.

My wife and I had a very good experience at Jeff Belzer in Roseville. Doug and Mike were great to work with, and Im looking forword to working with them again when my wife is ready for her Cherokee L. Everyone working at the dealership was in a great mood and were very friendly. They have multiple dealerships and a large inventory so if it they dont have what you are looking for at the dealership you stopped at, odds are they can find it for you at one of their other ones.The prices at Jeff Belzer were cheaper then anywhere that I found in Wisconsin. We found a car on their website we were interested in looking at. We contacted the dealership wanting to come look at it and possibly purchase it. We expressed to the salesman that we were paying cash and not financing the car. We drove 2 hours and as soon as we spoke to the salesman Doug Saxton, he was arrogant with us and not wanting to work with us. We test drove the car and every time we needed to talk to him he was in his office. He texted us from his desk instead of coming out and speaking to us. He then told us he had two others wanting the car and so sorry it wasn’t going to work for us when we expressed a few scratches we noticed and the front grill was broken. We told him, we were still interested. Then he again showed an attitude. After he ran the car back to the shop to buff those scratches out. He disappeared again to his office instead of coming back to talk to us. We found him at his desk and told him we wanted to buy it and we were paying cash. He said he could only sell it to us if we financed it. And he was very rude to my Fiancé. And he was backing out on working with us when here he was dealing with other buyers. All in All Doug was rude & arrogant. And we will never purchase or recommend anyone to this dealership.

Ive been faithful to Jeff Belzers for years between Lakeville store and now the new Roseville location.Wonderful, fair prices. Staff efforts & teamwork awesome!! Adam Colon, Sales Manager from Lakeville is now leading their team @ their new Roseville location. If youve been shopping, you know vehicles are being sold within days when they hit the lot. 5 weeks ago, Belzers group knew I was shopping for new Grand Cherokee... within a week they located one perfectly meeting my criteria. The next day I drove 225+ miles to view & test drive that car, however by time I got there it was sold... Bummer!! Now, 5 weeks later, Adam calls me from Belzers Roseville and informed me they just received 3 new Grand Cherokees on the lot, two of which he was quite certain that Id like. I got over there 11am, test drove 2 of them, went into office, signed purchase agreement, applications, etc. Had me approved by 1pm, completed payoff on my existing trade-in, and called & updated status with me. Approx 5:15 pm they again called me, informed me Mike had car detailed & ready for customer pickup. I returned at 6:45pm, met with Adam, signed off on final papers with Jeff, met with coordinator Nick who assisted setup of my mobile account + paired cell phone with my vehicle. Also explained all interior controls, buttons, onboard apps, remote start, etc. By 7:30 pm I had left my trade-in and was driving out of their lot in my brand new Grand Cherokee-High Altitude!!. I bought a 2010 Mercedes GL 450 from Jeff Belzer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and didnt check that the passenger side mirror does not fold properly and making a clicking noise and the control for that mirror was not working AND the next day the engine is leaking a puddle of oil. I brought my car in for a recall & needing a couple estimates for some minor issues. They were able to service my car for the recall but because of the holiday weekend, they werent able to do the estimates that I needed. Found that to be a little annoying as I had to leave work early for this appointment & now, I will have to take more time off to have the estimates done. They did suggest that I could leave my car of the weekend but that is not an option because I only have 1 car & I was not offered a loaner. I will say that I wasnt there very long & I did appreciate that. I would bring my car back there for other service needs but may check with them first to ensure they have the time needed to do what Im asking at that point in time. The staff was very friendly & did make me aware as to the recall fix.

My lease was about to end so I went in to see what my options were. I spoke with the sales lady Sarah. I asked what a new lease would look like and what my buyout would be. I was told 680 for my current and roughly 470 with 3500 down on a new one. I couldnt understand why my current truck would be more expensive than a new one. I was constantly reminded that my buyout was well above the value. So I waited till the next day and spoke with The finance Manager Jeff. After a few minutes I was told that wasnt correct and my vehicle would be much cheaper for what MY BUYOUT is compared to the dealerships was. (I have experience with dealerships and know that their buyout is much different than mine)I felt I was being pressured to get in a new vehicle since the fact of why would I pay more for my 3 year old vehicle than a brand new one!?!? I thought that was kind of shady.Anyways, Jeff was awesome and Ive delt with Gary in service and he is by far the best in the business!

My experience at Jeff Belzer Roseville Chrysler was nothing but perfect. Jason Wolske was the salesman who took care of me. Communicating with me before I even got to dealerships. Once I got there he took his time with me, he wasnt in a rush. He was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions. He went thru everything with me step by step explaining in detail. Talking about the options I have, he was very thorough. He did everything he could do for me to leave the car I wanted to take home. Which I did. He stayed with me throughout the whole process which I truly appreciate it. He than passed me on to his colleague Garrett Lenz who is a delivery coordinator. He showed me the features inside of the car, he went thru them all, I learned a lot from him. He got me set up on my phone too, learned some cool things about the car that I didnt know. Gary always goes above and beyond to answer any questions and provide excellent support. Recently, while waiting on a recalled replacement part it suddenly failed (go figure). The mechanics and service guys were all nice and friendly at least. Had some work done initially and they put the steering wheel back on a tad crooked (thats fine small mistakes happen). When I arrived at my appointment to get it corrected, the guys in the office pretty much brushed off my concern that they put the steering wheel on crooked because you dont need to remove the steering wheel to install that. Then found out they overbooked me, so I had to reschedule and came back another day. Came back and dropped off my car for a full day, only for them to find out that I was right and they removed and installed the steering wheel back on a tad crooked. I wouldve been less upset if I got a simple sorry for all the lost time going back and forth. Yes, they were honest and corrected the mistake, but really not worth the lost time and hassle going here, can get more reliable service at any other one of the half dozen Chrysler dealerships in the metro.

I have to say Myron and Jeff are amazing, I knew i needed a car and had a limited time to get it together because my other car was totaled. I had very bad anxiety around this process and buying a different type of veh that i wasnt familiar with. Myron jumped into gear and looked at the two vehicles. I had chosen. didnt know very much about the car but i knew what i needed. Myron pulled all the car fax reports and looked at the price comparison and resale on both cars because i bought used i knew i would only be dating this car for about 2 years. i felt good about the process. Jeff saw my current interest rate with my finance company and fought for more coins off and a better terms, i got my gap insurance and service warranty on my veh that got my whole life together just that quick.thanks so much guys. i didnt have to sleep in showroom chairs and find out iI only qualify for a Ford Tempo. I was specific about what my needs where and they brought them to fruition with me.

From the beginning to current in purchasing a new truck this dealership and it’s employees stepped up. The truck and so far quality I love. The employees treated my entire family with dignity and respect at least in person. If there’s 1 con I would have to say financially the interest rate which in respect was probably some underlying factors, but I also know dealers get some of that interest financed through Chrysler Capital. Would I go back? Most certainly they would have the 1st crack at another new purchase as long as the numbers work. So far outstanding other than that.

Bought a car in late October. Heard it making funny noise late January took it back for a full inspection. They claimed nothing was wrong. February 5th the car was shaking and vibrating. Took it back again for another inspection and the engine has a hole in it. Mind you I’m still paying on this lemon

Service Center: for getting an oil change I would possibly return.For anything more complicated I will not be returning. Prices fluctuate from one conversation to the next- more importantly. They broke a part of the car that they paid to replace. However, when I confronted the service advisor that I was being charged for all 3.5 hours of labor, Dave Cox; he threw a larger number at me saying he had quoted me more than what I was currently involved for. Then playing the ‘I will help you out,’ he returned it to the original price that I was invoiced as the start of that conversation.I will not return... it’s a shame I was in the market for a new vehicle. If their service department behaves this way, how does their sales people act ethically?

Edit:They picked up my truck and rotated the tires as well as confirmed that the tailgate handle was shifted from a dent, not their service. Only issue I had was the service manager sent the pick up person to get my truck a day early, when I had told them I needed the truck. I contacted the manager by phone, who confirmed he errored, and agreed to pick it up the next day as had previously been arranged. I was provided a courtesy vehicle to use while they had mine, which was nice.Overall I have had good service in the past, but this experience, as well as a poor sales experience where the salesman made an appointment with me to come in on a Saturday to meet me and forgot, and then after waiting over an hour, took me on a test drive where he talked about how you could hide marijuana from the cops in the center console really turned me off. I will not be returning here and will have to find a new dealership to handle .y needs.Initial review:After filling out a RAM customer survey I was contacted by the service manager, who apologized and offered to fix the issues from my visit, and confirmed that the tires hadnt been rotated, and that they had not replied to my initial response regarding the failed fix to the tailgate handle.It was offered to pick up my vehicle and exchange it with a loaner until the handle and tire rotation were fixed. I was unsure if that was what I wanted, but as of today agreed to this offer, so I will let you know how it goes. It is positive that they looked into the complaint, acknowledged the mistakes and are taking steps to remedy the situation. Ill update the outcome when there is one.Changing my review from a 5 to a 1. I recently went back for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall service on the tailgate. The handle on the tailgate was put back on obviously wrong, so badly that there is a visible gap around it. They said they rotated my tires, however I know it was not done as one of my rims is stained and it was still in the same location. If they didnt need the rotation they could have said so instead of saying that service was performed. They sent a text follow up, however when I stated I had issues I never heard back. I am unsure of they even changed the oil at this point, will be doing it myself soon to be sure. RUN!

Edit: in further conversation with Justin the GM. I appreciated his consideration and they will send me the cost of the LED lights as reimbursement.purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk and I will say Doug, who assisted me in the sale purchase was really great to work with and I will definitely return to him in the future. I was disappointed however in the service department.One thing that attracted me to the vehicle was that it had after market LED headlamps, at time of sale one of my headlamps had condensation inside it, and it was agreed that this would be resolved by service dept. However the only solution provided by service dept. was to put in the OEM Halogen bulbs. I was disappointed by this.I was able to contact a experienced local vendor who is able to install the LED for $250 and will have it scheduled but it should have been resolved by the dealer.Although I had this experience, I imagine I will be back because of the great service by Doug and I will just remember to be more thorough about these service issues next time!

I had a great experience at Roseville Chrysler. I brought my Promaster in for a trade in, and Sara Mesko helped out by making it happen. I am so satisfied with their service and professionalism that I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Their service department is also top notch. The vehicle I bought from the trade in seemed to have a small issue, and the service advisor immediately hopped in the car with me and took it for a test drive to let me know nothing was wrong. So happy!!!! Thank you Roseville Chrysler!!!!

To be honest, the first experience at Roseville CDJR was so bad because I waited nearly three and a half hours for the service to the point where I fell asleep at the waiting room and the problem that I alerted to was not fixed.But my second visit was completely different, in terms of treatment, time and work, at the end I took my car I was so happy because I felt a kind of compensation for the first visit 😅 .Thanks for the whole team

These guys are as honest a shop as Ive been to. Been taking my RAM there for 3 years and theyve never tried to upsell their services. They recently found an issue with my front differential after digging in to find the source of an intermittent noise I brought in for diagnosis. They looked into the history and determined that since they had serviced the differential earlier in the year, they replaced the whole differential under their own service warranty (my manufacturers warranty has long expired). Picked up my truck without paying a cent and no hassles.

Dave, a service writer, was very good and showed interest in an uncommon minor issue my van has. The waiting area for people having work done is exceptional. Done very well for the current pandemic situation.Receptionist was friendly with a nice smile and Justin spent a lot of time with us in order to research a separate issue we thought we had.

I had a great first experience with the service department getting a safety recall corrected with new software and assessing and replacing a fuel sensor. Smooth check-in process and Jake kept me updated on the progress via text messages. I really appreciated how accurate the time estimates were.

The story of good and not so good. Overall I was pleased with the service performed on my car. The service advisor was very pleasant and knew his stuff. Actual work performed was done correctly the first time and no issues there. However, there is room for improvement. I had scheduled my appointment several days in advance for a standard manufacturer recommended service appointment. i.e 60,000 mile--no mysteries there what it includes and I had selected every option with the exception of rotating the tires since we just put winter tires on. When I got there they started on the service only to find out they did not have the parts in stock needed to complete the service. This seems mind blowing to me as I had scheduled the service a few days in advance and they knew ahead of time what parts are needed for a standard 60k service. To make matters worse they gave me two options; either leave the car with them until the next day and get a ride home or take the car home and come back the next morning so they could complete the work. When I asked if they would give me a loaner car, they said they rent them out on a daily basis. Lastly, both days the car was returned to me without running it through the car wash (I even explicitly asked for them to do that). So, that is the reason for an Average rating. RayJ

I had a nasty oil leak in my Ram Promaster Van and these guys have me a bid for at least $1000.00 less than another shop. They got the job done quite a bit faster than expected and completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend them. If you have a chance to, work with Gary one of the service advisors.

I’ve never had experiences quite like the ones I’ve had at this dealership and service center. All staff are extremely pleasant and nice. The service reps are awesome. They quickly learned my likes and dislikes which leads them to know what I want before I even get to it half the time. They take care of any concerns or issues I have promptly and they are just as invested in my vehicle as I am. I would highly recommend any one in the market for a vehicle to give them a chance.

Visited the Roseville dealership today to check out a car I was looking to buy. I also had any car as a potential trade in to see if things could be negotiated or at least valued. Me and my father arrived at the dealership and immediately felt unwelcome. The front desk person had an attitude when she spoke with us and the employee we dealt with about test driving and the car didn’t seem like they cared to deal with us. After we did a test drive we returned back into the dealership and waited for them to check out my car for a potential trade in. While waiting we were looking at other cars and we were ignored by other employees and frankly just looked at like we didn’t belong there. They started to do a test drive and look at my car and in the mean time, my father and I were trying to have a conversation with the sales person and they pretty much ignored us. What’s the point of having questions when your gonna act like we weren’t there. Everyone one we talk to at the dealership today seemed like they didn’t have time to deal with us and sadly we were the only ones at the dealership! On top of everything they did the trade in evaluation and said they would only give me a couple hundred over what I owed on the car. I researched the car on 5 different sights and they all said my car was worth 3-5 grand more than there evaluation. They claim it needs major body work. All that needs to be done is some pain touch up. The car I looked at buying today needed more paint touch than mine! Plus that car needed some major detail work, looked like it was ran through a dirt road after it rained.Overall the experience with customer service was absolutely terrible! Not sure how a professional car dealership can be ran with employees that don’t care about being nice and kind to customers. I will not waste my time at this dealership again, especially if we are going to be treated like we were treated today.

I have LIFETIME WARRANTY. PERFECT. Iwent to the dealership because of my engine being wet the entire bottom. I had a video showing the same. I was informed that fluid seepage is NORMAL for 2011, 180,000 mile vehicle. I do have other vehicles with more or similar miles without any seepage. I did check on chrysler dodge forums. Its apparently normal. I need to watch that it doesnt turn into wet components, active drips, hanging drops, or puddles. They also found that my coolant was leaking. They fixed that. Great.
