The customer service was nothing less than godly. I was traveling and ran out of contacts. I was leaving the next day but I needed to see so I was ready to buy a new set of glasses. I had my prescription handy but the man then offered a trial of my contact prescription but in a different brand. Needless to say, I am beyond grateful. 11/10 would recommend

I called today to set an appointment to see prices of putting my new prescription in my glasses. I have been quoted such a high amount at 2 other places. Nadia was the one to greet myself as well as my granddaughter. She was super kind and attentive. Gave my granddaughter paper to color on and worked with me on my needs and pricing. She did not make me feel bad that I do not have eye insurance and did all she could to help. My son will be making an appointment there next week when his insurance kicks in and I will continue to use this store in the future. Thank you Nadia!

I always get treated with great customer service which is why I keep coming back. They have also given discounts when they didnt need to. I would recommend giving them a try and when you go in ask for Nick.....he is the store manager and he will ensure you get taken care of.

Anthony was very helpful. My eye exam was quick and easy and I was seen shortly after checking in. I am very indecisive and this was my first time getting eyeglasses so I took a long time to pick out my frames and everyone was so patient and helpful. I even changed my mind on one of my frames and i called the next day to see if I could change the style and Anthony was on top of it!

I brought my 11 year old daughter here to get an exam and choose her first pair of glasses. The staff here was exceptional. My daughter was a little nervous but the staff explained everything to her and the experience went quickly. Nick Smith helped us with ordering and choosing glasses for her. He made sure we received a great deal. They even had a back to school promo to upgrade her glasses. Nick and the rest of the staff made her feel comfortable and safe. They followed Covid guidelines. I would absolutely recommend this office to my friends and family.

Broke my glasses this morning and this location was able to get me in same day for an exam and out the door with a new pair of glasses and an updated prescription. They waited patiently as I figured out insurance hiccups with my mom, who is the primary, over the phone, and were very friendly throughout the process. Antony, the patient coordinator, was very polite and clear as I made decisions about my frames. Overall, a great experience.

I use this particular branch for many years. In fact I came here when they just opened. Stanton Optical offers both vision test and glasses. Prices are reasonable. This time when I placed order o had to wait approx 10 days for glasses to be ready.

Follow up to the previous post. Response tot his post Customer Service said to call and they would take care of it. They were as useless as a price check at the dollar store. No inquiry, no apology, no asking me to come in and theyd take care of things.I have had two separate bad experiences here. I chocked the first up to COVID believing it had to be the reason they couldnt get my glasses back for several weeks. When I got them, the order was not what I had submitted. Strike 1. Strike two and three was this visit 8/2021. Understaffed, the Lab manager tried to assist me. I got my exam and he never asked if I had insurance. Just charged me. Because it would have taken hours to get my glasses dealt with, we agreed I would return the next day and he said he would keep the frames I selected separate so I could stop by when they were not so busy. Stopped by the next day and he had misplaced the frames and they were not back on the shelf to select again. He blamed others Waste of time and money. They said theyd send my prescription via email. I wont hold my breath....

This is by far hands down the best experience I have had in many different ways...you will not be disappointed in the slightest way.... Wether you need glasses or not the atmosphere of this store will put your mind at ease so if you do need glasses please dont set yourself up for failure and go anywhere but here......

Barely competent. Simple things escape them. Too busy after my eye exam to process two pairs of glasses. I left the display pairs with the Lab Mgr. he said he’d hold them for me. Came back next day. He couldn’t find em and blamed others. Pathetic. He charged me for the exam even though I have insurance. Never asked if I did. I’ll never do business with this clown car company again. Btw, they said they’d send me the Rx. I doubt I’ll ever get it.

Went in on 3/19/21. Eye exam, picked my two different sets of frames, everyone was friendly. About $350 for everything. Decent enough.First set where ready in two weeks, like they said they would be. Waited around 20 minutes in store to pick them up. Slow service.Second pair never showed. Kept checking the status online until I saw the order had been cancelled. Called to find out what was up. Was told it was a quality control issues, and they were making new ones. Ok... Until the order was cancelled again.5/3/2021 my second pair are ready for pickup. 20-25 minute wait in store, and they were the wrong frames. I ordered 2 different sets frames. Gentleman offered to reorder.... Nope. 6 weeks to get these. The same frames I already have.Friendly enough staff. Slow service, poor communication, and after 6 weeks ended up not getting what I ordered. Not great.

Save your time and go to Costco or a Real optometrist. (You’ll get to consult with a TV screen at your appointment) This place is like dealing with people at a used car lot. My list of unsatisfactory dealings with them goes on. To name a couple starts with the over booking of appointments. If you expect your time here to be fast, forget about it. Second and probably the most frustrating is if you rightfully ask for a copy of your prescription to buy contacts or glasses somewhere else. They’ll do everything possible to make it as tough on you leaving with the correct (lense vs. glasses) and most importantly “signed” copy. Terrible company to be honest. Are we sure the “shady guy” in those commercials doesn’t work for Stanton? After buying this last box of contacts which you “price matched” and I paid for over the phone and then tried to collect a “balance” upon pick up, you won’t see me through your doors again. ✌️

I love coming here to this location. The staff is super helpful and always going the extra mile. I came in to get my lens changed and Nadia replaced my lens quickly and gave me care instructions to keep my lens as new as the day u got them. Thank you to Nadua and the entire staff at Stanton Optical.

I have always visited Stanton Optical in Sacramento as I have very happy with that location. This time I decided to save time and visit Roseville Galleria store close to my home. This location is awful. I waited for 30 minutes for my scheduled eye exam. The person that checked us in acted robotic and had minimum social skills. The eye exam was conducted remotely on the screen, and the lady sounder like a robot. At first I thought it was a recording. The professional who helped process the prescription had very poor customer skills and tried to get me out of there asap. She seemed irritated that I was asking extra questions.She put extra on my bill that she never explaine . If I am paying for insurance, wouldnt it be nice if you could be asked on that. Wouldnt it be nice to know how to use it? I had to drag that into out of her. Anyway, apparently, there is very minimal customer service training program the corporate provides. Awful experience at this location.

I highly recommend this location. The new manager Nick Smith is great help. I came in with a handful of problems regarding my assessment and he provided me with a quick solution to within the hour. Amazing! Couldnt be happier.

Nadia was a God-send. My dog had completely chewed up my glasses and I’m basically blind without. After my exam, she told me my glasses wouldn’t be ready for two weeks but she went the extra mile and pushed for me, and they agreed to take the extra time and send me home with at least one of my glasses. The whole staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Best location I’ve been to so far, and I’ve been to a few. Highly recommend!
