For the first time I used Walmart as it had a shorter waiting time to schedule—actually walk in!The optometrist the and assistants were very professional and hospitable. The optometrist was really good at his Profession. Prices were reasonable. They accepted my insurance with no questions asked. I made one pair of prescription sunglasses and one ordinary for the price of one compared to other private businesses. It only took took less than a week to have them back. But here is more, . . .The next week I walked on one of my new eyeglasses. I took the eyeglasses to the same store. The sales rep was kind enough to give it a try and fix it before announcing it dead. Believe me the product was so good and flexible that it did not break. He brought it to its previous shape with no extra charge and saved $70.Thank you again for good knowledge, good customer service, honesty, and for charging me reasonably.

The very first time I put the new glasses on everything was blurry and made me feel dizzy, I have had glasses all of my life even as a small child. I told Tina (who was great) something was wrong, she went back over everything and could find nothing and had me wait and talk to Nicki Garia, manager. Well if you like being treated like the village idiot and talked down to this is the place for you BUT if you are an adult and want things explained to you as why the glasses are making you dizzy along with feeling sick, being told more than that happens sometimes you will get used to it then baselly feeling like you are told you know nothing she knows all but does not need to tell you because you are to dumb to understand (oh by the way I am an RN who works with children with cancer) so understanding things as to why they are not functioning properly are very important to me that is how I keep my patients safe. I try very hard to make sure my families also understand. To be treated with such disregard I feel is shameful and very poor service. I dont know how the other offices are, please save yourself and try themPS I did try them for 2 weeks and yes, you guess it, still made me dizzy and blurry vision

I went here to get new contacts and made an appointment at 3:15 and waited an hour until 4:25 to actually get my eyes checked. I would suggest not going there if you are on a tight schedule.

Weve been going here for years for our annual vision checkups. Very happy with Dr. E, were usually in an out of our appointments in 20-30 minutes.

Well I got prescription glasses done at this facility and after the employees burned the frame twice and waited for 21days to get the glasses right did not happen and I try to return them because it was a lost cause, then when we face the person in charge she told us quote!I dont have any money to pay you back,it was $118 for the glasses and she proposed to wait until they get some cash coming in,an hour and a half later they got some butt no much to pay back,so after another 2hours nothing happen, and folks thats my story at vision center.

My dog chewed up my daughters glasses and because we got the insurance, which was very affordable, they were replaced free of charge even though they were totally ruined and I know they had to make a whole new pair. The stafg was very nice and very helpful 👍

It wouldnt let me give no stars but that is what they diserve! We went into Rocklin Super Walmart for a simple $9 frames and left with a broken lens. And all the manager would do was give 30% off the one lens. But guess what now my husband has to have a new eye exam to get new lenses. Andin order to get a new prescription he would have to go to a different Walmart Vision and Glasses in Roseville. So that means we have to pay $59 for a eye exam that wasnt needed and $111 for new lenses that he didnt need on top of the $9 frames that we origanally went in for. And all that comes to $179 after the crapy 30% off one lens. Crapy service and never going back and telling everyone not to use them!!!!!!

How this place stays open Ill never understand. They have the worst (slowest, most unknowledgeable) service Ive ever received anywhere! Everytime I call, they say they will have contacts waiting for me. I arrive and no one knows what Im talking about, cant find them. 25 min goes by, and then you get the bad news, you need a new appt. Sorry we told you to come in. Sorry, we cant sell you contacts. If you want an appt to see the DR, I need to call your insurance first to authorize you (which takes a MINIMUM of 25 min). If My kids or I have an appt, it takes a good 20 minutes before they can find any of us ON the schedule. Youll wait 40 min after the eye dr appt to even be given contacts. No one seems to communicate in there, no one seems to understand how to do their job. The manager is inept or these people wouldve been properly trained. Its an absolute nightmare!

Friendly staff but aloof Doctor. This doctor acted like she was better than her patients.
