If you have a hearing problem think twice before going to McDonald Hearing Aid Center, I paid $5000.00 for the latest in hearing aids in 8/2015, bought the warranty, followed the process to keep warranty in good standings. Then just as my warranty is ending, ($500.00 extra for warranty) I was contacted by McDonalds Hearing Center letting me know that my hearing aids were outdated, Really in less than 5 years. That should have told me something, Now my hearing aids are broken, (loose wires in both). Come to find out that these (OMEGA INTELA-HEAR) are a private label of McDonalds Hearing Aid Center and that they are no longer manufactured. I need to send them back east along with $395.00 each for repair and they may not be able to repair because the parts are no longer available.HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT HEAR.Stay away from McDonalds Hearing Centers, they are dis honest, they lied to my sister who has hearing issues by telling her they did not have to give her a copy of her hearing report. They have to by law give you a copy of your hearing test. Again when this happened to her I should have realized that they were a dishonest company.McDonalds Hearing Aid Centers should be shut down. They are out to rip people off. I could not work at a place that preys on people with handicaps.I would give them zero stars if possible. You have to give one star so this will get posted so another person is not a victim of McDonalds Hearing Aid Centers.Now Im out $5000.00 + $500.00 +$790.00 =$6,290.00 and I have no working hearing aids.How dare you!! McDonalds Hearing Aid Centers.If this post stops one person from going to McDonalds to get ripped off then this is worth it.

I needed batteries for my hearing aids. I wasnt even a client and they gave me a months supply for free.Excellent customer service and support.
