Excellent Service! Ive been using Sherwin Williams paint for many years in numerous remodels and projects. This time I needed help with a different product to paint a piece of furniture. Josue helped me find the right products to use for the custom colors I came in with. I had used a bluetooth color scanner and had some paint mixes needed, including from a competitor. I was able to use a coupon which made it all the sweeter. AND, Josue even went to another store to get some paint so I didnt have to make an extra trip. Lots of choices around here and I choose to go back to this location.

Employees were super helpful, went in with a list of super specific instructions, experience was extremely smooth and easy. These folks are on their game.

When we walked in the door, my wife waved and said hi to a customer checking out at the counter, thinking she worked there... The customer didnt even say hi back. Didnt dock the store for that. Good paint.

Sheldon was huge help carrying out my heavy purchase. I love this store the sales people were awesome actually help you not just sell you stuff. The paint quality and colors are excellent. Never had to wait here like the big box stores and they will email you all the sales - usually get 30% off.

The associates are so very helpful and they take the time to listen and also make great suggestions. I did not feel like I was being pressured into buying a specific product as I have felt elsewhere. I really had a great experience here and I will definitely be buying more paint from this location.

We have used them to get paint for our store. Customer service was great! We were out of one of the color and came right at closing. Instead of telling us to come back next day, they were able to help us and we were able to finish our project in one day.

Great service and fast I also can call in and have paint ready for me using there color book with there names of the color and the code that goes with it if I need a custom color they have make it perfect every time!! Great paint, great personnel, great location, great service!!!!!

We did not have the same experience as it appears others have had at this location. We found that at every turn they tried to upgrade us to the most expensive product and after we repeatedly declined when we went to to pick up the paint we ordered they charged us what the most expensive upgrade would have cost anyway. So they ended up charging us almost $70 a gallon and that was with a 30% off coupon and some in store BS discount. In the end they tried to charge more than $100 for two gallons of house paint. at this rate I figured my house would cost more than $3000 in paint alone to repaint completely. I felt like I should have been putting my hands over my head when I walked into this store. to end this cluster of an experience I think I will drive the additional five miles and go back to the other Sherwin Williams store in Roseville that seemed much less focused on getting the most out of me and more focused on getting the most for me.

I really like the colors and product but the last two times I visited this location I was not at all satisfied with the customer service. I will probably continue but move my business to another location.

The two times I came here high school grads worked the register. My rewards info was entered incorrectly, they called my order into another store without verifying if I was ok with that before hand which sent me 20 minutes out of my way and a group of men were gathered at the end of the counter bad talking millenials. Wont return to this location, ever.
