My experience was great from start to finish. I called to get a turn signal switch replaced on my wifes Jeep. Sam was very professional and was knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions. I was able to get an estimate and order the part(which by the way we ended up getting the part a bit cheaper). They also let me be aware of some other issues thats causing to get a fault code. I was able to use my car care credit card using only the card information. I had just applied and had gotten approved before taking my care there and they were able to enter the card information manually which saved me at that time. Mario did a fantastic job working on my vehicle. I even got a follow up text to make sure that turn signal switch was working. I will definitely be returning in the future for my all of my auto needs.

They diagnosed my 2017 Jetta check engine (and other symbols!) situation and corrected it. It turned out to be a loose oil cap. I like their courtesy and professionalism. They are also HONEST. I will go there for my cars needs form now on.

I would highly recommend this place for repairs! Mario was very thorough when finding the issues and double checked everything to ensure it was correct. He fully explained the issues and what was needed to fix the problem (my front tires were shaking!) He even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied!

The team at Round Rock Auto Center are the best. On top of the work being professionally done the mechanics there are quick. Theyre honest and everyone carries a good attitude with them which goes a long way. They can do any type of work from state inspections to engine overhauls which is nice. I definitely wont have to be on the hunt for a great mechanic shop anymore....

What a GOD send this place is. I was traveling to the lovely town of Round Rock to watch my daughter play lacrosse, and wouldn’t you know it, my vehicle started having issues.First it was lets replace the spark plugs and then the power packs, now it runs like a top (probably better than it did before I left Houston). Even though I was not on their schedule of work that day, Mario, did a bang up job and pushed my vehicle to the front of the line getting it done in less time and better craftsmanship than what I would have gotten done in Houston. All in all, I would give this auto repair shop two thumbs, way up.I tried to give Mario and Charles a tip, but they would have none of it… really cannot say enough good things about this shop… clean, friendly and honest. What a great combination to come by…Just wished I lived closer so I could give them more business! Without a doubt, if you live close enough to use them, I would not hesitate, ever. They are honest as well as showing you the problems to ensure you understand what is going on.GOD is good all the time, and all the time GOD is good.

I try to support local businesses so when I went to one near my home and got a quote that sounded high I called these guys. They were 1/3 the price, professional and were able to put me in a loaner.

I brought in our 2013 Grand Caravan that was having A/C-Heater problems. It would take 30 seconds after engine start up before the system would start blowing. Got a visit scheduled, they diagnosed it and fixed the problem and had it ready the next day. Great customer service and even checked in via text message a week later to make sure the issue was fixed. They are my go-to repair shop now.

These guys really do go above and beyond to make sure you are safe and comfortable with their diagnostic reports.I had some misconceptions about what was going on with the car and regardless of that and the frustration I exuded they still went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe.The owner took the time to explain over and over until I myself understood what was going on. The tech worked diligently over and over to ensure that the issue wasnt still happening.The front desk associate took his time calming my fears on the situation and everyone was always kind with their words. Sometimes its not easy keeping your cool with frustrated customers who dont understand.I can confidently say that everyone in this business works with integrity and honor, I myself am disappointed that I did not check my facts before getting frustrated with the situation.I would recommend the Round rock auto center for anyone looking for an honest business.Thank you for your patience guys, looking forward to future business. :)

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Kat was quick to greet me in the front office and grab my info. She was extremely nice and professional. Chase was the technician that took care of my car. He was also incredibly quick, knowledgeable, and professional. He informed me that I had a brake light out and took care of it for me in addition to the other services. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and they didn’t break the bank. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

I brought in my fusion for an oil change there was a lot of people waiting but from the moment I walked in the doors I was greeted by the manager Chris he wrote me up and took care of me while I was waiting the owner came out and offered refreshments and snacks while I waited .for this service center being as busy as it was I was in n out in about 20 mins! Which is amazing when I go to ford I am waiting for almost an hour these guys are just amazing! They treated me with such great hospitality and were so polite and answered all my questions I had! Not to mention the waiting area is just so cozy and warm welcoming! Thank you round rock auto center I will definitely be coming to y’all from now on! And I strongly advise anyone who has car troubles to do so you won’t regret it these guys know what they are doing and don’t make you feel rushed or like your bothering them by asking concerning questions about your car!

I started off getting my F150 serviced here, but now trust them with my 911 and my wifes Traverse. I continue to feel they are one of the few honest mechanics out there. They take the time to truly understand each cars systems before recommending repairs vs. most places process of going down a list of things to try which leaves the owner with an unnecessarily larger bill. I highly recommend!

There is almost nothing good that can come from having a transmission go out. Almost. Josh, Robert, Grant, and the team here made a terrible situation a lot better. I called and got several quotes on transmissions and they gave me the best price, explained my options well and helped me navigate to the best solution. The turn around was incredibly fast and they went way above and beyond. They changed my windshield wipers and air-filter for free because when they work on your car, they make sure that everything they can check is good! Who does that? No one else! This will forever be my place to bring my car for repairs and when the time comes to buy one, I know where I am going!!Thanks guys for redefining what a car place should be!!

Anytime i go to a shop to get my car fixed i am a nervous wreck because i never know if i am gonna be overcharged i see it on the news channel how these place jack up prices and over charge. Well i can truly say i got burned on some work done to me suv OVER CHARGED for a job that was at least half the price.Very disappointed with this situation.I wont go there again.You get me once shame on me but twice i dont think so.And you know i thought i had found a place close to my home i could trust.NOPE!!!!!!!

I brought my truck here because I had purchased it from the next door dealership. I knew what my problem was and knew how to fix it I just didnt want to spend my time fixing it.Grant and David were amazing. They were honest about my repair and informative, and didn;t try to up-sell me on something not needed. Even with customers coming in and out they were able to complete my full spark plug change in about an hour. Also, their price was very, very fair.This shop is great and you wont be disappointed.
