You knew what I was coming in for, you need to be responsible enough to ask questions. If theres issues with tall trucks, you should ask those questions and let people know before you waste their time! My water pump broke, I called them and their mechanic diagnosed the car over the phone based on the symptoms. They gave their towing partner phone . Car got towed within two hours and my car was ready the next day. I found out that I know the owner. He is a very honest man. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely take my car there for repairs. I very much appreciate their service.

Great place for getting a quick vehicle inspection.

I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in and it had a ton of problems. Too many to list here, but it read like a Super Bowl party grocery list. The guys at A&B car experts, Juan and Andy, got back to me promptly with all the details. They explained each part in detail that needed replacement. I was surprised how fast they got back to me. I gave the green light on the repairs and if it hadnt been for a thermostat assembly that had to be ordered, I would have had it back same day. Ive never had such fast service from a mechanic shop. I had to take it back in for the timing belt to be replaced, I was 30,000 miles past manufacturers suggested replacement mileage. Once again, Juan was open, up front, and honest about what needed replacement and why it needed replacement. Its hard to find a shop that delivers this fast, keeps the customer well informed, and is extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Juan and Andy! You guys are awesome!

Took my car to have the transmission fluid changed and now I need a new car. But thanks for standing behind your work. I always thought a mechanic would make your car run better, not kill it. Never again! My husband brought the car in just for an inspection, which passed. While there he mentioned that he thought it slipped a gear, one time, and he was told that changing the transmission fluid would help. It didnt, it destroyed the car. You told me on the phone that this is a common problem after changing the fluid in an old car. You should tell the customer there is a possibility the car wont work at all before they agree to the work. I had been driving this car with zero problems, and now I cant reverse it out of my driveway. All Im saying is that you shouldve told us the consequences beforehand. A good mechanic would have. I dont need luck, I need a car now. Thank you.

I used them for 3 cars and literally spent thousands of dollars with them. The owner was great and when I needed to replace a charcoal filter I was able to source a brand new part for half the price. The owner said it looked good, but it wouldnt be under warranty. I was fine and had it replaced. The next year when I had some evap codes, I brought it in to A& B to have them diagnose and let me know what is wrong. The front desk guy called me and said I told you not to buy the charcoal filter because it wasnt under warranty. Might be the only thing on this car not under warranty . He lied and said we talked about it,I never talked to him about it and wanted to charge me $800to replace.this weekend I had my brother -in-law check it out. He cleared the codes, clicked the gasoline cover a, I drove from Dallas to Round Rock and I passed my inspection. Makes me wonder der how many unneccesary repairs have done with their teccommendation? I believe the owner is honest but Shawn is not trustworthy or ho est.i have a suspicion they never hooked my car up to the machine to even check. No proof but said if they did would pay $80 whether they did the repairs or not. Never asked for it. I have spent over $6,000 with them but they wont get a cent more. I wont work with liars and cheaters.

Great experience. I contacted the owner for permission to tow my car to their premisses. They kindly accepted. While unloading the car at night, the owner, Mr. Ashraf, showed up and received the car keys. Next day, he called me and told me what was wrong and how much it costs. I accepted and they fixed it and sent me a message when it was ready! Thank you!!

I took my 1999 Porsche Boxster in for service and inspection after a few years of neglect. I received a call later in the day with a list of recommendations. I accepted their guidance, and the car has never run better and well worth the expense. I expected a more considerable cost. Not only did A&B deliver the service I expected, I casually mentioned my key fob that use to lock and unlock my doors hasnt worked in ten years, they fixed it!

I have a 2006 Ford F150 and have the 5.4 V8. Engine lasted me longer than most, and finally it did the worst imaginable. It seized on me. Only solution was a new motor, or new car. Well I chose motor, but had no clue who to go to, and more importantly who to trust. I looked up a few and decided to take my chance with A&B. Im glad I did. They did everything, and when I found a better deal for the crate motor, they had no problem with accepting it as the one they would have chosen. They handled it all from start to finish and when I got the track back was beyond pleased. Trust these guys with all my future business.

I needed an alternator replaced on my Honda Odyssey. I called in the morning, and they were able to get me in at lunch time and had it finished by the time I got off work, all for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this shop.

Took my truck in to have a shake, when traveling over 65 mph, looked at. Both the owner and Juan were very informative and treated me like a person. It seems to be a tire issue, and they did not have the correct machine to balance it correctly, and referred me to a tire center that could. They did not want to charge me for they’re service, because of the above. I will take my business to them again anytime!!!

I couldnt find anyone to do the brakes on my Maserati, besides Maserati of course. But I wasnt going to pay 1100 for just the labor. These guys got it done for less than half that price. Would definitely recommend them.

I work around the corner from this place, so dropped it off during lunch for an oil change. The customer service is great! I paid exactly what I was quoted and they had it done within a few hours (I told them Id come back later for it and it didnt need to be done ASAP!). They even offered me a plate of food while I waited to check out when I went to pick it up. Ill definitely be back.

Excellent quality service and work! The Collision Center is top notch, never used the mechanic side, but talked to some of the guys there and they seem to have the same high quality mindset as the guys on the collision center side. From the very first phone call the the day I picked up the truck it was a pleasant experience. Arif in the collision center is the man with the plan.My truck has a three tone paint which is very difficult to match, and so I was nervous about finding the right body shop who could manage such a complicated job. Also, in order to repair the dent and get the paint done right they would have to take the bed off the frame and move it back a bit, again, another sensitive task. Arif assured me they would take care of everything and do a great job, and they did..I was a bit hesistent at first, but after a few phone calls and reading the reviews on the internet I decided to drop it off. The job took a little longer than expected because of the weather, which is completely understandable, but when I got the truck back you couldnt tell it had been in an accident. The paint matched perfectly and everything looked great. They even patched up a couple of small nicks from rocks I had on other parts of the truck.The job was done a couple of months ago, but I wanted to wait and monitor the door before leaving a review and still after 2 months everything looks great. No fading and no signs of irregularities.All in all I highly recommend these guys for their professionalism, strong work ethics and just being really cool guys to work with...

Took a vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection and was told that it was in pristine condition with the exception of a few minor things we already knew about and other than that there was nothing wrong with it. I purchased the vehicle and not even two days after Ive had to do over $600 worth of repairs on it. Dont waste your money here they either arent honest about their check or they just have no idea what theyre doing.

I had my car State Inspection done on this shop last week and while it passed, their tech guy and nice guy at front desk told me that my rear brake pads and rotors are almost metal to metal already and needs ASAP replacements.. they quoted $426 for new set of rotors and pads, or $276 for rotor services plus new set of brake pads..I went home and took out my cars rear wheels, caliper, and pads and to my surprise, the pads still got a quarter of an inch thickness! Since I didnt bleed the rear brakes when I last replaced my front brakes, they were actually much less utilized compared to the front ones..For what its worth, I just stated my experience above and will not be judgmental on them.. and oh, when I actually asked the tech guy if my rear brakes are drum brakes, I remember him not seeing me directly in my eye and was suddenly not confident in his story..

I depend on Ashraf and his staff for fair pricing and excellent service. Ill always see them first.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. The owner and his crew are super effecient, and always willing to work with you in tight situations. Ive taken my cars here twice in emergencies, and theyve turned them around fixed very quickly - even staying past their close time to make sure I could take my family on our Christmas vacation. Very friendly and very helpful. First visit felt like old friends. Did a once over on a car I was looking to buy. Very comprehensive. Talked me through all the tests and opinions.

Had my car break down on I-35 S heading down to San Antonio, and these guys helped out alot. My water pump broke so it threw my serpentine belt off track, and these guys did a great job replacing it, despite the fact that two of the bolts unfortunately broke in the process and one of them refused to come out, delaying the whole process by about 3hrs (they had to put some type of silicone solution on in order to hold it together). Very understanding and easy to talk to, and what I liked best was the fact that one of the workers called me several hours later to see if I had made it to San Antonio safely. These people were honest, knowledgeable, and truly care, Id recommend to anybody.

Had a very pleasant experience. AC was not blowing so i was given an estimate to change the fan but when the problem was fixed i was told the fan is fine and it was another minor problem and was charged a lot less! Thank you for your honesty, excellent business..

I went to these guys awhile back for a clutch job on my 08 Mazda3 that I just didnt have the time for and boy was it nice. IT CAME WITH A WARRENTY. They have the best prices and dont use the cheapest parts. Everyone I have referred since loves them! Although I never want problems with any of my vehicles, I really dont mind going to see these guys.

The worst experience of mechanicing in my life and my car is still running bad... lack of diagnostics... dont take responsibility for their own mess ups... lack the proof of diagnosing and just bad overall experience...i have an auto degree but didnt have time to do work on my girlfriends car... i wish the best of luck to people and people need to pay more attention to details...Failed to properly diagnose the radiator.. and the oil was dry cause they didnt diagnose the used motor when put inAnd in state of texas when u pay for service u have to warranty it, which im honored that u did, but the car still has driveability issues when it never had any and to change the converter with no evidence of it being bad...im not saying ur wrong... but the wrong way of treating a customer when they asked if u diagnoed it to see if it was bad... and for another guy to state that in his country they do this, well in my country we dnt do what he does... thank you for ur time and effort, if the owner would like to talk then they know my number.. thank and have a blessed dayOhh, and did i fail to mention in feb pf 2020 the motor that they put in took another dump... hmmm they cant even properly diagnose a used motor....again.... thanx for trying at least

I went to these guys after our regular mechanic basically told us they wouldnt even try to diagnose the engine light on in my car because it was a VW -- in other words too hard to work on. I didnt want to take it to the dealer who charges an arm in a leg so I googled repair shops that serviced VWs and came across A&B. I am so glad I did. I was expecting to pay hundreds of $$$ but Juan and his guys diagnosed the problem to be a loose hose. I dont think I have ever walked out of a car repair (unless an oil change) for less than $100 but I did here, all because they are super honest people. They could have told me it was a major repair and I wouldnt have known better. Instead they spent an at least an hour probably more figuring out what the problem was, and when they determined it was an easy fix they did it and charged me only a nominal diagnostic fee. Highly recommend these guys and will be sending my husband there this week for a problem. I feel confident we wont be ripped off here.

Achraf and his team are awesome. I dont trust mechanics, as a rule. Everyone has had bad experiences with mechanics. A&B Car Experts is the exception to the rule. I bought a car from Achraf over a year ago, and this is the only place I will bring my car for anything. They are always honest, and their prices are more than fair. The most important thing is that I never have to worry about them telling me I need work that I dont need. In fact, they have told me that I didnt need work that I thought I might have needed. I love these guys, and you will too.
