Lots of variety, super helpful and friendly staff! If they dont have your size in stock, theyll happily check other stores. They also offer to ship it free of charge to you and you still get the discount, if there is one. Loved it! I even went to the La Frontera store, where they were holding my correct size shoes, and they were super great as well! Store nicely spaced out too.

A lot of nice foot wear but they didnt have the size that I needed in the shoes I was trying to buy, but I will go back there.

Rack Room has a great selection of shoes. Love that they bogo backpacks with shoes! We have not been disappointed by their selection and service!

Mgr staff was really poor. I asked a simple question about a pair of shoes and the mgr did not want to give me the time of day. I will not be going back to this location. If you are a customer that apptecaites great customer service this is not the place for you.

Very helpful. Would have given 5 stars BUT I made a purchase of work shoes and in hours of wearing them my heels were bloody amd raw. I was allowed to exchange them and those were excellent for about two months, now I need new ones...not the best quality of shows but affordable

Amazing place. I dread going to the mall to get shoes hows days,(especially wearing a size 13).Customer service on point, always someone asking if I needed help with anything. Store was kept clean and walked out with 4 pairs of shoes for the family.
