Best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to! Great service, nice people, experienced and knowledgeable mechanics. Nick is always very informative and friendly! You get to hang out in the car wash lobby while you wait with coffee and donuts. And you get a free car wash with your service! My go-to place now
I got my oil changed started smelling oil about a week later, the oil filter had a noticeable crack in it oil was leaking EVERYWHERE none of my information was stored in the computer after days of calling and hours on the phone I finally got in touch with a guy name Bill Parker from cooperate Bill seemed so genuine he assured me he was gonna get the problem taken care of well the next day he stopped answering, finally Jon from Cooperate called me a few days later he went out of he way to get my car fixed and I appreciate that …BUT I WOULD AVOID JIFFY LUBES AT ALL COST ‼️‼️ They also have been sued multiple times for this same reason. OH AND EVEN IF THE BREAK YOUR CAR THRY WILL NOT PROVIDE A RENTAL CAR! Find better
If I could give 1000 stars I would. Maria and Jeffrey were beyond informative, helpful, attentive and overall amazing!! The location is great and even the waiting room it’s nice. This was the best auto-service experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely be coming back every single time. Thank you for everything Maria and Jeffrey!

Took my girlfriends car for an oil change about two months ago since it was recently purchased and started asking questions (friendly talk) about things to look for maintenance wise. He seemed very dismissive and not wanting to answer so I left it at that. I recently switched a part on the car and when I removed the splash shield from underneath the car, found oil all over the splash shield that had been leaking from not properly sealing the screw.
After looking for a place to get my car inspected, I found this Jiffy Lube. It had the state inspection symbol on the outside, so I pulled up next to a car waiting. I asked the girl behind the wheel is she had used this Jiffy Lube before. She said she had used it, but it was a long time ago. I told her I was looking to get my car inspected, and she said she was too. I asked her if she believed they did good, honest wrk. She said she thought they did, so I thanked her and pulled in behind her. Her turn came up, and Lupe, the man doing the inspection, seemed to be talking with her, and she was finished and passed in no time. My turn! I tried to pull up, but Lupe directed me to back up as I was too close to the pole dividing the bays. I got nervous because the bay opened up underneath my car, but he was very reassuring and directed me into the right place.Lupe went right to work chatting with me and going through his checklist. He completed my inspection in no time, and I passed without having my windshield wipers flunk, as they have before even when brand new from the dealer. I was so pleased with his courteous service and efficient inspection that as I paid, I tipped him too. He was genuinely touched by the tip, but I was so grateful for his professional and polite demeanor, as well as his attention to detail, and felt like he deserved it. I stopped to talk with the manager as Lupe started to take the next person in line, to be sure he knew what a great employee he had in Lupe. I will recommend this Jiffy Lube to all my friends and family. Other places wanted me to hang out for 11/2 -2 hours before they could get to my inspection. With Lupe and Jiffy Lube, you stay in your car and do what you’re told to do, and you’re in an out in about 20 minutes. Great service! Great people!

Nick, Jesus, and Trevor provided me and my family with honestly the absolute best service, attention to detail, and expertise that we have ever received at a Jiffy Lube or any car service location. As long as these gentlemen work at this location this will be my primary hub for anything service related for my vehicle. Highly recommend this location as they are also highly efficient. I was able to get my oil change, tires rotated, fuel filter changed, tires serviced and a complimentary car wash done all at the same time, same location, and took less than 45 minutes. 100% recommend this Jiffy Lube location if you live in the area surrounding Round Rock!

WORST OF THE WORST. I work for a local pest control company and I’ve tried to inspect multiple vehicles at this location at least 3 vehicles on Mays st in round rock. Every time I bring a vehicle they tell me the tech that does inspections isn’t on site or that it will be over an hour wait and I’m the only vehicle there so there shouldn’t be any wait at all. 3 different times with 3 different vehicles on different days. Do these guys even do inspections? These guys are as lazy as it gets. Take your vehicle to the jiffy lube on 620 those guys are top notch!

Stopped by close to closing time and it was raining heavily. Jesus helped me by checking what part of my undercarriage was dragging. I appreciate his help.
I was need of an oil change so I got my oil changed at this specific location. Later that night after my oil was changed, I noticed that I could hear a loud noise as if the engine was revving when I pressed on the gas. I let it go for the most part. The next morning as I was driving to work, my car started to over heat and the Oil Change light came on as well as the engine light and the hot water temperature light. I was outraged as I knew that this was due to negligence on Jiffy Lubes behalf. I reached out to Jiffy Lube and was able to speak with Jesus. Jesus offered to come to my job to assess my car, in which he did so. It turns out that my car was out of coolant therefore, causing all of the lights and temperature issues to happen. Jesus filled my coolant compartment with water and drove my car around to examine any other issues. Although my car needed coolant, Jesus came fully prepared with tools and oil in the event that he needed to make corrections to the job that was performed that day prior. This review is TOTALLY on behalf of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that Ive ever received from an automotive shop. Jesus regained my trust in Jiffy Lube. This is a quality that most people and organizations lack. Thank you, Jesus!

Service was great! The gentleman who serviced us was quick and knew his stuff. And he had super great customer service. They followed safety guidelines to a T☺️The wait time was not bad at all. I was in and out in thirty minutes and I drove up with the stall full.The only thing that is really frustrating is that I drive a lot so I need to be able to read the mileage change tag to base my next oil change date. And when I called I was told the price before taxes and with a customer loyalty discount (which I am not a member of) and with the promise of a car wash. So I ended up spending more than expected and there was no car wash even mentioned....😅😒 but service was great!

~Amazing service~ Nick and crew are nothing short of professional. Timely service, friendly staffing and a great experience. Vehicle inspection and oil change for 2 vehicles took less than an hour. It is first come first served, as are many locations. If you do have to wait there is a high end car wash in the same complex that has an awesome waiting room. If you’re in around Rock or North Austin I’d highly recommend driving to this location specifically. They’ll treat you right!
I wouldnt trust my vehicle maintenance to anyone else.Maria, Nick, Jesus and the rest of the crew treat me like family not just a customer.If there was an issue that needed addressing, it wasnt because they were trying to upsell a service, it was because they care about customers and their vehicles.
They didnt explain to me that they shared the lobby with the car wash next door or that when they were done they would let me know by coming to get me in that lobby if I wanted to stay there inside so I just awkwardly hung around outside until they were done. Thankfully there wasnt a lot of people ahead of me. Just went there for an inspection.

Ive always used Jiffy Lube for Oil changes and yearly Inspections. The guys were courteous and friendly. However, Ive had some issues for the past month with being given miss information about getting an inspection.I had my tires rotated there in June, along with an oil change. I had to come back because, my tires were loose and rattling. The Manager, switched them back, tightened the lugs, and gave me a refund.On Tuesday, 8-25-2020, I visited JL for an inspection, and an oil change. I was turned away. The store manager told me to come back in 45mins. Because of lunch breaks. I tried to find another jiffy lube in the area and none of them had an inspection tech available.I went back that same day, to the first place, off Louis Henna Blvd, in RoundRock, Tx and they told me the inspection guy went home.I asked when will he be back and they told me Thursday. The week before, on a Thursday, they told me, the inspection guy had one more car and that was it for the day, it was 12:40 noon.I went to three other Jiffy Lubes between RoundRock and Austin, none of them had Inspectors. They should take the sign down or get more Inspectors.Needless to say, I found another place to take my business.

Wife was told 45 mins for oil change and inspection. Was told inspection was going fail for a slight tear in windshield wiper. There was no issue with the window wiper. Was charged over 20 dollars to replace. 45 mins later they said it was done but forgot to do the oil change. Terrible experience. Have had issue with this location previously.
Jesus, Maria, and Nick did a great job on my Toyota RAV4. They were very informative about my car issues and were able to fix the problem.

I have been coming here for a year now. The reason mostly evening you do clean the interior if we pay for it. Nevertheless, every time I feel the detail people do less. My car is not big, gla250, and the outside rear mirrors stayed dirty, the side bumpers not cleaned, the back window, not cleaned😡😡😡😡😡

This review is regarding the customer service of the employees of this specific jiffy lube. I was on a trip with family and our car battery died at the hotel across the street. The hotel did not have jumper cables so AAA was called but they said it was going to be over an hour wait and some of our family had a flight to catch. So I walked to jiffy lube, across the street, to see if they sell jumper cables. One of the technitions, Daniel was so sweet. He said he had a jumper box and could be there in a few minutes. He just needed time to have another staff member replace him as he was in the middle of working on a car with another technician. Right when I got back to the car AAA called saying they were 5 minutes away. I felt bad as I Daniel was going to be there in just a few minutes. I went back to Jiffy Lube to tell him AAA arrived sooner than expected but he had already left. And when I got back to the car my family said he already showed up and left when he saw AAA.I have witnessed poor customer service at a (different) Jiffy Lube location where someone needed help with the same problem and that persons car was just a few feet away. I didnt know that person but I was disappointed that although that Jiffy Lube had jumper cables and the car was in a -convenient- spot and they werent busy..they chose not to help that vulnerable person who was nice and just needed help.We were in an inconvenient spot and he was busy but chose to go out of his way to help us anyways. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you!!Ps... every driver should have jumper cables in there car at all times please! We learned the hard way lol
