Great job by the Round Rock Honda team again. I went last week to First Texas Honda (see my other review) and had a horrible experience with Carlos who couldn’t be bothered to assist me at all after I refused his thousand dollars worth of fluid changes and tires that I didn’t yet need. So when my battery died four days after leaving First Texas where my battery passed their inspection, I decided to go to Round Rock Honda.I pulled up and the difference was already clear. No one was inspecting my car before even saying hi so they could sell me tires like they did at First Texas. The tech asked me what was going on and sent me right over to Juan who had more experience with my issue. Juan explained the issue, got it fixed and had me on my way in less than two hours.Everything was done in person, compared to First Texas where they couldn’t even bother coming to get me in their own lobby they knew I was waiting in. I’ll never return to First Texas Honda. If you want an experience where they try to sell you on things you don’t need and then basically ignore you if you say no, then feel free to go there. If you want real customer service then come here to Round Rock Honda. Even if it’s a further commute, it’s worth it!!
Bought my car from the sales people here, I had to wait a month for repairs to be made and when I went to pick up the car the low tire pressure light was on. They told me to take the car anyway and that they were sure it’s fine. Come to find out that the tires on the car were six years old and had never been changed at all (2014 was the cars year) went back within 30 days trying to get some kind of help for them to tell me they couldn’t fix anything and to go buy new tires because if I were to get a flat they would NOT replace them because of how low the tread is. Classic story of a girl going to buy the car and getting played by the sales people. Unfortunately recommend bringing a male figure to check stuff if u come here.
Told them i had no ride and would wait... an hour drive for me. They understood and we scheduled a first thing in am. I arrived as was informed they would keep it overnight as three mechanic called in sick. No accomodation, no apology and no loaner. Just too bad so sad... not our problem...
I had my battery replaced. Expensive but I didnt have time to shop around. The service reps are always professional friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I have never had a problem with the service to my 2017 Honda Accord.
It was an amazing experience. Andy Wagner was very courteous and helpful. He called to let us know what was suggested with my Oil Change. He was not pushy, he was instead patient and explained everything to help us decide. The work was done in a timely manner and was exceptional. It was the best experience I have had :) Thank you :)

Representative there named Jesse took excellent care of me and was very transparent and up front about the expenses involved and timing of how soon they collide take care of me.
Jesse Youngblood was amazing with my service! He was very helpful and helped me understand what my car did or didn’t need. Being a young woman, I appreciate that he was not patronizing or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I was also happy with the time it took as I was in and out within almost an hour!
Love the location and cleanliness. However I was not acknowledged when I drove in (1 other car in the bay). 10 minutes later another car drove in and he was promptly acknowledged. Thankfully she asked a colleague who was next and I said ‘I was’! So I finally received attention.
I would like to outline my experience. I had an appointment set for a A1 service and a state inspection @8am on August 9, 2021. XXX checked me in quickly and efficiently. She mentioned the service would take an hour to an hour and a half. I thought that was a long time for what I was having done, but understood maybe that there could be a staffing issue (as there is everywhere with COVID impacts).After a couple hours went by, I when to ask XXX for an update, she said she would check and within a few minutes she gave me a new ETA of 20 minutes. After a total of 2 and a half hours, the car was completed. If an explanation and apology was given it would have been a bit better to accept, but neither was offered.I do not know why this service took this long, but for this general service 30-60 minutes is more in line with expectations not 150 minutes.Other than that everything else was good as it always has been.
Ray did a great job with service. My car was ready early Monday which I liked very much. Car was parked out front and ready when I arrived!!

When I was heading to go out of town, then I figured out that a nail caused low pressure in my car tire . Without making an appointment I went to Round Rock Honda Service Department. Mr. Jonathan accepted to fix my car issue and before I ask for the discount, he applied that for me also, he said they will fix my car as soon as possible because I had to drive to out of town urgently.I proudly will recommend this Department to all my friends and family.Special thanks to Mr. Jonathan
Got back from vacation with a check engine light on. The repair was diagnosed and repairs gone over. At the time of going over the repairs needed, the total was not clearly communicated. I was caught off guard at the time of pick up by an almost double what was expected repair cost. I was very impress with the willingness to make this manageable for us financially. The van runs much better and we drove away with a bill, while higher than I thought it was going to be originally, not far off the original discussed price. Thank you for working with us and keeping our van running reliably.

Service Advisor Ray kept me in the loop constantly while awaiting a back-ordered part. Once it arrived, my car was fixed and returned on the same day! He also followed up to ask if I had any questions and to ensure I was satisfied.
The service team always takes amazing care of me! I had a nail in my tire a few months back, and the patch decided to leak air. I went in without an appointment and they immediately made time for me to take care of it! They ordered the part, and had it the next day! Such a great job!

I went to get an A1 service and it took 2.5 hours! I was told it would take between one and a half hours and one hour 45 minutes. This was my first service at RR Honda, so I got a complementary oil change and car wash, but 2.5 hours for a service is unacceptable.
My A/C didnt work and Jesse was very helpful to getting it fixed. It was even under extended warranty and didnt cost me at all. I highly recommend Round Rock Honda Service Dept.
Andy, (service drive manager), Ray (service writer) and Jimmie (technician) always shoot me straight on what services may be needed and provide repairs I know I dont have to worry about. I am happy leaving any of the three Hondas I have in my family with these guys. Excellent work as always with Round Rock Honda service department!

I do value your good, professional and honest service, however I do hope that for an oil change the wait can be less than 2 hours.I waited about 2 hours 15 minutes for my last oil change..I will continue using RR Honda for all the service needed for my cars.

Kelvin and the other people at Honda Service seem to actually care about my car! This place is really great—pretty fast too. The waiting area is large and has vending machines and some free snacks. There are small tables to work on, and they seem to be spaced out well.
Came in off the street with no appointment at closing time. My new car was making a loud screeching sound coming from the brake area. Service advisor informed me all the techs was gone for the day but that he would personally take a look and see if something was caught in the brakes instead of sending me home to schedule a appointment. Sure enough he put on a lift and found rocks scraping my brake rotor. He removed rocks and sent me on my way. This individual was empowered by his company to go above and his normal duties. I am certain that each of them are empowered to do the same. I appreciate the level of service received.
Over past few years I have been using Round Rock Honda Service to do the maintenance on my Honda. During that time they have had to do some repair work due to a rodent. They coordinated with my insurance company for me to get that cover under insurance.During those times they have done a great job of trying to get me in and out for oil changes and were fairly quick at matching up to my schedule appointment. The one time I went their with out an appointment I showed up in the morning and they squeezed me in. The turn around on that trip was a little longer than normal but understandable as I did not schedule an appointment. They have been great over all and I would recommend them.
The worst! I made an appointment for an oil change and they said it would take less than an hr. I also needed 2 new key fobs batteries and they said they could do that. I drove 25 mins away and arrive right at 120. I mentioned I needed to leave by 3 to get my kids from school and the guy proceeded to say it might take 2 plus hours. “I would risk it”. So they dropped they ball there. Then I walked to parts to get a battery and they said they didn’t have any. They’ve been on back order since Monday. I called on Wednesday! Why didn’t they say that info?! I just wasted 1 hr bc they can’t get their act together.Also this is my 2nd review of a company In 35 years. Im pretty patient and understanding (I do sales myself). But come on! This is beyond annoying and wasted my only free day in 2 weeks!- side note I called the other Honda in Austin and they confirmed they have 2 key batteries and i won’t have to wait on an oil change. Must just be horribly managed in Round Rock.

I took my Civic in to get the AC serviced because it was no longer blowing cold air. Their online scheduling of the appointment was very easy! When I brought the car in, I was able to leave it with them and they gave me a rental to use while they worked on the car. The service was covered under warranty, and when I went to pick it up later that day my car was waiting with a fresh wash! I am very pleased with their work.

Only go to this location for Service Recalls. Took the vehicle on Sat, July 17. Expected to wait 1.5 - 2 hours for a Software BCM update which shouldve taken 30 min if my vehicle was serviced first. Understandable there are other customers ahead of me.At the one and half hour mark, noticed my vehicle is parked outside on the lot all washed and cleaned.Went to Service lot where the Service Advisors are located. Queried the first Advisor if my vehicle is ready and freckled red head informed me an Advisor will contact me.Went back to the waiting room.45 minutes more and no Advisor came to inform me my vehicle is ready while customers who came after me got their vehicles serviced and went about their way.Went back to the previous Advisor and queried the status of my vehicle. She went to the stack of documents and surprised it was there all along.Signed it and got out of there quickly.Lack of customer service and no respect for my time here. That is the main reason I take my vehicle to my local mechanic for my maintenance. If it werent for the Service Recall, I will never return here.
I bought car new. It had a flaw on the fro t chrome piece. It was ordered and installed within 2 days. Excellent service and turn around time

First time dealing with a service issue has not left a good impression. So far I have called 7 times over the past 5 hours. Left a message and was hung up on the other times. Just want to find out if my service work will be covered under warranty. The best part is they said they would call me this morning. Going to see if there is a different serviccenter in my area.

I bought a 2018 Accord and get it serviced here for oil changes and maintenance. The service is always great. They know how to take care of their customers. I have never had a problem. They also wash my car everything I come here at no charge. I love my Honda.
I have bought my car from round rock Honda and since then had done all services with Round Rock Honda Service Center for last 3+ years . I had a scheduled appointment and reached the service center. The technician who assisted me was not very responsive to my queries and was very rude. Not so pleasant experience and for some reason the responses for any of my queries were impolite. This is a horrible experience and if possible would give 0 star. I was feeling terrible to be waiting there till my invoice was re-printed and while paying was happy that I can walk out. Still wondering why this happened and what went wrong?

I went in for a recall repair. The facility is very efficient and appears to be well staffed.
Took my Ridgeline in for a recall. I was told 4 hours on the phone. Then I showed up at 10am and was told it would be 5-6pm. Which is 7-8 hours. I was also told that we have a lot going on. Thats not my problem, but its certainly in the control of the business. I mean - call me up and tell me that its going to take twice as long and ask me if I want to reschedule. No one called me all day, so I called in at 4:30 and was told its 20 minutes from being done and Ill call you back shortly. That never happened. I left it overnight and I had to call in the next day to see if it was ready. Really disappointed. I guess Ill start driving further to a different dealership.

Just moved to the area and first time using this dealer for scheduled maintenance. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They didn’t try to upsell b.s. service that isn’t Honda recommended. They did suggest an alignment based on the mileage and wear. First time I’ve had that suggested on my 2017 pilot so I agreed. Hopefully they will continue to be a repair shop I can trust.

Watch out folks they tried to get me to purchase a brand new tire instead of fixing a flat!!! I used to love their service and trust them with their suggestions for my car. Yesterday I was in to do the regular service after it was done I was told by one of the associates that has been with them for the past 2 years that I am aware of “your car is indicating low tire pressure sign and you will have to replace the tire because there is a nail that went sideways in the tire”. I didn’t say anything and I took the car to Costco which is where I bought my tires from recently and I was still under warranty. Costco looked over all the tires and found a nail in the middle of the tire and fixed it for me since it was under warranty. So please ask to see it for yourself when associates at this dealership tell you that you need to replace a tire because of a nail!! Never going back again!!

Went on line Monday and was able to book a spot for the coming Friday @ 11:40 a.m. Dropped off car the Thursday evening prior using the overnight drop box. Got a call at 10 a.m. Friday saying the shop couldnt get to my car until late Friday. Saturday came and went without a status update. Sunday shop is closed. Got a call mid morning Monday from Service Advisor telling me that the shop thinks the vibration is due to rock hard motor mounts. Estimate to replace motor mounts is $1400. A steep price for we think vs this is the fix.Brought my 2013 Accord to RR Honda to find out why the engine drops about 20-50 RPM when the AC compressor comes on with vibration. The car has 229K miles. The battery and alternator were replaced a week prior. I took the Accord to the dealer cause I dont have a scan tool to properly check the PCM and the new alternator. Shop said the battery and aftermarket alternator checked ok. No error codes to pull from OBD2. No engine light ON after battery/alternator replacement.The RR Honda shop is like other Honda dealership shops Ive used recently. The auto techs work best when there is an error code to pull from the OBD2. If there isnt an error code and they actually have to troubleshoot is their weakness.So, I paid $95 for no repair, and a we think this is the problem diagnostic report.
The appointment I had for these services, I mentioned to the service advisor, Jesse that I thought it would only be about an hour, when he told me it should be about an hour and half. As it turned out it took more like two hours and 15mins.which meant, I missed a 12:00 appointment. Jesse came out about 11:45 to advise me that things were running a bit behind and my car was still not ready. He was extremely aware that I had this appointment and showed genuine concern. He explained before I even took issue, that he would be adjusting charges on my bill and was sincerely sorry that I would miss my appointment.That was an extraordinary gesture, and I greatly appreciated it, but what was even more impressive to me was that Jesse was extremely conscientious, and was disappointed that the work was not done in the amount of time he had estimated. I appreciated his professionalism and his placing value on my time as a customer and showing that our time is important, too. Work completed properly and my wife and I look forward to continuing to do business with Round Rock Honda

She was more than satisfied with his customer service, as I was with Jesse. They repaired the vehicle and honored their warranty. We were very pleased with the experience. I have been coming to this place since buying 2013 Honda Pilot from Round Rock, it’s been fine but recently the wait time is more then 3 hours even with appointment.
I really like the service, but what I really didnt like was the technician left my car grease inside the vehicle...they should work more carefully!
The parts department here is top notch. I never have issues with these gentlemen locating the necessary parts and getting them ordered for me in a timely fashion. OEM quality is hard to beat and is requisite for a durable repair!

Since I purchased my 2019 Accord no other hands has touched it. Theyve been super communicative as the repairs are done and what to be on the lookout for. One tech even talked me out of an unnecessary purchase that I almost made.
