Stopped by unexpectedly while passing through Round Rock. Nice coffee shop that had a really nice ambiance. Inside was nicely decorated and seemed nice to relax over a drink. Good mix of about 10 tables on the inside and 10 tables under the covered patio outside. There was a short line, but the sitting areas were empty as most were getting their orders to go.Very nice staff who were all friendly, polite, and helpful. They quickly took the orders and had them ready within 5 minutes. They have a good mix of hot drinks, cold drinks, coffee, teas, smoothies, small snacks, etc.... Was a nice evening, so sat outside. Even though it connects to the parking lots, there wasnt much traffic and it wasnt loud at all.This was a nice place to have a drink and relax even if youre not a coffee drinker.

Wonderful place to stop and have a good cup of coffee. Nice decore and a small merch store even. WC. Options to get late with alternative milk. I hope that I am going to get a late without sugar added but I seriously doubt it.(spoiler it was without added sugar and I was happy) I like my coffee unsweetened and bitter same as my life. ^^ but minus one star for one time use plastic and not in a nice cup. Owner please buy 40 cups in IKEA across the street and a small dishwasher.

All of the summer moon places are unique and cool. This one is not very big, but they have lots of merch and such. Also, the coffee is still as good as usual. The wood roasted beam definitely give it a unique flavor not found anywhere else.

Busy place but pretty pricy. Coffee was almost too hot couldnt hold it even with the cozy.

Half moon + hazelnut + Splenda = addicting coffee.So good. Have not had better coffee in my life. We placed an order and it was perfectly on time and made exactly right.Highly recommend!

My iced 1/4 mocha moon was delicious as always. I needed decent wifi in a poor cell service region to do some work and this one was somewhat stable. Staff was super friendly and made great drinks. Restrooms were very old and not super clean but upon seeing the persistent long lines, I understand the priority is taking care of the people in line.

I dont know what I expected walking through the door on a whim, but I was still shocked to receive the best latte Ive ever had, with super friendly service to boot. Guess I have a new regular coffee spot!

I was worried when moving to Texas from Washington that it would take a while to find a good coffee place.I am glad that it did not take long to find this place. This has definitely been the best coffee I have found so far in Texas.

First time having nitro cold brew coffee and might make the switch since I prefer a better coffee to milk or extras ratio. Partner had a mocha latte and loved it. The spinach and feta crossaint is a sleeper. Definitely get it.

This place is great! I would highly recommend anyone driving through to stop at it. The coffee is a little bit expensive but it was worth it! The store is not to far off the highway and easy to get to. I do not drink coffee, but when my wife and I went it was amazing! Both her drink and mine were great and we got them in less than 3 minutes after ordering. I will say the drinks were a little sweet, but we both love sweets so that was more than okay for us. The store itself is pretty quite and has a good vibe. It seems like a good place to get work done. Like I would highly recommend anyone driving through to stop by.

This location isnt great. They are slow. I usually have to wait a good 10 minutes after my online order is meant to be ready to collect my drink. Id be okay with the delay if quality was there but it usually isnt. Ive gotten completely wrong drinks before, or drinks that taste similar to other locations but always off and never as good. I prefer other locations to this one.

Excellent flavor coffee. Nicely roasted. It was very relaxing environment. Nice and clean. The staff was very polite and great at what they do. Great spot to grab a coffee.

Been having their coffee for last 3 years in Austin now. Their moon milk gives a unique taste to the ☕. My wife is a big fan of their 1/2 moon. I love their nitro brew and wood fired drop as well.

The Best Coffee Place in Round Rock! Mocha Moon Latte is my mosttt most mossttttt favorite ☕️!! The amazing woody aromatic taste simply takes you to the cabin feeling in the snowy mountains. Oh boy even thinking of it is making me wanna go and get the Mocha Moon Latte! Guys!! Trust me this is the best coffee! Must try!

This was my first visit to any Summer Moon but Ill definitely be back. I arrived during a Saturday morning rush but the employees still took time to answer questions and get my drink right. My moon milk latte and chocolate croissant were delicious and I was able to find an outdoor table even on a rainy day. Cant wait to explore the rest of the menu.

Hands down! The BEST!!! The Mocha Moon Milk latte is heavenly. It literally tastes like decadent chocolate milk!!

Good coffee, definitely worth picking over starbucks. But the menu can be a little tricky to decipher as there are no descriptions. It’s a busy place and we waited almost 30 minutes for our orders which seemed a little excessive but it appeared that they may have been a little short staffed for a Saturday.

I always enjoy Summer Moon Coffee. I primarily get a quarter winter moon when I visit. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness for me. We will occasionally buy a bag of coffee as well.The employees are very nice and helpful as well.

This is my Favorite Summer Moon location. Things always seem to go smoothly here and the layout makes sense. Friendly staff and very accessible. Wonderful place to stop for coffee when picking up food and supplies for your fur babies at the Tomlinsons around the corner.

Sadly inconsistent. Ive been going to summer moon for many years now and have tried multiple locations. The drinks at this location do not compare to the others. Often my half/quartermoon tastes like warm milk. Unfortunately Ill drive to a further location even when this one is 4 minutes from me

The Blue Moon iced latte is a new favorite. Its a latte brewed with lavender. Can be hot or cold. And Im absolutely here for it.

The winter moon is thick and syrupy,which wasnt my favorite. However the atmosphere and the employees were super sweet and cute. Id definitely ask for recommendations from employees if you have never been there before. But over all it was a great experience which is what its all about for me

Omg, this place has THE BEST coffee. The menu can be a little confusing to explain to an out of towner, but their secret recipe moon milk makes the coffee... dare I say?... out of this world! Just remember that the fuller the moon, the sweeter the drink.

I love this place so it was hard to right a bad review but when this happened twice I just had to post something in hopes they fix the issue. Twice now I waited 30min or longer for coffee that I pre-ordered online. Both times the girl at the counter said their online machine was backed up. How often does it get backed up if it’s happened to me twice in a row? Usually I’m a patient person but when I have groceries in the car I would like to get home with them still cold.I think they need to upgrade their online system. It’s not right when A preorder takes this long and walk-in clients get in and out before a preorder does.

Coffee was just the right roast. I ordered hot moon milk, which you can opt without sugar, but can ask for low sugar.Nice ambience and enjoyed my drink.

I wanted to try something new. The Jasmine coffee was delicious. I thought the Jasmine would be overwhelming, but it was very subtle. Also the coffee want too sweet even though it had sweet cream in it. Definately some place to stop!

Managed very well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee is pretty good too. 😉 I typically am a strict Americano, I like the Nitro with Moo Milk for a hot day. Great place!

Obviously, I’m a big fan of Summermoon. I’m so happy they’ve come to Round Rock. This will be a great place to meet with my photography and consulting clients or just to get some galleries done. The people are amazing, the drinks are delicious and if you get there before 9:30am you can enjoy a great breakfast taco with your coffee!

Stopped by this place this weekend and it really is a great place to drop by and get a cup of coffee or a cappuccino. The staff was friendly, efficient and coffee and knick knacks were very good. Big enough to move people in and out, small enough for a great atmosphere. I will definitely frequent this coffee house more often.

My first time visiting. 2nd time having moonmilk.i had a wintermoon on this visit and it was a treat. I also bought some moon milk to use in my coffe and share with my daughter. Nice simple place. Could use a little more seating but the drinks are on point.i would go here over some of the more national brand options. Unique taste thats sets them apart.

I have been to this location twice. Neither time were they friendly, and both times I got some snark from the staff. This isnt Austin, so thats not going to fly. So, Im done with this place. I wished I could have taken my tips back both times. The coffee is good, no doubt. But I can go to a different Summer Moon or a different coffee place. There are now a bunch of good ones in the area. Im not going to pay $6.50 plus tip for coffee and get attitude. Bye.

Blue Moon for the win! My husband isnt a fan of coffee, but he likes the moon milk lemonade-also very delicious! The place of course smells amazing. Ample parking in the shopping center, lots of coffee/shirts for sale, and lots of specialty coffees available. Friendly and quick service!

I normally order the espresso shake at a different location but I not only wasted calories, I wasted my money. The Barista couldnt make drinks and talk to his coworker at same time. By the time I got my shake, it wasnt a shake because it melted and didnt have chocolate mixed in the drink. Very disappointed in my fav drink. 😞

Coffee was great. Had to ask for sweeteners that are behind the counter but understand this might be a Covid thing. Fairly small inside. Not a lot of space but overall a good experience.

If you havent had Summermoon yet and youre reading this review to decide whether or not to go...what are you waiting for? Amazingly smooth coffee and their secret moon milk recipe is like nothing else in the city. Try it...Dont know what to get...try a Cinnamoon.

Ive never thought I would like coffee until I tried this place. I tried their iced mocha moon and it opened my eyes to the world of coffee! Whether or not thats a bad thing remains to be seen. The drink I got is pretty sweet, so if you dont have a big sweet tooth, I would recommend a regular iced mocha latte, which they have as well. I definitely plan on going back.

Absolutely changed my mind about coffee. They make great coffee and add a great spin to it. Ive got to meet the owner and the staff are eigher trained to be excellent or are just very nice people. Great customer service. Super clean atmosphere with a rustic but modern feel. Love it everytime.

The only Summer Moon that Ive ever been to that has nice employees is the one by the Domain. I have been to the Round Rock one several times since they opened and its like they have zero interest in the customers. The cashier now is the nicest yet but that doesnt say much. They just stand around and talk to each other and make the drinks when they feel like it. Speaking of which, the drinks are WILDLY inconsistent. Occasionally delicious, usually a waste of money (and way too much waiting time).Pass on it, yall.

I have been a summermoon fan since the very first location on South congress. We visit the summermoon very frequently, several times a week, because it is close to our house. Out of almost every other order there is inconsistencies. Quality control is clearly an issue at this location. For example the nitro steamers are never filled consistently, I have been charged for large drinks but received small drinks, and finally I emailed the manager about my concerns. I was told thank you for the feedback we will do some retraining. no offer even to reimburse the overcharged coffee that I particularly mentioned in my correspondence. Its been a few weeks and I went again this morning. Much to my dismay my nitro steamers were again completely inconsistent even with one another. I will no longer be spending my money at this summermMoon location, I would much rather travel an additional 30 minutes in order to get coffee that is made well and consistent. if you order an espresso at this location and then order an expresso at the cedar Park location there is a significant difference. it is frustrating and incredibly annoying to spend money and not get the expected product so consistently.

Very slow service. A lot of working people in this area and need a coffee on way to work. Waited 20 mins to put order in and only 2 people in front of me. Too slow for me to want to go back plus coffee was only warm.

Popped in on my way out of town. Barista was not as nice and the coffees that we ordered were just ok, compared to the San Marcos location. Kind of disappointing. In laws live here but we wont be coming back to visit this store again.

I am a barista for corporate dining and it is hard for me to find coffee made by someone else that I truly enjoy (I have a very complicated order). Summer Moon has yet to disappoint! When I am not able to go to the office and grab myself a cup, or just feeling like switching it up from my home brew Ill head over there for something fancy. They are always so welcoming. If youre trying to find your small time coffee shop with big time flavors I reccomend giving them a try!

This place got the coffe I love to drink I try their half moon 🌙 coffe and it was just what I have been missing! Theyre very knowledgeable & great customer focused however the could definitely used more employees. During my wait I saw two customers to leave. There was a pretty big backup.
