I went in to this location several times after having visited Best Buy and countless other stores. I had SO many questions about laptops and Tim was able to help me with every single one, both patiently, and very knowledgeable. Each time I walked in, he gave me exactly the info I needed, helped me purchase a laptop while I was there, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions! Excellent customer service
