The attendant sat in the office, then lazily came out and uselessly sprayed a hose. No bug wipe or brush. After going through the clunky wash, noticed the runny boards were dirty. At the vacuums, all but three bays had the hoses removed. Waited and found out why. Suction was so bad on the remaining hoses that hose just fell out along with pennies etc. useless in vacuuming. No trash cans. Pathetic.

Lately, the car wash quality has been declining with soaps not being dispensed, rollers not running properly, rinse nozzles clogged including a safety concern which was the last straw for me to cancel my membership

Car wash is the worst. They do not have vacuums that work. They let people wax their cars there in the spots where the two vacuums that fo work. Time to look for new location.

Cashier was very unprofessional, on her cell phone talking while she was helping customers. No greeting or acknowledgment, I dont remember her name but she was taller with glasses and blonde hair. I didnt think much of it at first because for all I knew she was discussing something business-related but when I got up to the register she was clearly having a personal discussion with someone. Extremely poor customer service. Ive been in customer service for many years and I was appalled at this kind of behavior being allowed. Felt like I was more of an annoyance than a patron of the business.

Eh, the lady at the front counter with blond hair wasnt wearing her mask correctly, she had it under her nose, coffee machines were dispensing something that I have never seen called coffee before. Back to the lady at the cash register, as I approached, I could just feel like I was being judged. She didnt say hi, good morning or anything, just stared at me and said is that it?2 stars for convenience (because duh, its a convenience store), please dont take this the wrong way, but yall need to work on your attitudes here. A good morning never hurt anyone!

I wasn’t happy with the outcome. I paid for the works the highest amount. And my car looked like it was half cleaned. I had ALOT of soap still on my vehicle and they dryer barley dried off my car. I know it’s not going to completely dry the car off but it was as if there were no dryers at all. Then the vacuums didn’t have much suction going on. The way my car looked after being washed I should have paid for the basic one.

I wanted to review the car wash attached to this convenience store. I stopped in today for a car wash and went through the tunnel. I noticed while using the free vacuums available that the back of my car really hadnt gotten clean. I talked to the attendant there named Chris and he agreed that it hadnt gotten clean. Chris ran my car through the tunnel again, free of charge and made sure to have the other attendant pre-wash the back of my car before it went through. Very pleased with the customer service here.

Gross bathrooms, out of stock products. The speedy stop south of here is much better run and maintained, I will avoid using this one in the future.

Ok station. The speed pass payment option has a 40% work rate. 60% of the time I have to drive around to another pump which is unacceptable. I hear from another station owner that they sometimes shut down the credit machines at her place so people have to go inside since the markup on gas is so low and on convince items are so high. Im not sure of that is the issue here, but either way pay at the pump should always work. If I can keep from stopping here I do because driving around to find a fast pass that works isnt fast. 2/15/13 Speedpass not working again. 3/16/13 not working 4/14/13 not working. 4/27/13 not working

Had issues with the carwash. The main office called a week later, not evening letting me speak and then hung up in my face to deny my claim.Do not use these facility. You have been warned.

Subway closes at 12 even though the sign on the highway says 24 hrs and the sign at the store stays lit.
