DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I bought a rope chain from them less than a month ago while at the outlet mall. The other day the chain just fell off my neck. I figured I would go back with receipt in hand and have my necklace repaired. When I arrived at Barton Creek Mall (much closer to my house) I could not find them listed on the directory so I called the phone number on the receipt. I was told where the kiosk was and was also told the guy that repairs jewelry would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arriving I was told that it would take 4 days (no real biggie), but the kicker is the gentleman proceeded to tell me there would be a $30 charge and it had to be sent off for fixing. I was taken back by that so I definitely dropped a few choice words, but I left telling the gentleman that I would gladly pay someone else to fix their mistake and they should stand behind their work.I dont typically leave negative reviews, but when someone tries to charge me for their mistakes it makes it feel as I am to blame for their poor craftsmanship.

The owner was very friendly/ helpful. The items in the store were fairly priced. I had a silver bracket of mine fixed here as well.

I bought a chain from here and I went to get it resized at a real jewelry shop and they told me that I got ripped off, because it was a copper chain plated with silver, and the silver wore off quickly and the copper started to show, I would not recommend this place to buy a chain, also the chains are pricey, they should be cheap, because the quality of the chain is cheap.

The JEWELRY IS TRASH!My husband and I purchased chains and pendants for the kiosks. When we dealt w the guy he was nice and even gave us a small deal. He told us he would be setting up a store front and of anything would happen to the items he would fix them. Weve only had the items for 3months and one of the gold chains broke. Today is response is I dont warranty it! Psised away 500$.

Its a kiosk at the outlet mall in round Rock, and is not in the directory but its easy to find. Just head towards Nike and its right near bath and body works. Its seriously worth the effort to find. You wont find a guy nicer than Jimmy. I needed a repair on my Invicta watch. I was a little nervous leaving it with a guy at a kiosk but the job he did was amazing,and it came back cleaned and looked as good as new. I will take my watch collection to Jimmy. Thanks for doing a great job.
