He quoted me a fair price, I had total confidence when I dropped it off there and soon after returned to a perfectly running watch. I was very happy with the service, would definitely use it again!

This guy is amazing, my Guess watch winder fell off and he replaced it with a perfect replica of the original. You got to be patient at times cause he has to order parts from abroad but he explains the whole process from the get go. A very good gentleman to do business with!

We took my husbands expensive watch in to see why it wasnt working. We were told the couple of things that could be wrong and one was inexpensive and the other a bit pricey. I had two watches, several (10+) years old, that Id taken to other jewelry/watch repair places and was told they wouldnt work on them as it would cost way more than the watches were worth. The Fossil watches have sentimental value to me so I kept looking for someone to repair them (batteries, timing mechanism, watch glass). I found Ali at the Watch Galaxy in Round Rock and in an hour I had two running watches! Ali didnt hesitate to do what needed to be done. Located inside the HEB plus, Watch Galaxy is a full service watch store. I brought my 1963 seagull chrono for a broken stem. Not only did he repair the stem, but he also replaced the crown with a larger one at my request. It was a bit of work and after a few moments of watching him work, I felt confident to leave the watch with him and justifiably so. Great work, quickly, & reasonably priced. I will be bringing my other watches here as well.

Took brand new watch in for band sizing. Watch was fitted properly. Problem was that my new watch never worked after sizing was applied.Battery which worked when I arrived, failed to work when it was returned. Owner told me he does not warranty Japanese watches.All I wanted was the owner to adjust the band.I collect watches. I had to buy another similar model.

The jeweler at this location does an outstanding job. I have had 2 of my wife’s watches worked on here, with one being a special order glass face, and he also cleaned/polished the scratches out of the bands. I recently had him take a couple of links out of my new 10 year anniversary company watch and he did the repairs at a fair price. It is easy to see that he is an experienced artisan when you watch him working out of his antique wooden jewelers tool box.

I visited this store last week to get my watch repaired. The watch maker, Mr, Ali, fixed my watch immediately, and changed my watch battery. He is very polite and his prices are affordable. I wanted to buy a diamond ring for my wife for her birthday. He showed me rings on a catalog and I have selected one. He ordered the ring on time and the price was affordable. I received a new watch from Dillard’s my children gave me for Father’s Day the band was to big so I took it back the Dillard’s to size the band and in the process of sizing my band they ruined the pins to size the band. So I decided to go to the Watch Galaxy to have the band sized. I received excellent service and found that me pins had been broken when Dillard’s attempted to size my band. The watch galaxy showed me the broken pins and repaired my band quickly and very professionally Thank You for the excellent service and timely repair.

I brought in one of my watches for a new battery. Most places will not work on it as this one is difficult to open. I have nothing but praise for the work that was performed and the man doing the work. Professional, polite, and affordable. I will be bringing all of my watches here in the future.

My recommendation is to put something in lay-away instead of doing the financing. Its not reported to any credit agency and you will end up paying 3 times as much if you go the extended payout. After trouble shooting through the issue, it was determined that parts had to be ordered for my watch. Ali called me right away to inform me of what needed to happen. I went into the Watch Galaxy just to see what it was all about and was met with a pleasant smile. I needed a new watch and the selection was great so I bought one. Several weeks later I had an issue with the watch that turned out to be a manufacturing defect. Mr. Ali immediately accepted the watch back and offered to replace it right them with one in the inventory. When there was not another one like the one I selected her returned it to the manufacturer for replacement. He also ordered a pair of earrings for me and had them adjusted at no cost. My mom had dropped Dad’s watch and it wasn’t working. It’s a particularly sentimental piece of jewelry for her. They quickly established that it had just knocked the battery loose and didn’t need anything more than resettling the battery and casing. No charge! I bought a watch, a strap, and got my burberry watch battery changed for a very decent price. I was ecstatic with the service and merchandise. Ali is a watch expert- he moved his business to Austin after several decades of operating a successful store in Denver. Austin is lucky to have him! If you have any questions you should call ahead, he answered all of my questions over the phone before I made the drive.

Took in my Tag Heuer watch as it had stopped working. I had the movement replaced and a new glass put in for a very reasonable price. The price was what it would have cost to send the watch to Tag and just replace a gasket and battery. The owner is very knowledgeable about watches and charges a very reasonable price. I shall be taking my other watches here, when they need work.

Before I found out about Watch Galaxy being in town, I went to a jewelry store at a local mall to get the battery of my wrist watch replaced. The jewelry shop replaced the battery but the watch still didnt work. I was told that a thorough cleaning of the internal parts was needed which would cost me $50.00. I took my watch and brought it into Watch Galaxy. The owner of Watch Galaxy, Mr. Ali greeted me professionally and cleaned the watch while I waited in the store and charged me a small fraction of the $50.00 quote I had received from the jewelry store. If you want great service by a very nice man who truely knows his craft, look no further than Watch Galaxy! I took my MVMT watch in because the date quit working, and it had lost about 5 minutes time. He was quickly able to test and replace the battery. He was also able to tell that the issue with the date was caused by a bad movement. He ordered the movement, and told me he’d call when it came in, and that he’d “quickly replace it” when I came back. The movement came in on time, he called, and I went back. He told me it would only be a few minutes, and let me sit and watch. I was mesmerized seeing him systematically dismantle my watch, replace the movement, and put it all back together. In less than 5 minutes he handed me back my watch, clean, set, and working like new! This wasn’t my first watch to take to Watch Galaxy, and it certainly won’t be the last! Do yourself a favor, and give this man your business, you won’t regret it!
