Staff doesnt know their products, bought a Nintendo as a gift the lady there told me they Nintendo DS could play the newer games I get home to try it out she was wrong, it was already late, I could take it back because they were already closing.I went the nest day which is dec 18, they didnt want to exchange it for me despite it being there fault.horrible service!I recommend going to another store if your buying anything more that 10$!

Its not really fair to rate this store since they are going out of business. It had a sad feeling around it.

They dont ever have what they even said they had their and they have more unpopular toys than popular

The address is incorrect, which was very annoying. We called the store after looking for it in the parking lot. They stated theyd informed Google about the incorrect address but Google had not changed it yet. They were nice about it, but because we spent so much time driving around, we were unable to get to the store with time to shop before closing (at 9pm).

Its inside the outlet mall, but if its a nice day out its a nice walk. The prices are not cheaper than anywhere else, though.

Great prices, clean space, friendly and helpful staff

Helpful employees when you can find them. Small selection, the one out south has a larger selection.

Not a huge selection, but thats to be expected in an outlet store. If you are there most likely it wasnt planned and the kids just wanted to go in a find anything, and for that it is ok.
