Meal Proz is a great meal option, especially if you are busy and don’t have time to prep meals at home. I love the different meals they have - they taste great and all the nutrition info is right on the label. Nick and team are super friendly and helpful. It’s easy to order online and meals are ready for pick up on Thursday and Sunday. They also have a delivery option. I highly recommend them!

I travel a lot, and have meals from numerous states. This place is by far the best I’ve had, I’ve never been happier. Chicken is great and juicy, sweet potato mash is amazing. The seasonings are great, all the meals are perfect, couldn’t have made it better myself at home. They are super helpful and met my high volume needs. I’m seriously thinking about having these shipped after I leave town, they’re that good. And the portions are weighed properly! Most other places are underweight or they weigh before cooking.

Perfect for a busy lifestyle! Ive been using Meal Proz to meet my macro goals the past few weeks because I havent had time to cook. I may not go back to cooking. The meals are delicious and surprisingly filling, especially compared to other meal services Ive tried in the past.

This place used to be so fantastic! I’m not sure if it’s b/c it has grown but I am getting multiple orders now with mistakes and they aren’t cheap. Sadly will not be ordering anymore and I really did love getting these meals. It’s so convenient for me.Update: following this review I immediately got an call/text from the owner eager to help and fix the situation and giving me credits to order some more meals!!!
