Walk-in, the first thing notice it the guy, Nathan was cleaning the debit/credit card machines, also he was very sweet and attempt to answer my questions with no rush, very knowledgable, welcoming behaviors and attitude. Great experience overall.

I love this store!!! They have the biggest selection of Quest bars in the area (my favorite post-workout snack) and the staff is always attentive and helpful. The store is super clean, organized, and well run. Big thanks to Diego for answering all my questions and suggesting products that I might like.

Everyone wore masks. One clerk, however, had his scarf below his nose. I was in and out real quick. Glad I had on my N95 mask and gloves!

Overall its still a store with a bunch of dudes working together. When youre the only customer they attempt to help. My overall experience was awkward and uninviting.

Great selection. Prices arent good compared to Amazon, at least on protein. Check your receipt to make sure you were charged the correct price. For the second time I was overcharged for something because they advertise sales and dont take the advertisement down when the sale is over. I dont have time to read your fine print to see if the advertisement, that is in your store, is valid. I am also not making another trip there to get it corrected. Just go do Amazon subscribe and save.

As soon as I entered the store wearing Islamic dress, this guy asks me what brings you here ? I mean obviously I am here to buy some stuff . He sounded me so racist in his voice and attitude. I would never visit a store who treats their customers based on their race and ethnicity.

I was charged 3 times for 1 transaction. When I called the store they didnt seem to care or try to assist. I was just given a 1 800 number. As I researched further about vitamin shoppe reviews, this seems to be the norm for the company.

The guys that work here are very knowledgeable and willing to assist. Pretty cool store.

Excellent selection of products but their prices a little high because I can find some things at HEB thats a low price but that customer service and a manager is excellent.

I visit here often, the staff is great and make great recommendations. I have visited quite a few different vitamin shoppes in the area and the staff here is my favorite.

Extremely knowledgeable staff about all their products and even things they dont sell, like Gabepentin. I learned so much in five minutes, more than I thought Id learn from a vitamin store!

I usually like this place. Their posted store hours say they open at 9:00 am Mon-Sat, but here I am on a Thursday at 9:44 am and its closed. Nobody here.

10:10 am showed up and several customers waiting outside and no one was in the store. Corporate, get on this store. Some of the customers told me this has happened before.
