I will never visit another GNC store. I went to a store here, in Round Rock on Palm Valley and the guy (older guy) working there never once acknowledged my presence. Yes, he was assisting someone and then they started having a casual conversation. I walked around and continued to wait. I then walked to the counter and he slightly looked... still didnt say anything. I patiently walked a little more and still no acknowledgment. I left feeling so unimportant in an establishment where I normally spend my money also knowing it would never happen again. His customer service or lack of, was terrible and definitely not a good look for the company. I dont like how I was ignored nor did I like the feeling that I had leaving that store.

I visited GNC to purchase more protein shake powder after running out and also to get more information on a supplement for lean muscle development.I shared my current workout regimens with Dale and he not only recommended the ideal supplements but also provided a thorough explanation on what supplements to use in my current stage and also what to switch to as I progress within muscle and strength training. He gave an incredible scientific explanation as well as how the supplements would benefit me currently and long-term.It’s as if Dale provided me with a thorough and detailed consultation tailored to my needs versus just selling product. Dale provided incredible customer service and he demonstrates a strong willingness to ensure the needs of the customer are met in the highest level of excellence.Thank you so much Dale and I hope to see you again in my next visit! Great products

The GNC at 2200 East Palm Valley is fantastic. I talked to Jack inside who is extremely knowledgeable about the GNC product line I purchased a case of the C4 on the go explosive energy drink and it really made me feel wonderful. I will go back many times in the future. I just love it there.

Matt was very knowledgeable about the products and really welcoming. Great selection in the store, and well kept. I will be back.
