I am I love with my couch. this was my first time buying brand new furniture and am very pleased. The wait times were expected because I’ve spoke with several furniture places and said they have a long wait but hey, it’s here and it’s amazing and I’m loving it. Have patience. also, great customer service. Thank you Natalie, Devin and Justin! Y’all the best

Amazing service, thanks to David the manager and Amada the sales lady they helped me pick out the perfect living room set. I wasnt sure what I wanted, when I explained the style and the size of my living room they found the perfect set for me. When I walked in they were friendly, cheerful and most important answered all the questions that I had. Thank you both for all your help. I look forward to see yall soon for a new kitchen table.

Upon coming in we where greeted … we have a price range. Didn’t work out that way. Seems like a shady place I felt they where talking about us and simply when you just know their is extra - going on. We ask about a price check … manager not around have to ask him… we found Home zone which had better quality and better prices. I was able see I get what I want it and the price was worth it.

Spend your money somewhere else, but not at mega furniture. My sectional was delivered back in the beginning of June. Two stainless steel cup holders were missing and one of the recliners had a hole on the side. I did spend extra money and purchased warranty, just FYI. So I thought there’s nothing to worry about. Today is beginning of September. It’s been almost three month since I’m trying to get those missing cups and have somebody to come over and fix a hole in the recliner. I’ve called several times and spoke with mega furniture customer service, exchanged emails with all the details about my request. Mega Furniture just don’t give a *hit. They keep feeding me bull**it that missing items are ordered and someone will come over to patch the whole. ALMOST THREE MONTH!!!I wish there’s a top manager at mega furniture who’s reading this reviews who can help me and get this finally done.My invoice number is 95338.

Buyer beware. Bought coffee table and end table set in April here it is October and they still haven’t given us a product that wasn’t damaged. Have been told numerous times that they will bring us new products have yet to receive them. Every time we call they have a different excuse I will never do business with mega furniture ever again

A friend and I stopped in looking for a new sectional. The store manager Justin greeted us immediately and told us about the current sales and provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to find the perfect fit. I would recommended mega furniture to anyone looking for good quality furniture at a reasonable price

Bad service and customer care. DO NOT fall trap into their sweet words, it will be good till yo purchase / finance the furniture and after that ONLY the nightmare begins. I had to experience the same, when they committed for delivery of furniture and not adhering or taking any responsibility of whatso ever and simply just for the sake of giving so reason - they can blame it anyone 3rd delivery guys, Financing team or team working on furniture . I personally had this BAD experience with sales person there - Her name is Natalie.

Aweful, very unprofessional manager and he is very disrespectful to customer. I pop bought $$$$ worth of sofa and love seat. The manager gave me the invoice with a printed delivery date. On the delivery day, I’ve waited from the morning but none showed up. I called mega furniture later that but a guy over the phone told the manager “Justin” didn’t leave any note or neither contacted any third party for the delivery arrangements. This is very rude and unprofessional from him. Also the day I went to buy furniture he was very rude and disrespectful to me and family, he told me to either come to a commitment or get out of the store!! What a sales manager!! I was honestly afraid to purchase after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I did! I got the Rawcliffe parchment sectional with ottoman for an amazing price and I couldn’t be happier. It is gorgeous and so soft! I ended up having to change my order from pickup to delivery and everything went smoothly, I received it on the estimated delivery day. The delivery drivers called me beforehand while on their way and they were great. Definitely recommend mega furniture, I will shop here again!

I truly agree with most of the comments and reviews that i have seeing through for this store, especially the staff. In my situation, i had a horrible experience dealing with these folks (Natalie first and now Justin). I have been very calm while handling and dealing with justin later, but experience seems to be going worser day by day with no response to customer request. If they cannot deliver anything or do anything or even in fact something gone wrong behind the scenes, keep me(or any customer) honest enough to give an update. Do not make up any stories to buy in any dates, Be HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY. Imagine just for night stand after the horrific Bedroom set order experience (since July 4th Order), we havent received it so far after 6 repeated calls in a san of 2-3 weeks now. They even went to an extend saying and holding my call and calling their VP of mega furniture and expediting the order, and when i follow on the VP order expedite, no response to phone, text or call. Highly doubt on their credibility and their customer response(s). I would rather request anyone and everyone _NOT_ to go to this store and WASTE your time and Money. We have other better stores available with little extra bucks which can give us much more needed relax mind and peacefulness.

I’m extremely disappointed and unfortunately I’m STILL dealing with them.My order was placed on SEPTEMBER 15, 2020 for 4 separate pieces of living room furniture that all go together. I was told it could take anywhere from 3-8 weeks in case it was back ordered. Come January, I received a phone call that there was only a slight delay but TWO of the pieces had arrived. I told them I only wanted to pick them all up together and was fine to wait the couple extra weeks that was estimated. Mid February came around and I hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told that they were still on back order and it would be March. I called just a few days ago to be told that they are estimating the two pieces to be put on a truck and shipped within a week, but according to the manager it’s still a guess and it’s based off of their supplier (Ashley Furniture) and he’d call me on 3/10 which is the next hopeful date. So here I am SIX MONTHS LATER and I still don’t have my complete order!?Their “refund” policy is SUCH A SCAM! You can either pick out something new or you pay a 40% restock fee. Why in the hell would I want to continue being a customer after this disaster? Y’all might be saving a few extra bucks, but I personally don’t think it’s worth it.

I went and was told the desk I wanted was a certain price. We purchased that desk and went to go purchase Allen wrenches because they could not find theirs. When we got back (after we purchased it in full) they told us that they had to refund us the money because the wrong price was given. The excuse was that it was a new employee even though an older employee reaffirmed that it was indeed the price we paid for it. He would not give us the desk and was belligerent and rude. I wasted my time and refused to do business with someone who would not admit that it was their mistake and not ours. Do not make purchases here if you want a company that practices with integrity. The manager was wrong and we should have had the desk. Not a trust worthy company and I will never purchase anything from here.

NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM HERE!!!I bought a sectional and two barstools from here in August of 2020. The couch and one barstool was delivered as promised. The other barstool was not. I was told that distribution would contact me to deliver the other barstool…they never did. So, I went to the store. They told they couldn’t help me and to contact customer service. I tried to contact them through email, phone, left voicemails. Here we are in August of 2021 and still no response from the company!!!

I went in today to look for a new couch, upon arrival i was greeted by someone who said hello welcome in, I said hello and began to look at the couches. Not even a min after being in the door a gentleman approached me and introduced himself as Mike, friendly polite and courteous he asked me what I was in for. I explained to him what I wanted and he showed me all the available options, explained the products very well and even took me to check out the online kiosk that was loaded with more options. After showing me everything in the showroom, all 3 stories worth of options and answering all my questions I found what I was looking for. Payment was fast and easy, delivery was a reasonable cost and the staff mainly Mike was very helpful and friendly I will definitely be back. Also make sure and ask for Mike, he has been selling furniture for 46 years and hes definitely an asset to the location.

We had a great experience here. We worked with Natalie and she helped us find the exact couch we wanted before we even got there. We had just moved here and needed a couch to be delivered ASAP. She checked for what they had in stock based on my preferences, we scheduled a time for us to come and it was such a smooth and easy experience. They were having a discount so we got a great price. Then, they were able to get the couch delivered to us within 3-4 days!! Way better than we ever expected. They were all very friendly there. Of course they are going to use sales tactics for some things but that’s just what you get when you go to furniture stores.Delivery was very smooth, people were super friendly and ensured they couches worked before they left.We’re very happy. No dont buy here. Give your business elsewhere. They only care when your make large purchases. The owner is shady, heartless, does not care about his employees. He will not pay his employees for months on end. Management is no help. Sales reps will help you but the customer service in delivery is terrible. Please choose smaller family oriented businesses that care about you and their employees. Stay away from Round Rock location.

If i could give 0 stars, I would ! I was told my chair would be delivered in 6_8 weeks. I finally get the call that they will be delivering and they never show up OR CALL ! when I called them they said I wasnt on the route for some reason. So we rescheduled. Second time they are suppose to be here and a NO SHOW AGAIN ! Didnt bother to call so I called. They told me there was a tear in the chair so they didnt deliver! But nobody bothered to call and this is the second time I missed work to wait for them ! I go to the store myself and they tell me I cant cancel the chair EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT MY FAULT ! I finally got it because the manager in round rock personally made sure it got delivered ! The manager of round rock was AMAZING but I most def wont be purchasing from mega furniture again !

I wish i could not even give them one star. The worst experience ever. I shouldve known this was going to happen based on the horrible customer service I got just trying to pay for the furniture. (Other than the fact that they were not wearing masks or social distancing it was a horrible experience.)After, I made the purchase and left the store I left hoping the sales guy would keep his word and have the furniture delivered on the 3 week mark that he promised. This was his convincing selling point for me not to shop somewhere else. Of course he lied and did not keep his word because it took 4 weeks instead of 3 weeks to get it. When I finally got the furniture delivered they arrived with the wrong furniture.I went back to the store and agreed with the manager to choose different furniture that could get to me in 2 weeks which made me happy and a little more at ease. The delivery was for today July 8, 2020. I was so thrilled because the manager kept his word and came through delivering the furniture on time. Unfortunately, I got the wrong furniture again for the second time.Worst experience ever!

The customer service is horrible and the manager a big push over. He had no control over his mouthy cashier being rude to us.She could not answer a question correctly so she blurred out vague non relevant answers with sarcastic remarks and a horrible attitude.To top it off, they cant even stick to their own contract. On my contract it shows delivery on June 16, 2020 and they did not follow through. I found out they would be one week late (will see) because I called to ask otherwise I wouldve been waiting for no reason.The sales rep trashed Rooms To Go by saying they take 6 to 8 weeks to deliver and they cant even follow through on their 2-3 week delivery. Maybe Rooms to Go say 6 to 8 weeks to not lie to the customer.I regret my purchase. They were not social distancing or wearing masks, I shouldve walked out as soon as I saw that.

Nice service but over priced when you can go to ikea for a similar products for cheaper. The big sign that says closing has been up for months but the prices didnt go down from when they opened. Seems like a marketing ploy.
